Our client located in Alpharetta has an immediate need for Node.js or React.js developers. They are an Agile shop and they have a great culture and they are working on several emerging technology projects. We are looking for highly skilled and motivated full-stack JavaScript engineers to join our talented Systems Development team. By joining our team, you will get to work in an exciting fast-paced company using the latest cutting-edge technologies. We are looking for someone

who is excited and passionate about development and has experience working with React, Node.js, and AWS in

a micro-service and container-based architecture.

Skills:

 Develop and maintain new and existing features

 Architect and develop highly scalable and secure database solutions to store and retrieve data

 Build and consume internal and external APIs

 Convert specifications, wireframes, and design assets into fully responsive user interfaces

 Build clean fully tested readable code that is both secure and scalable

 Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders

 Take ownership in what is built and show a general passion for development, architecture, UI, and UX

 Participate and support the Agile (SCRUM) development process

Stack & Technologies:

 4+ years of Node.js or Express.js development experience (Required)

 4+ years of JavaScript ES6+ development experience (Required)

 React.js, Vue.js or similar SPA library/framework (required)

 Proficient understanding of Node.js development in a serverless micro-service architecture

 Experience With GIT (required)

 SQL Server, PostgreSQL, or MYSQL database experience (required)

 Experience working with Amazon Web Services (ECS, ALB, S3, RDS, Lambda, SQS, …)

 Experience writing HTML, CSS, and JavaScript - should be up on latest practices, e.g., HTML5, CSS3

 Basic understanding of testing best practices inside of a CI/CD pipeline

 Experience building and integrating with API's, Swagger experience a plus

 Strong verbal and written communications skills for working well with our team of talented engineers

 Ability to write well designed, testable, and efficient code using software development best practices and

patterns
