The Masters of Good

It was Night Time, all was silent in a experimental Government Laboratory. Inside and protected by Security Guards was an engine of sorts from an alien crash site. One of the security guards who was alone in the monitor room was watching the room with the engine by himself, “3 hours left to go before I can finally clock out” he said to himself, he then heard something move behind him and quickly turned.

“Hello?” he said as no one was around, he thought it was nothing till he heard clicks on the computer, he then jumped and aimed his gun at the nothingness using his module. “What do we have here, one of Doctor X’s terrorist, or just some-” before he could finish his statement the invisible being began to reveal itself, the guard was star struck at a beautiful woman typing in the computer, she wore a black short sleeve rubber suit with a 4 on her breast, “M-Miss Ferocious?” said the guard before the woman covered the mans head in a force field suffocating him. “That’s Invisible Maiden to you bitch” she said as she finishes what she started, which was changing what was on the screens to loops. “This was pointless now, but better safe then sorry” she muttered turning invisible again, “Video Surveillance bugged Reed, but we had a mishap” she whispered, “I should have expected failure from you Susan, we’ll talk about this later, I estimate we have about 20 minutes before the body is discovered, get out of their it’s time to move!” said the voice in her ear piece.

Inside the room where the alien engine was being held, the emergency exit door that lay in there began to burn eventually melting/turning to ash by a blue flaming man. “Merry Christmas to me” said the flaming man, “Alright Doc the way is clear!” he said as a man with black short sleeved uniform with a 4 on it but with goggles and a goatee walked in, he swatted the flaming man’s head. “Don’t be an idiot Flame, there are obviously lazers guarding the device from intruders like us” he said taking out a gas pellet and throwing it in the area, it began to release gas revealing the lazers. “What would the Ferocious 4 do without me, Mister Ferocious the most intelligent human being to ever live!” he said stretching his arm through the lazers to reach where it was located. “How many minutes do we have Johnny?” he asked as Johnny deflamed and looked at his watch. “About 10” he replied. Reed scoffed, “Someone tell that stupid monster to hurry up with shutting down the pow-” before Ferocious can finish his sentence a big brute made of black stone was thrown into the building through the wall, the lights of the room then turned on. “Oh Shit” he said quickly retracting his arm.
Coming in from that hole in the wall was a man in a black cloak, “You had me stumped for a good hour or so Reed, but you can never outsmart Hope” he said coming into the light, he wore a white metal armor on his body and with a lazer gun holstered to his leg. “And hopes what I’m all about!” he shouted shooting electric beams from his hand.

Reed got angry, “Doctor Hope” he mumbled, the lazer beams struck a force field, Invisible Maiden then appeared in the middle of the 2 grinning. “Miss Me Mistah F?” she said as Reed gave a grin. “Get up Ben, we have company!” he yelled as the spiky gray rock monster got up, “No Problem boss!” it shouted pulling out a bolder from the ground and throwing it.

Doctor Hope quickly halted the boulder with his hand and tossed it back at him. “When will you 4 ever listen, Doctor Ferocious, Invisible Maiden, Ferocious Flame, and The Thing old friends give up this life of crime, if you come peacefully we can find a better way to settle this” said Hope charging his electric beams. Mister Ferocious began to stretch himself all snake like, “You always want to rehabilitate us Victor, but it wont fly!” Mister Ferocious then threw his fists at him but Hope dodged, “Have it your way!” he said casting what looks to be a magic spell, the spell created a ice fog around Ferocious which slowly froze him. Hope was struck with a fireball and fell tot he ground, “F-Flame!” he spouted as the flaming blue villain got ready to fire again, “Scared old man, well try this on for size!” he shouted again throwing more, but Hope had a force field made protecting himself as he caught his barrings. “You really wana test my patience boy!” said Hope as he blasted the sprinklers above wetting Flame and deflaming him. “Wait no!” he shouted before reed blasted his human form with an electric blast.

Thing and Invisible Maiden were left, “It’s clobbering time!” shouted Thing as he charged at Hope like a rhinoceros, but Hope moved out of the way when he got close and tripped him, leaving only the Maiden left. “Sue I-” before he can finish Maiden trapped him in a force field. “Don’t botha Victah, Reed’s my daddy now!” she shouted shrinking the force field around him.

As Doctor Hope tried coming up with a plan, a ring began coming from his helmet. “This is a bad time Modop?!” he said, the voice replied “It looks like you need some help Victor, want me to send someone your way?” he said as Hope grunts. “Doctor Hope doesn’t need help!” he said punching the force field with his energy fists. “Of course you don’t” said Modop but I’m sending you help anyway” he said as the other 3 Ferocious Four members recovered from their attacks. “Excellent Sue, excellent” said Reed as he grabs sues behind, “This is where it ends Victor Von Doom, and once we have this engine, my latest weapon will scare everyone into making us the rulers of Earth, including your pathetic little country!” he shouted as the force field got smaller.

