+Jeff Maddock (look4truth) __ If you go to my channel and do a video search for "Nepal" or "earthquake" you will find some other videos I posted on the event last year when it happened. *I apologise for my initial tone with you - it could have been better.* If you continue looking into the event please do get back to me with your assessment of it.

What I can say is this: much of the footage - _upon scrutiny_ - appears *concocted.* The video quality also means we could be looking at very old footage. The region of course experiences a lot of earthquakes and there could be a wealth of old footage *of genuine earthquakes* that had never been posted to the Internet before. All of the "CCTV" is of a very poor quality ("because it's a poor region" is what you'll be told! but yet wealthy enough to have many CCTV cameras that are no good at identifying criminals!).

There are definitely some photos and video that have come from prior events. The people who assert this was a real event typically do a Google image search and point out GENUINE (but unrelated!) events and say "how can this be faked?" etc. If you take a screenshot of the images they use - crop the image - then do a Google image search you can often find what event they were taken from (best to do this with original images if you can).
