[19:29] Matt Sani seemed to be on a walk of all things, sipping from his coffee and just bearing the dust that was blowing by, a small bit of magic faintly visible around him keeping his clothing from getting very dusty. The feline in his perpetual good mood, even when things were dark and eerie around him.

[19:30] Judas 'Frenzy' Thistleweed emerges from the hospital, what a disappointing night, he has expected to get a patient but she wanted an actual doctor who would change her race which is absolutely above his paygrade. "Fucking shortage of docs, too many of them are lazy shits." He grunts kicking the solid ground a little, and fishes out a pipe, placing the curved end of the pipe between his lips, firmly tensing his lips against it. He pulls a matchstick from his pocket and drags it down along the length of the message pillar, igniting the head of the matchstick. He brings the tiny inferno to the bowl of his pipe, giving the pipe a couple of hurried puffs, encouraging the sweet, spicy smelling content of the bowl into smoldering.

[19:33] Levi watched from behind the railing, staring down the Mytharii they'd been following for some time. He scans the area through the dust, finding it eerily quiet, but that's just perfect for what was about to occur.

[19:34] Blizzavix listens into the sounds and voices around him; taking in the mix of noise and the howl of the sand. Spreading his wings, the winged critter makes a quick nod behind him to Levi in confirmation before leaping downward - wings gliding him forward, attempting to tackle into the feline from a blind spot.

[19:38] Levi seems to phase out and in, the yellow phage quick on his feet as he drops down onto the sidewalk directly next to Bryson, sword already drawn as he stares the Mytharii down. "<Sup.>"

[19:41] Matt Sani had his coffee so rudely knocked out of his hands at that point as he was tackled down onto the ground and his shirt made into quite a mess. The cat squirming about beneath him. He would find that shield once around him burning back at Blizz. Hearing the mytharii tongue spoken at him he'd just have no idea what they were saying. The cat instead swearing out in French. "Merde. You do not interrupt someone in their walk like that."

[19:43] Judas 'Frenzy' Thistleweed goes silent like a grave, recognizing the blue and black individual straight one. The one who has ruined his date with Brax when he tried to get to know him. He silently strides over to the ambulance, shrugging his vest off his toned upper body to wrap it around his knuckles twice. No, thrice to cushion his knuckles, preventing damage to his wrist and knuckles as he bashes into the driver window, swinging the door open. He climbs into the vehicle and closes the door with a shuddering thump with the memories of his hotwiring days fresh on his mind. He reaches under the dashboard and pries a paneling open, slicing through wires with a knife to begin splicing wires together with a dull rumble of the engine flaring to life. He'll pay for the window just fine.

[19:52] Blizzavix had nearly drawn his claws, but the searing heat forces the winged creature the leap back, hissing under his breath. "For once, someone with a clever trick up their sleeve..." he murmurs. While he does hear the sound of glass shattering behind him from the bare sillhouette of an emergency vehicle, Blizzavix's attention stays almost entirely on the feline, gesturing toward Levi. "Oh, my sincerest apologies. But I'm afraid predators choose when their prey get to enjoy their beverages...surely you must agree?" He asks, clenching and unclenching his claws.

[19:53] Levi keeps a careful watch over the two struggling on the ground, taking a few slow steps closer, that massive sword drawn by his side. He swivels his ears to the sound of glass breaking and a car starting, staring down the vehicle and spotting movement within it. "I trust you with him, I'll handle whoever the hell that is," the yeen growled, vaulting himself over the fence and running at the car with a rather dangerous intent.

[19:56] Matt Sani had his shielding slowly start to fade away, the small amount of focus needed to keep it up before not really standing to added pressure like that. But once he felt them start to pull away he'd pull another dirty little trick. "Really I was hoping you'd be much more considerate. I've been looking forwards to this meeting for ages now." And with that he'd just kind poof, appearing at the other end of the street in what was another magic trick. The cat dusting himself off before calling back. "Have you ever considered just talking things out instead?"

[19:59] Judas 'Frenzy' Thistleweed glances up at the dashboard mirror, the fact that Levi is making a dash towards the vehicle does not go unnoticed, it's a big mistake, even. His right hand drops towards the brake lever, disengaging it, and he shifts the stick to reverse with a shuddering screech of the vehicle roaring to life after he slams his right foot into the gas pedal; the ambulance vehicle is sent flying backwards towards Levi with a deadly intent to slam the rear into the smol hyena boy!

[20:04] Blizzavix leers through his visor. He was no stranger to magic tricks, and now that the feline had showed their skill, he can't help but clap. "Oh? I see my reputation precedes me," he replies. "And I see you have some skill. Excellent. For once, there might finally be a prey worth hunting." The draconic critter spreads his wings and launches at at Matt just as the tires screech from the car. Wicked icicles extrude from his claws on the charging approach, the mix of the dust storm and gathering condensation leaving a nasty hue of brown within the ice on its way toward the feline. His goal? Trying to clip the man's legs to keep that 'magic trick' in check.