“Not if I have anything to say about it!” shouted a voice from above, the 4 looked up to a man in tight blue suit, fur on his shoulders, and metal gold gauntlets, he had a sword with him and a lined white sock mask. “Citizen Zemo!?!?” shouted Reed, “The rest of the Masters of Good here too?” he asked as Zemo nods, “One of me can take down 4 of you!” he shouted jumping down from the ceiling and stomping Sues face knocking her unconscious and freeing Doctor Hope. “I told Modop I didn’t need help!” said Hope as Zemo scoffed, “You never need help Victor!” he said with his sword ready.
“This isn’t going good at all” said Flame at an angry Mister Ferocious. “Ben take them both down” he said as Thing charged in with punches, Zemo ducks and lets Thing roll on his back, Zemo then charges at Flame and kicks him with his metal boots knocking him off the air. Doctor Hope scoffed and went after Reed. “Tomas Edison give me strength!” he shouted using his stretching to dodge Victor and go to his team. “Herbert, we need escape warp protocol!” he shouted in a ear piece, the 4 of them began to slowly warp away as Reed reverted himself back to normal. “You win this time Heroes, but make
my words you will rue the day-” he warped before he can finish his sentence.

Zemo and Hope looked at each other, “Thanks for your help Zemo, but it wasn’t necessary” said Hope as Zemo snarked, “Your welcome Mate, why not come by the Masters of Hope for a spill, the team hasn’t seen yah in awhile” he said as Hope covered himself in his cloak. “I will consider it as I return to Latveria, I recommend talking to the scientists about housing that alien device in a much better location” he suggested leaving in the hole he entered in. Zemo removed his white sock mask and called someone on his ear piece, “Modop can you get me the head scientists of whatever this place is called” he muttered standing around in the crime scene.

Later that nigh Zemo drove back to his base on his motorcycle. “That Victor, always wanting to do things the hard way” he said parking in the middle of national park. “Beam me up Modop” he said as he’s warped away. He warps into what looks like a big ol mechanical room. “Nothing says good crime fighting like relaxing at home, the AIM hidden facility and home of the Masters of Good” he muttered to himself while he entered a door into a living room like recc room.

“Good Evening team” he said to the 6 characters that lay before him, Crimson Dynamo the armored avenger, Loki god of mischief, Absorbing Man the man of many elements, Darren Cross a big pink monster, Mask the shape shifting mutant. And MODOP, Mobile Organism Designed only for Peace and founder of AIM aka Advance Idea Mechanics. A organization bent on studying and perfecting science for the sake of world peace.

Crimson Dynamo wore a red/orange armor armor very similar to the villain Iron-Man, Loki wore a green Norse like suit with a horned helmet he wielded a mystic staff and his brother was the human hating tyrant Thor, Absorbing Man was a balding man in a wife beater, he could change his body to any element he touches and morphs said body, the big pink guy was was Darren Cross, a big brute who can change from his monster form to his human form whom he calls Yellowjacket, and finally MODOP, he was a big head in a floating chair device colored yellow, he had no hair only a glass dome revealing his brain.

“How did it go back at the Lab Hero Zemo?” asked Loki as Zemo removed his sock mask and sword and put them on stands. He was a blond handsome man with typical aryan features, “Went well, Doom is still not interested in joining us again, oh I mean Hope… whatever” he muttered, “I think it’s time you stopped pushing him so much” said Absorbing-Man, “He was a great member of the team, but we have Dynamo now, he had his chance”. Zemo looked away, “Maybe you’re right Creed, Im just wasting time, he owes me for saving his life at the lab though” he said scratching his neck, “By the way, we are tasked with protecting that alien engine tomorrow, so who wants to stay on duty with it up here?” he asked as Darren raised his hand, “I will ensure it’s safety Zemo!” he said as Zemo scoffs, “Thanks mate” he answered.

“I’m going to call it a night, Dynamo you are on Monitor Duty!” marked Zemo as he left the room. Dynamo scoffed, “Such work should be given to the big brained freak!” he remarked looking at MODOP, “Watch your tone Dynamo, I may be designed for peace but I’m still formidable!” he answered as Dynamo scoffed heading for the monitor.”Dynamo’s attitude needs to be adjusted” said Modop to Loki, “George old friend how long will you keep this rivalry going” said Loki as Modop rolls his eyes, “When he grows a brain” he muttered floating away. Loki looked at the other teams going about their buisness, “This team needs to learn to trust each other in order to work together, I’ll bring this up with Zemo… bah he might still have Doom in his brain” he said to himself heading to his room.

Meanwhile, the Ferocious 4 flew through the city in their Feroci-Car, “Wake up the 4 of you or else Im turning this thing upside down” said Reed as everyone got up tired. “such poor performance, you 3 are pathetic, so I’ll be getting the device with others while you 3 separate and gather the other items for the experiment!” he said angry, “Pay attention as I wont repeat myself, Ben I want you to free our old friend
