Trevor: Yes, I clarified this eerliar on Google+, here is my comment: Right, I guess a better description would be  evenly distributed , or  not predictable . Imagine your code will be used to power gambling machines that will be used hundreds of thousands of times every day. You really want to make sure that no pattern can be inferred in the arrays that you return. How would you test for that?
