  6. The Varithian Guild Association is a group of guilds that consist of farming, mining, forestry, and trading. To keep the guilds efficiently working, the citizens of Varith inhabit the guilds. They do this in order to make sure they are always contributing for the good of the kingdom.

  8. [u]All[/u] citizens must join one of the guilds unless they are within the government, in a government recognized business, or excused otherwise by the Guildmaster.

  10. Citizens who do not join a guild will face arrest and/or fines.

  13. [b]• [/b]As a member of a certain guild, you gain access to that field of work. Nobody outside the respective guild may have access to that domain, due it not being their expertise.
  14. [b]•[/b] Upon finishing your quota, you will be tasked to deposit it at your guilds respective building.
  15. [b]• [/b]Quotas are always collected on Sunday Evening (EST), so be sure to have your quota completed by then.
  16. [b]•[/b] Incomplete quotas will result in a warning, and will be left to finish in addition to the next week's quota.
  17. [b]• [/b]Note that you may complete more than your quota consists of, and even take a portion of gained resources for yourself.

Legitimized businesses that wish for its employees to work for them and not be required to join a guild may do so. For example, any employees that work under the Fine Pine business do not have to join a guild.

One strike at a time is removed if the citizen resumes regular working weeks. When unable to login, citizens must contact the seniors of their guild with a notice of absence.
