  1. Inspirations! The Hashshashins, The Inca, Who Watches the Watchers, Peace through evil means, Betterment of the whole at the cost of the few, the Witcher.
  2.
  3. Character
  4. Name - Longshanks
  5. Race - Ratfolk
  6. Class - Rogue (/maybe swashbuckler/)
  7. Background - Bandit? (Idk There's a lot.)
  8. Alignment - Chaotic Good
  9. Concept - Longshanks is the current Troublemaker (Leader) of the Ama (roughly do not, as in do not steal, lie, or be lazy) Mischief. This is due to his critical role in acquiring the Clan's charter from their homeland. A place rife in corruption, oppression, and exploitation. This charter was gained through the clan's focused efforts to assassinate every political figure or person of interest which they could prove to themselves was at fault.
  10.
  11. Longshanks, so named due to his impressive stature at 4' 6", was the leading figure in this campaign of terrorism. It was as he snuck into the Heir-apparent's chambers to slay them a curious thing was offered. In terror the lad presented a document which granted whomever wielded it the right to settle the new lands.
  12.
  13. Seeing an opportunity to create a place free of the evils that they battled. Longshanks accepted and spared the Heir-apparents life. Within a year the warrens were emptied and transportation arranged. The Ama Mischief would go to these lands of plenty and build something greater. One length of steel between the ribs at a time if need be.
  14.
  15. Colony - Think of a pseudo religious sect who worship their mummified heroes and keep a record of history through a series of knots. Which have been tied and collected since the clan was founded. Males who've achieved nothing are known as Bucks and females are known as Does. To earn a name requires excellence or an outstanding feature. They train their warriors to use stealth and cunning over other means and are known to strike without warning.
  16.
  17. The government is a Ratking (Oligarchy but mechanically a Yeomanry) in which the eldest eight members of the clan conform a council to guide the Troublemaker. Who acts as a psuedo-king but is expected to advise the council more than command. Furthermore each member of the council has their own council of 8. Breaking down until it arrives at the family level.
  18.
  19. Think like... What if a singular clan decided to work towards a goal of making the world a better place and they came to the conclusion that sometimes people need to die for that to happen.
  20. Colony Alignment Chaotic Good
