- If you do it right you should be reasonably ok.

- Changing the domain may be a problem. But I am sure you can redirect those links to the new domain and their corresponding articles.
- And you can migrate a Blogger blog to WordPress very easily. So that should affect your rankings. But you have to make sure all the permalinks (links) stay the same. You don't want any 404 errors.
- If you Changing the domain you will lose the traffic. you can gain the traffic, if you redirect the old URL to New one.
