- * DO THIS ON YOUR OWN RISK! *
- 1. Open CMD/Terminal, type in "ipconfig" or "ifconfig" if using Linux.
- 2. Look for "Standard gateway"
- 3. You should see something like "192.168.0.1".
- 4. Open your webbrowser and paste the Standard gateway IP.
- 5. Login to the router, look for an option to change your MAC address.
- 6. This is different for most routers, just search for it.
- 7. Once you find it, clone it, if there are no clone options, just leave it.
- 8. Take the last 4 characters of the address, and replace them with:
- Any characters from A-F and any numbers from 1-9.
- Example ********5B2E
- 9. Save, and restart your router.
- 10. You should now have a new IP.