[20:05] Levi figured whoever was in that thing would try something like that, but not quite that fast! With last second thinking, the gnoll jammed his sword into the ground, directly in the path of the car, and used it as a pole-vault, trying to gain enough height to clear the fast moving object. He barely made it, taking a few hastened steps atop the car as the momentum moved the other way, causing him to lose balance and fall forwards onto the cement below as the car rolled past... but at least he wasn't smashed to bits! With a grunt, he skidded and was met with a bit of road burn, but would watch gleefully and with a curled smile as that car barreled straight towards his implanted sword; and you could bet that thing was made of some serious stuff!

[20:09] Matt Sani was laughing at this point, a little scrapes and scratches from the fall not deterring him much. "You've gone after half my staff at this point. How could I not want to meet you?" Seeing him start to dash towards him he'd give his hand a swirl, causing the dust before them to freeze for just a moment in the air before them, nullifying the area as he came towards him to really stop any magic tricks. It wouldn't do much for stopping him though and he'd still be met full on with their charge, hoping that he'd at least stop most of the damage done.

[20:15] Blizzavix had the charge incoming at full force. The moment his claws passed the field, however, everything shifted. His wings immediately curl, his suit's pulsing blue lights dwindling as he went from lethal ball of doom to a soaring ball launching at his chest, tucking in with his horns brought forward. "Hrrrk...!"

[20:15] Judas 'Frenzy' Thistleweed's eyebrows drop heavily but he continues to accelerate, his right foot tilts back slightly to slow down the acceleration is let up to reduce the impact of the collision but the increased speed causes the rear of the speeding ambulance to be lifted right off the pavement only to be brought down by gravity, right onto the handle of the sword, burying it further into the pavement with the vehicle parked on top of the sword with the handle now jutting through the roof of the ambulance, severely damaging the muffler, heater box, and frame of the ambulance van. Physic is a bitch, innit? The stoic looking lapine swings the driver door open and climbs out with a revolver clutched in his left hand, he swings it around to sight the ironsight of his revolver down at Blizz before his index finger squeezes against the trigger, sending a bullet spiraling towards Blizzavix.

[20:27] Levi didn't seem all that bothered about the sword, the yeen moving up from his knees as a yellow glow emanated from him, in the meanwhile drawing a smaller but just as lethal dagger from the back of his belt. Within a split second, he'd blink forward and phase next to the revoler-aiming Judas, lunging that dagger directly towards his chest. "<Have a nice sleep,>" the yeen would hiss in Mytharii, those ghostly looking eyes directly focused on his target.

What was more important was the field, so quickly sapping away his energy.

[20:28] Matt Sani was hit full force by the small reptilian hound in the chest, as strong as a mage as he was his outfit was still just fabric and would be easily pierced by the horns. The cat falling back and almost instinctively smacking his hand down against their back with a blast of his own from that gauntlet, searing into their back while he tumbled to the ground. Detecting that its master was being attacked his little drone would attempt to help and open a hatch.... to pour hot coffee onto them, clearly not ready for combat but the little guy giving its best.

[20:38] Judas 'Frenzy' Thistleweed's body shudders violently upon feeling something sharp plunging into his chest, the grizzled war splicer designed to fight the war over resources drops his attention towards the dagger buried all the way to the hilt of his chest cavity with a wet squelch, the sharp blade acts like a seal, preventing most of his blood from pouring free. The hare coughs violently, sending blood mist flying free from his teeth, he could literally feel the agonizing burn spreading through his chest but just quickly as the dagger is plunged into his chest, his wound knits together, compassing the sharp blade as if anchoring it within his body. Thick rivulets of blood well at the now peeved hare's nostril. In his final act of defiance, and to show that he will not succumb to such weak attack, he attempts to wrap his arm around Levi's waist to hold him against his front, chest to chest mostly to try keeping him from pulling the dagger out before he could carry something much more dangerous out. He tilts his wrist, pointing the

[20:46] Levi had been grinning the most evil smile he could muster, wondering why in the world the rabbit was plunging the dagger deeper within himself. He'd be more than happy to oblige. "This is the end..." He looked somewhat confused by this act. "What are-" That's when he saw it... the revolver aimed towards the gas tank. In a panic, that stupid grin was wiped from his face and he reached for the hand with the gun, but it was far too late. His entire vision was blinded and he was rendered completely disoriented, his body launched outwards and onto the cement with a painful skid, shrapnel ripping into his flesh and making him give up a loud and pathetic whimper. After the explosion had settled, he found himself barely conscious, but couldn't move a muscle without an immense amount of pain. "Ghh- GAH..." Blood-curdling screams could be heard from the yeen as he looked towards the destruction of the car in a bloodied, burnt and cut mess.

[20:53] Blizzavix topples and tumbles with the feline straight onto the cement floor, hissing viciously as he tries to stagger to his feet, the drone did its best...and more. The piping-hot liquid immediately steams on impact with the backside of Blizzavix's suit, seeping in through the exposed scale and the tear caused by the earlier gunshot. He catches himself on his knees, howling out as his insides are wracked with searing pain and his mental faculties withdraw to an earlier time. It made him hesitate, that much was certain.

