Upon closer inspection, that water seems to be being wrung out straight from a towel. Said wringer happens to also be a raccoon.

ThineBaka:
The floor is made of some old-fashioned oriental tatami, and you're currently resting on what seems to be a old sheet of bedding.

Apparently, you're surrounded by woodland creatures. Woodland creatures everywhere. They're cleaning up the house like this was some kind of disney movie, as well as keeping you to full health.

Alloces:
(Agh...concept of time is...) Al's mind stirs before his body, but when the latter catches up he notices the strange trickling sensation before anything else, "Splashing water..what is this, a frate---" Al's mind hasn't yet caught up to the point where he can properly react to a house run by ratty animals. Also, he questions whoever cast him as Snow White. "And I thought I had seen hell before."

Looking around, the house, you can see the architecture is very ancient-Japanesey. The dedication to accuracy is stunning. Not a single bit of tech in sight, save for an annoying little Karakuri Ningyo in the corner there. Along the side you can see a few wipes, knives, and bandages.

Alloces:
Al looks away from the squirrels and the elk and the lynxes and the bears to admire the engineering and scenery, before jerking himself back to reality about the whole "oh right what the FUCK is happening thing, "Where am I... No, scratch that, how long have I been gone? Who was it that brought me back? And Rosa..."

Alloces:

"Right, Rosa! It feels like so long... But my movement isn't impaired. Well! I appreciate the company, creatures, but I must make my departure. There must be a door somewhere."

From the back of the screen, you hear a woman writing notes down on a clumsy, wrinkly sheet of paper. She says "Ooo. Are you finally awake?" The animals around you make their crittery animal sounds and gather around the woman. "You shouldn't push yourself so hard yet."

Alloces:
Al eyes the woman, who certainly is not the person he was expecting "...you cannot be the one who brought me here. Miss, I thank you for your worry, but I will push myself further than I can go, if I must. A life more importan than mine may be on the line."

Shiranai:
She adjusts her glasses and pets her little woodland family. "You've been out cold for a while. Strange man you are...you don't look like any person I've seen. But I'm obliged to take care of you either way."

Shiranai:
"It's only been a few days, but you're already this jumpy? Well, if you're -sure- you're okay, I won't stop you..." The woman chuckles to herself. "I had to get a few...errands done anyway."

Alloces:
"Obliged...hahaha!' Al shakes his head at the nostalgiac concept, "You wouldn't be bound by your word, would you? As I would say, a contract...? I hope you made no such thing for the sake of someone like me." Al looks over himself, just to make sure he's not missing any important extremeties, then glances back up at the woman, "I apologize for this inconvenience, miss..?"
Alloces: (( Woman I don't have the time to read a novel here ))

Shiranai:
"My name is Shiranai, but you probably already know that. Do you? I'm the head nurse around here, but this is my own little private abode. I took care of you with my own expenses." She puts away her papers and rubs her fingers. "Healing people is my role, after all. What kind of chosen one would I be if I didn't play by my role?" Out of complete nowhere, a small kitten spotaneously grows out of her hand. She gives it a litle brush on the head with her finger. "And you are...?"

Alloces:
Al gapes at the kitten, then rubs his eyes and furiously tries to shake away his...sleepiness? Yes, it must have been that. "...I am... Did I see that correctly?"

Alloces:
"No, no, no! I can't waste time here! But information...you said, er, chosen one? ...Chosen by whom?"

Shiranai:
A question mark appears over the animal-lover's head. "Oh...you REALLY don't know who I am then, do you? Hmm...this'll take a while." Shiranai grabs a small backpack in the corner and moves towards the door. "If you really need to go, I'll tell you on the way."

Alloces:
"I could not guess if my life depended on it. Do excuse me if my mind is addled. I have suffered trying ordeals, only the very least of which involved a housecat forming from thin air. Now, I have no time to lose. It is not my intention to sound standoffish, but you will need to be fleet of foot if you wish to follow me."

Shiranai:
"There's only one route around here, one that I know better than anyone else. I should be fiiine." Shiranai's symphony of small fauna gather around her as she makes her way out the door. The outside of the house is a lush, if slightly chilly, eastern forest, with various installments such as small shrines and statues honoring those of many years past littering the road. Decorating the installations are slips of paper with fancy caligraphy scrawled on them.

Alloces:
Al's gaze darts around the courtyard as the various sights sink in, "Good, I can walk...I was afraid I may have atrophied. How did you find me? And where? For that matter...how long have I been unconscious? What is the date?"

