Bio: Torben has lived in Lignum for almost all his life, surviving the bandit gangs and power struggles. He's lived in the forests, and made a somewhat decent life for himself, even, if a violent one: Torben has essentially been a guerilla. Torben would defend himself from bandits simply through tactics: he'd look over the situation, find a weakpoint, and assault it mercilessly before picking up things the bandits had dropped, then running like the world was ending.
This didn't make him very many friends among the bandits, of course, and they started to prepare for him. Now, Torben is again running; but now he's run from Lignum completely, and into Clangendum, where maybe he can balance his skillset with his penchant for getting himself screwed over in the long-term.
