- The Living Factions of Amaranth
- The Holy Order - These folk are the disciples of the only known ancient deity that actually keeps up with the world, Mistral. She however, only guides one man of the order, her champion otherwise known as Enthis, the Holy Knight. The men and women under this order relentlessly hunt down any form of 'evil' or 'unholiness' in the eyes of their god, however, recently they have begun to die off for several reasons.
- The Blue - Blue are the mercenaries of the world, referred to as the Blue as a whole, despite it actually being hundreds of factions under one name that can even be bought out to fight each other. The hierarchy is controlled by your reputation and age. Few people want to take out the top dogs, for it's incredibly likely that you'll even scratch them. The top dogs in name are otherwise known as the Corialith, or for short the Corials. Very few survive being targeted by the Corials, and those who do disappear eventually either way.
- Grimlock - Grimlock are... men and women? It's hard to say. These folk have torn apart their bodies and minds in the oddest of ways, but are rather unique assassins who have achieved godlike powers through whatever sick and twisted rituals they possess. No one really knows their agenda, but they kidnap people constantly recently to further their practices, to gain power or recruit. Some men are just returned as mindless, sick, corrupted animals of which ooze a black goo. Upon slaying them however, they evaporate leaving not much to examine besides the revolting smell that remains, filled with hatred and bloodthirst.
- Ominox - The Ominox are well known folk that tend to have a say in everybody's politics, and tend to twist them in their favor if they can. However, these guys are essentially just rich assholes that utilize the Blue to their fullest potential. Of course, these guys also tend to control large trade monopolies.
- Ironclad - This group of ferocious sailors are the only ones who would dare sail the oceans of Sillum due to the widespread dangers, and they are certainly good at it. They also have considerably advanced technology and have begun trading and bringing travelers across the ocean, but they don't lose a ship if they're lucky. The ships they utilize are highly advanced and made out of special materials which make it rather hard for sea monsters to sink nonetheless, at least, depending on the sea monster.
- Reliath - The Reliath are mages across all time that come together every hundred or so years to pool their information together, of course, about half of them have at least one apprentice to pass down their advanced form of magic, and to fill their spot in the Reliath once they have died off. However, only one can become the next Reliath, and there are 13 Reliath at all times, one for each tree of magic, and then a few that have managed to create their own unique tree. However, they have all been forced into hiding due to one of their own betraying them, the Grandmaster. However, the Grandmaster actually failed to kill any of them, but he did take all of their pooled information, and wound several of them, potentially crippling them. The survivors haven't reared their heads once since the Grandmaster became a king. They still have their apprentices however, training them for a day that they can be free of the Grandmaster. Rumoured to be in league with the Shivalva.
- Shivalva - Shivalva is the rebellion against the Grandmaster, some of the few that would dare even look him in the eyes. These folk are essentially ancient, for most of their recruits tend to die off rapidly due to insurgencies being put down immediately at whatever cost is necessary. If the head of these folk was known, they'd already be gone unfortunately.
- The Forgotten Factions
- Serai - The Serai are an ancient cult of knights, who actually believed in no gods, and pictured themselves as the epitome of perfection. Every knight could hold their own up against one another, and if they couldn't they didn't deserve to be alive. Eventually though, after having started off as a casual order of knights, they began to grow corrupt and monstrous, caring little for the lives of either friend or foe, and in their own belief of them being gods, they would dabble in their own dark magics of their making, and devouring the power of their foes to achieve their belief. After some time however, when they had been a scourge upon the land for years, and most of the order dying out to Mistral's order of holy knights at the cost of them being practically exterminated themselves, the Serai that remained began to fall dormant, and under the spell of Sloth. The status of a god was practically in their grasp, but now monstrously deformed and corrupt, their misdeeds live in their twisted nightmares beneath the earth.
- Amaranth - Named after the flower of the world, men from Amaranth are cultists who worship the ancient dragons, with seven different branches. The Holy Order will not be counted for Mistral is against almost all of her siblings anyways. Fen'Mirai however doesn't have a branch, for it was forbidden to even speak it's name back in the day among any cultist. If any branch is still alive, it's probably about in the same situation as The Holy Order: dying. Of course, every single one of the dragon gods will always have a champion, even if they do not have worshipers.
- Wintersong - Men and women from Wintersong want to essentially bring about the revival of the Serai, for they actually view them as deities as well, and have books on most of the ancient men. Of course, god knows what would happen if the Serai came back.
