Kirbin wins.



It seems extremely easy for Todo to manipulate Megumi’s location, no rebuttals about this ever convinced me otherwise. Arguments about the presence of cursed energy from kirbins stips or if Todo has his hands or not felt very rules lawyery. In particular “Todo doesn’t have a hand right now” made me roll my eyes a little, and Kirbins clap back about it was good.



Even in a dark environment I think Kuroki and Todo can fairly easy murder Megumi in a 2v1 between Todo’s striking, Kuroki’s skill and piercing, and the canonical interactions between Megumi and Todo. I do think Amasian does a good job of showing how Megumi improves, but that improvement is tied more to techniques I don’t think Megumi can get off in these situations.



That leaves Heisuke, who I think would be very very dangerous to Kuroki and Todo, but suffers a lot from the environment and is against someone who can change his positioning at will.



I think Amasian has a very strong team and I don’t think he under performed here, but he was really unfortunate with his matchups and the arena, and Kirbin did more than well enough to capitalize on those advantages.