Shiranai:
"Hmm, you sound like a strange fellow as well. I found you lying around the road here. This part of the road in fact." She points at a broken-off corner of the road containing a broken wood post. "Since then I've been taking care of you for a few days. Perhaps one or two."

Alloces:
"I apologize for any oddities regarding my accent or vocabulary, but now is truly not the time." Al shuts his eyes and thinks over what he'd heard, (A few days...this has never happened before...) "So, you found me here? Where, may I ask, is here, exactly?"

Shiranai:
"Oh, don't worry. You landed in the luckiest spot you can imagine. Thankfully I live right near Tsujiyama village, easily the safest place you can land in these increasingly violent days." Shiranai looks forward, and notices a figure walking towards them. "Speaking of, that should be one of my superiors right now."

Xuefang:
"Oh. Shiranai. Don't mind me. I was just taking an evening stroll." A woman with a flashy hair color walks by with a look of flat indifference on her face. "Who's this? A new Noh performer or something? Have you really stooped to such low acts already?"
Shiranai: (( no, he has not ))

Alloces:
"Tsujiyama, you say... Hmph." With this newfound lack of information, Al redirects his attention to the new arrival, "My name is Alloces, not..No. You would be?"

Shiranai:
"It's really unusual for you to be out here in public. Aren't you afraid or anything?" Shiranai turns her attention back towards you. "I assume you'll have everything you need at the village. If not, you can always consult the priest."

Alloces:
"I pray I find what I need most...an exit."

Xuefang:
"Are you asking me my name? Not trembling in fear or anything? Odd...you're either naiive or one of those funny foreign folk. Either way, I'm Xuefang. I kill people for a living."

Shiranai:
"Ara, like you're the one to talk about foreigners..."

Alloces:
Al grins at the woman, unpertubed by her choice of employment, "Oh, is that so? You wouldn't like me, then. I have little reason to fear you. Or perhaps you would... you share much in common with my closest friends, and greatest enemies."

Xuefang:
"You should be thankful I'm not prideful like those samurai bumpkins, or I'd have your head in an instant...." A flash appears behind her, and a lavish figure clad in white and black rises out from her body.

Xuefang:
It reaches out at you, intending to grab you...or hold you in place...

Alloces:
Al rubs his forehead, and steps back, "More of these? And here I thought I wouldn't need to see any for a while... As a man whose goal in life is to survive, I implore you, do not accost me in such a way. I will be on my way shortly."

Xuefang:
Xuefang looks in confusion. "Odd...you shouldn't have been able to predict that. What are you, anyway?"

Alloces:
"What am I? Deep, aren't we? I'm afraid I cannot say in the time I have available to me. Can you tell me what YOU are?"

Shiranai:
Shiranai puts on a surprised expression. "Are you telling me you could predict her hadou? Well that's...rare."

Xuefang:
"Hah. I see how it is. You really ARE naiive, aren't you? I am Xuefang, the Shiokaraiken Assassin. The fact that you don't know of me either means I'm doing my job way too well or you're just stupid."

Alloces:
"Hm, it is true that most cannot. That had slipped my mind. But, yes. See it, predict it, fight it if it comes to that... But, let us refrain from a battle, yes?"

Xuefang:
"To the left of you is the Shiokaraiken Nurse. The fact that she keeps stooping her head as low to care for random peasants such as you is something I'll never understand."

Alloces:
"Now, do be polite to the lady. Creating excuses for a brawl does not fit one such as you."

Shiranai:
Shiranai laughs. "That's just Xuefang being herself. Still, perhaps you aren't just a 'random peasant' after all. You mind seeing the head priest? Perhaps he knows just what's going on here...."

Alloces:
"Oh, I doubt it. If he does, I will likely know before he opens his mouth. If a meeting with this man is the only way I can get to where I need to be, then so be it..."

Shiranai:
"Say your goodbyes now Xuefang, I have a feeling today will prove a most interesting one."

Xuefang:
"Do what you will, say what you will..." the assassin casually saunters off

Alloces:
"And here I was, hoping I could make a new friend! Now, miss Shiranai...would you lead me toward your "head priest?"

Shiranai:
"As you can somehow see the true form of the Hadou, I can tell you're not just any funny person." Shiranai takes out a small stick from her pocket. "The head priest is an amazing man. Before him, disciples of the Shiokaraiken were solely used for killing. But these days, we're getting closer and closer to a peaceful future alongside the Hadou..."

