HOW TO TURN

1. TURN SIGNAL ON well in advance.
2. If there's a special turning lane, get into it and THEN start slowing down.
3.
	If the light is green...
		Wait for anyone who came first to clear out of the way, then go.
		If you're turning right, just slow down to 12 mph and turn.
		Don't stop completely, usually.
	If the light is red...
		Stop completely, no matter what.
		If you're turning right, stop completely, THEN look in all directions.
			Look for no-right-turn-on-red signs. Then, if it's clear, go.
		If you're turning left, wait for a green light to go.
	If there's a stop sign...
		Stop completely, no matter what.
		Look around and then go.
	If there's no light and you're crossing over a bunch of lanes...
		Stop completely and wait for a break in the traffic.