[21:01] Judas 'Frenzy' Thistleweed is now a well cooked hare with his limbs missing, save for the cybernetic leg which is a mangled mess with fragments sticking out of his back, most of his clothes have been burnt off, leaving them a tattered mess. However, with him being a war splicer, he's much more durable than he would appear, inch by inch, cells by cells, his tissues begin regenerating over the stumps, slowly extending outward from the stumps. The burnt area? Not so much, the regenerative cells fight hard to regenerate around the cooked portions to no avail. Instead, his body begin rejecting the cooked portions by disconnected the fried tissues' the cooked meat is then shoved off his body so his body may begin regenerating... slowly.

[21:03] Matt Sani was briefly taken out of the moment as he heard that explosion nearby, looking over to it and wondering what the hell happened to escalate it so much. But he still had a splicer on his chest to deal with.  That ice would chill him to the core but, seeing that glow in them wouldn't scare the cat much, moving through it towards the parking lot to try and get past his own null field, His back ending up nearly frost bitten but the cybernetic and biotech within him working its hardest to bring him out of their way. While not moving as fast as he might be able to teleport he was still a damn cheetah. "I will not be another one of your sculptures, Piss. Off."

[21:07] Levi remained over there on the cement, curled in a pathetic mess, his most every part of his body ravaged from the explosion. Luckily, he was still mostly in-tact, but the amount of pain he was in unbearable. "Fuck fuck fuck fuck FUCK," he'd cry, his only saving grace likely the regenerative epidermis that he'd had installed on him. His skin would slowly, VERY slowly begin to regenerate itself, but there was no way he'd be able to move in any productive way after a blast like that. "Ggh... you...fucking... psychopath..." he'd groan, spitting out blood onto the cement below. He looked at Judas' dismembered body and just stared at it... it looked completely dead. The yeen would periodically have coughing fits in which he'd hack up even more blood, but for now he'd just try to lay still to prevent himself anymore pain.

[21:11] Blizzavix exhaled for as long as he possibly could, the stream of Magika weakened by the Null but no longer stopped. Inevitably, the winged critter needed to breathe. He sucks in a deeply-needed breath once Matt had made it to the other side of the road, eyes shifting between Levi and the feline. He snarls and rushes across the road again, giving chase on fell wings. "You speak as though you have a choice..."

[21:16] Matt Sani looked up to the parking level above him, thinking for a few moments on his choices. Seeing the wreckage to the side he'd use the rings around his legs to boost up onto that upper platform, calling to the splicer below. "How about a deal then? I think this might be the best chance I've got to talk to a hound so openly after all."

[21:20] Blizzavix thankfully had wings, and after a moment to gather himself he launches himself upward to meet the feline head-to-head. The sound of Levi's cursing still ripe in his head along the way. "A deal?" He asks, emitting his Bowser-esque laugh. "What bargaining chip do you possibly have?"

[21:25] Matt Sani took in a breath as things started to calm down, a smile over his lips. "How about myself? For Oh, let say 24 to 48 hours. I'll give myself up willingly to do whatever the hell you want with and in return I'll keep C-SEC from trying to bomb the wastelands or declare war again, and also get a chat. I like to get the perspective of all sides after all. You wont want me much longer than that without earning the hatred of every other wastelander after the last fuck up with my other director. How does that sound? I'll throw some good booze in with it as well if that helps." A little smile was given to them as he tidied himself up.

[21:34] Blizzavix gives another glance toward Levi below, then to Matt once more...growling under his breath. "Making it under your own terms...it's no wonder you're the Director. I agree to your terms...on the condition that your insane bodyguard and my acquaintance enjoy some well-earned recovery time where the knowledge of this incident will not be found."

[21:38] Matt Sani looked down towards the mess beneath him and nodded. "That seems to be the best end for this. I really would like to avoid any large messes if at all possible. I can make this little incident disappear easily enough." He was still a bit harmed from the cold blast he received earlier, his drone flying by to tend to his wounds with some blue magic. He'd then just offer his hand to them. "A deal then?"

[21:43] Blizzavix finally allows his suit's hues to return to their normal limits, a sudden wave of exhaustion crashing over him as his claws melt to their normal length...offering the chilly, scaled appendage to Matt to seal the deal. "...Deal."

[21:48] Matt Sani shook their hand with a smile. "Wonderful. Now let's see to them before they are toasted." With that he jumped down and started to check on the two just beneath, a little more calm and cared for now that a fight had been mostly averted. He'd also check on his headset to see about clearing up the tapes. "I'm going to check the footage now and send out a message about a cold I've developed. Judas will probably have something about visiting his family."

[21:52] Blizzavix gives a curt nod toward the Director before gliding his way to Levi; while he did not have healing capabilities on his own, he did have means to stabilize. He carefully pulls out an injector filled with painkillers and stims, trying to at least ease Levi's pains enough for safer transport. Judas would require a more...detailed treatment.

[21:57] Matt Sani checked on Judas, kneeling by him and letting his bot do some of the work. After clearing up the records a smile towards the hounds. "There we go. Some added protection." For Judas he tore off his shirt to cover him as best he could before carrying them off to wherever they needed to be