Alloces:
"This Hadou, and Shiokaraiken, then, is what I would refer to as a 'Replicant?' or a user of such? Interesting..."

Alloces:
"But I fear I myself have no talent with it. My abilities are unique, albeit, seemingly tangentially connected."

Shiranai:
The nurse extends her hand. "You probably can't see them, but the power I was gifted by the Hadou is that of 'Spore.' Powerful cells that can transmute into any animal...or well, not any animal. Just small forest ones. Not a very powerful ability, but one that's very handy."

Alloces:
"I am able to see the animals, if that is what you mean. I..wondered where they had come from. When you formed the one earlier, I began to think I was still...asleep."

Spore:
"Kurururu" yes for some reason I made a token for a microscoping replicant, deal with it

Shiranai:
"The animals themselves are still visible to the common folk, don't you worry. I figured I was already known for pulling these tricks, so I must have scared you a bit back there." You enter the village, on a pretty lively day. "Now, head priests' abode should be riiight there."

Alloces:
"Hmph...I certainly would stand out here, the way I am dressed. You are not coming with me? Or did I misunderstand?"
Alloces: (( FUCKIN JEWZOU OR WHATEVER HIS NAME IS (D) ))

Shiranai:
"Nice place, isn't it? Far away from trouble, that much is for certain..." Shiranai pats her head. "I most certainly am coming with you. Now we should just stop ove-"
Alloces: (( oh, Jewzoh it seems ))

Geppei:
"KITA KITA KIITAAAAAH! WHO THE HECK IS THIS STRANGER? ARE YOU IN TROUBLE SHIRANAI-SAMA?" A lone samurai leaps out of the crowd, fuming with hot blood.

Alloces:
Al adopts a look of surprise before calling out, "Stranger! Dear me, where?! No, my man, I am no stranger. Keep your wits about you."

Shiranai:
"Cool down there jiraiya. This stranger is with me. I wouldn't try any funny business just yet! But I appreciate the thought."

Geppei:
"Keh! My name is Geppei! Doskoi! And I cannot help but be put off by this man's strange features! They are like that of a demon's!"

Alloces:
"Jiraiya, Geppai, or Doskoi...? I'll alternate. Demon, you say? It's better than cat..."

Alloces:
"Now, then, Jiraiya, I'm afraid I've an appointment with a head priest. If you'll excuse me, I will be out of your hair shortly."

Geppei:
"Please, if this strange gaijin is holding you hostage, I will not hesitate to strike it down with my pride and joy, 'Daikatana'!" Geppei holds his sword directly at you, a pretty damning statement at the time.

Shiranai:
"*Giggles* Don't try. Geppei is hopelessly stubborn. I know one way to get out of his hair though..."

Shiranai:
Shiranai flicks her fingers and then claps. "Give his hair something else!"

Alloces:
"Oh? Good! Thank you, dear. The was on a dangerous path. Giving me an excuse to fight, he may have regretted that. And I think this new style fits him"

Alloces:

Geppei:
"GUUURYAAAAH! WHAT IS THIS MESS IN MY HAIR!?" The samurai hops around frantically, screaming in pain. "GAAAH, I HAAATE RODENTS MORE THAN ANYTHING! MY WORRISOME HEART SHALL STOP AT ANY MOMENT! GAAAH!"

Shiranai:
Shirana runs at a breakneck speed past the panicked samurai. "It's no problem. Now, the priest should be just in this building. Come now, come..."

Alloces:
Al trots along after the girl, glancing back every now and again to watch the poor samurai struggle, "What an entertaining prelude to my meeting with this man of praise."

Shiranai:
You enter a buddhist temple, with shining statues staring down at you menacingly. It's quite a contrast from the more modest-looking village.

Alloces:
"Hmm...I've seen too many old movies. I half expect these men of granite to leap alive and challenge me to a duel."

Shiranai:
In the center is a man meditating heavily, but he seems to be sweating while doing it, as if he can't keep his concentration proper. He's a pretty large man, with wavering black hair.

Shiranai:
"Haaai. Sorry to interrupt your meditation, sir, but I'd like to check if you could see a special someone here."
Alloces: (( I'm gonna assume it's Ladd until proven otherwise ))

Adoru Zen:
The monk opens his eyes and scratches his head. "Uuu. Times have not been well on me, Shiranai. I needed company anyway."

Adoru Zen:
The man gets up, his large and imposing figure making itself obvious to you at this point. In a stark contrast to what you're usually accustomed to, he puts on a warm smile. "Tell me, child, just what is it you wanted to see me for today."
Adoru Zen: (( *? ))

Alloces:
Al, quickly recognizing the man's features, mutters, almost to himself, "...yes, this man would know of me, in fact. I always wondered how far my luck could carry me; now I know. No matter, hello."

Adoru Zen:
"Hello there, mister...?" The man wonders. "Who am I speaking to today?"

Shiranai:
"You've been pretty down and out lately Zen. Have you been pushing yourself too?"

Alloces:
"...you do not recognize me? Then you--no, Zhen? So it is you? Hm, I'd have guessed I would leave a bigger impression. Nothing can be done about it, I guess. I am Alloces!"

Adoru Zen:
"Then I welcome you All...Aro...Aru...is that spelled with Kanji? No matter, my weary demeanor is growing more and more obvious. I solemnly apologize."

Shiranai:
"Hmm, do you have some history with the head priest here? You sure talk like you do."

Adoru Zen:
"I'm sorry. I cannot immediately recognize all my visitors from the top of my head. Even I am only human after all."

Alloces:
"Troubled? Call me by my surname, if you wish; Valefar. Yes, history is one way to put it. In fact, I thought by now I would BE history! All the same...this is nothing like the other building. And I see Marona nowhere... Could it be, you are not Zhen, but another, like Zuan... Yet you look so similar..."

Adoru Zen:
Zen tilts his head. "I'm not sure what you're reciting. But I suppose it is beyond me. *Sigh* All I wish to do is preserve the lives and wellship of everyone around me."

Shiranai:
Shiranai chuckles. "Main thing I'm interested in is this man's ability to see the Hadou. Clearly he is not an average person, yet something about him doesn't seem like the same mold most Shiokaraiken were cut from..."

Alloces:
"Quite unlike him indeed..." Puzzled, but not giving up, Al shoots one last question - if this guy's conscious of his relationship with Zhen, it should strike something, "Quick question - you haven't seen any problems with crazed women with scythes, have you? See, this one was quite the problem in the city... But maybe your village is safe from her here?"

Adoru Zen:
"*Sigh* Doesn't sound like anything out of the ordinary around here. Something tells me the Hadou has more of a price to it than one would expect...along with strange figures roaming about, you must also be familiar with the 'holes of emptiness' too, correct? These only came about after the Hadou began manifesting itself."

Adoru Zen:
"Normally this would prove a hinderance to my people, but I refuse to give up hope. Even with the war going on, even with these bizarre occurances, my only choice is to utilize and organize it so I may stop this flow of senseless death. This is why I established the Shiokaraiken."

Alloces:
"...hrm..I do not think I have heard of such a thing...But I recall, when I fought that man, well, that description would fit his actions. Nevertheless! I am, er, glad to see there are no problems here. Oh, you established this order, then? Well, well, you must have been here a long while, for everyone to be so devoted to you. You wish to stop death, you say? Doesn't surprise me, honestly."

Adoru Zen:
"I've been here long enough to unfortunately outlive many of those before me. Not only are the Shiokaraiken an order of the most vital importance, they are also my pride and joy, and I love each and every one of them like family. This is why I pray for the future. At this point, the future no longer belongs to me. Who is does belong to are the Shiokaraiken, and all those they swear to protect."

Shiranai:
"Awww, I'm so flattered. But is this all the business you have? Are you unaware of just who might this man, well...be?"

Alloces:
"I hope for the sake of the world that they swear to protect quite the herd. Oh! But, not me. There are many more that need it greater than I. In fact, rather than being protected, I wish to leave this place...I have someone to protect, myself."

Adoru Zen:
"Leave this place...? Well, I won't really try and stop you. I am unsure where you wish to go, but..."

Alloces:
"The city. More specifically, I'm headed for...Wolfgang Way, I think it was. I hopect to find nothing there... But, would you simply point me to an exit?"

Alloces:

"The city? I know not of where that location within the mainline city is, but I do know the road to it is hazardous at this hour...."

Shiranai:
"Yep. Many strange phenomena such as walking figures and the black emptiness pollute the roads. I wouldn't head there if I were you! Hmm..."

Adoru Zen:
"They...do? I mostly figured banditry was rampant there..."

Shiranai:
"Nope. Saw the effects with my own two eyes. It's a danger zone there."

Alloces:
"Walking...figures... I wouldn't call those strange. But a black emptiness, that is fine with me. What is more, that which is dangerous to you may not be so to me. I have no choice in the matter, if I'm being frank."

Adoru Zen:
The monk thinks to himself. "Well if you must..."

Shiranai:
"Hmm...perhaps it's within my best interests to go with you?"

Adoru Zen:
"No. You stay here Shiranai. I cannot afford to lose you, most of all."

Alloces:
"A nurse is needed here, it seems. I won't ask you to join me...besides that, I can't protect everyone I like. That isn't my power, unfortunately..."

Shiranai:
"What a shame~. I guess this is where we part ways. Ah well, it was nice knowing you Al. I do hope one day we'll be able to meet again."

Alloces:
"We very well may. Should we, I hope it is on good terms! I would hate to see harm come to any of you. Now...the way back, if you would?"

Shiranai:
"Sure thing!" Shiranai leads you back through the other side of the village, taking you to a winding path along a forest. "This should be just the way you're looking for. I dare not tread any further from here though."

Alloces:
"If it would be dangerous for you, then, no, you shouldn't. But I will be fine! I feel for any who would attempt to attack me now..."

Shiranai:
"Don't worry. I believe in you." Shiranai heads back into the village as you make a most dangerous journey.

But, yeah - Al makes his way through the forest, following the path since, well, who wouldm ake a path that didn't lead anywhere? That'd just be dickish.

Haruri Haruko:
A random little girl. "Excuse me! Do you know the way around here? I've been so lost it's unreal!"

Alloces:
Exasperated, but at least glad there's no danger yet, Al just sighs, "...the way? Back to the village, you mean?"

Haruri Haruko:
"Uuuh, yeah...I sorta snuck out when I really shouldn't have, and now I've been lost. Oooh...daddy's gonna kill me hard..."

Alloces:
"Yes, well, unfortunately that's your problem. You should keep watch on yourself, really. It's, reportedly, dangerous out here. Nonetheless...you're quite close." Al points behind him, down the path and in the direction of the shrine, "Just that way is the head priest's shrine. You should be...safe there."

Haruri Haruko:
"Ah, thank you! I knew I was getting close!" The little girl skips merrily along. "Hopefully I can make it back without anyone noticin-" Suddenly, Al's face is met with a sudden toss of a Shuriken.

Al reels, pawing at his face, and eventually grabs hold of the shuriken and tosses it to the ground in rage, "Argh! Who's trying to kill me with TOYS?! GET OUT HERE! Oh, well...much appreciated. That's the first time anyone has ever obeyed that order. Now, then...I'm going to CRUSH you! Don't feel bad, it's just business, you know."

Ninja 1:
"I know! You must be one of Adoru's men, aren't you? Well we got you cornered now!" More Ninja leap out from the shadows, jumping all around you like a pitch-black tornado in the trees!

Kunoichi:
"Puh, looks like our little hostage game is up! We won't go easy on you, even for a second! It's countless numbers against one! Get him boys!"

Alloces:
"Adoru? Who the hell are you talking about? Oh, forget it. It doesn't matter. Now sit still. I hope you don't like your bones where they are."

Al beckons toward the little ninja, and looks around for that one girl, to make sure she's not been shuriken'd herself.

The young girl is hiding off in the back, running away for dear life from those ninjas. Luckily, the ninjas have turned all their attention towards you for now.

She hangs up your hand. "Seems Zhen isn't having the best of days today. How deliciously ironic."

Alloces:
"Huh...haha..." Al tries not to laugh at the strange, oddly nostalgiac image. "Really? So he...can't bring us back?"

Alloces:
Al's smile falters as he realizes the implications of that, "Wait, he can't bring us back?! But... Argh!" Even as he loses his temper, Al starts to dissolve! Or not. The sand falls off him, fading away before it hits the ground, and he re-forms, completely normal again, which at least shocks him out of his anger. "...so that wasn't permanent. Good to know..."

Marona:
"Nah, Harley's gonna pick us up at any moment. It's just that some man on our timeline is getting dangerously close to bringing one of our close enemies to overtake us all. It's business stuff."

Alloces:
"Harley...that's...urgh, I have some bad memories of that thing, for some reason... But who are you talking about, some man? And..your enemy? Hah, I guess that would make him my ally."

Alloces:
"Then again, the same doesn't hold true for everyone. So maybe you get off easy this time!"

Marona:
"Indeed it would. Hence why I'm hesistant to disclose it just yet. Zhen does have some further uses for you though...whether or not you're going to take them kicking and screaming is another thing entirely."

"Uses, uses...It seems as if everyone has 'uses' for me. I wasn't aware I was so useful. I would be flattered, if he weren't likely trying to get me killed."

Alloces:
"Though, I guess that would just prove his stupidity."

Marona:
Marona smiles. "Your usefulness indeed knows no bounds. Really, you're just about your own worst enemy at this point. Depending on what happens, I'll try and see to it that you play your role...while still keeping you at least partially alive enough to have a few more dates."

Hanged Harley:
In a flash of shadow, Zhen's replicant materializes in the air. For a moment though, it looks unusually unnerved, the first time the replicant ever showed any emotion besides 'really fucking angry'

It snaps back to its usual expression after taking a glance around though

Marona:
"Aaand, that should be our escort. What happens after this is all on you."

Alloces:
"Hm. Well, that would be much appreciated indeed! I can only hope I do well. I don't think I'd look so strapping without an arm." Al glances over at the newly-arrived grim reaper, "Yes, it seems our cab is here. But what do you mean by that?"

Marona:
"I presume you don't completely appreciate being used as a tool, do you?" Marona takes the figure by the hand. "Its hard to tell with you, really."

Alloces:
"A tool, huh...how nostalgiac. No, I don't 'appreciate' it at all. But I can't stay here...There is still something I must do. And do it I will, regardless of what Zhen wants of me. You should warn the man - this tool haven't been tested for safety."

Marona:
Marona snorts at how profoundly cheesey that line was. "L-let's get going Harley...*snort*"

Alloces:
"I was always told I had a horrible sense of humor, but I think it loops back around."

Hanged Harley:
Harley takes out its signature scythe and rips open a portal in the air. It takes both your hands and walks you back to a usual reality

Alloces:
"I got a laugh, and that's all that counts!" This will probably be the last happy moment of my unlife.

A woman in a strange mourning garb walks in, as if she was expecting you. "I see you've made it back with the goods, Marona. Why you decided to take him on a little trip is beyond me, but the ends justify the means."

"Yes, it is, made all the better b--my, rude, aren't we? Goods, am I... Nonetheless, it was quite the entertaining 'trip,' but I'm afraid I'm in a hurry now."

"You heard the man. He has to go see some sights, take care of some papers, turn the oven back off....the like" Marona pats herself down. "As for me, I need to change into something more uniform. This getup has the feeling of a prim and proper house maiden. Completely clashes with my tastes.."

Raven:
"Normally I'd object, but..." A shadow rises from underneath the black-clad lady.

"Upepepepe!" Her shadow rises up and hands her a bang filled with heaven-knows-whats.

Alloces:
"I was wondering why you were wearing that. It doesn't look bad on you, but I can't imagine much does---" Al's distracted by the living shadow that was honestly probably less evil than Azure, "...You've one as well, it seems... Well, isn't this something."

Marona:
Marona winds her arm. "Generally the rule is: If you really don't want someone to have a replicant, they probably will have one. That's just the way things go around here."

"Uepepee!" The shadow flicks your nose and wiggles your ears.

"Is that how it is? Well, it seems everyone wishes I had one, then? Sorry to disappoin--" Al pulls the obnoxious little shadow's arms away from his face as best he can, "Argh! I'd prefer it if you'd just try and kill me the normal way, instead of through annoyance! At this rate I'll never finish a damned sentence!"

Raven:
Raven rests her chin on her open palm, smirking with a devilish grin. "All in due time, my friend, all in due time"

Alloces:
Al mutters to himself wtih dry smile, "Promising." Then he turns to his date, who hoepfully will indeed make sure he doesn't get murderhobo'd again, "Now, I truly do wish it weren't so, Marona, but I'm afraid I can't stay any longer... I fear I may be too late as it is."
Alloces: (( guess Tirk had to dug without warning ))

Marona:
Marona stretches her arms and heads up the stairs. "Whatever you do, make sure you get back in time for my next day off. Well, in time and also in one piece. There was this one superb Lion's Head special at the chinese place near the park that you missed out on..." She coughs to herself "Wow, I'm sounding kinda sad and desperate here..."

Alloces:
"Well, now, it seems you've given me a surge of motivation! Rest assured, I'll return as soon as I am done. I wouldn't miss a day with you for the world!" Al heads toward the door, and waves goodbye, "As for one piece...ah, I can't make any promises, but I'll see what I can do!"

Alloces:
And so with that, Al makes his way toward...Wolfgang Way, if we're continuing tonight, at least.

Marona gives a single smile and a wave before you open the door, heading off into the salty, flooded streets of High Vertby
