✏︎ personality ; Parker is a very persistent person ; once he has his mind set on something, there's no chance of changing his mind or getting him to stop. He's completely sure of the choices he makes, no matter how crazy they might be. If you attempt to stop him, he won't hesitate to fight you.
Because Parker is so persistent, his choices are often made according to his impulsiveness. He rarely thinks before acting on something, neither does he think before speaking. Due to this, a lot of what Parker says can sound or come off as rude and crazy, even though he doesn't mean it (sometimes). He can also make the craziest of choices at any time, yet most of them somehow go well since it's his gut feeling.
When you first meet Parker, you immediately notice that he's extremely outgoing. He's loud, smiling, and making jokes (mostly dirty ones) all the time. He's not a chatter box, but he's not quiet, either. He isn't the annoying outgoing type, but the chill kind. Though he gets crazier as he warms up to you. Making dirty jokes, and pointing out anything anyone says that's relatively stupid, he's pretty fun to hang out with.
Once Parker warms up to you, he'll support you 100%. He tends to be very loyal toward his friends, but if they don't return the favor, he'll drop whoever he needs to in an instant. And there's no chance you can earn his trust back. Any decisions anyone makes in his friend group (as long as it's reasonable and not stupid - he'll gladly point out if the idea is completely idiotic) he'll give his absolute support.
Even though Parker seems very loyal on the outside - which he is, don't get me wrong - he tends to be suspicious of those he isn't very close to. Yes, he'll consider them friends or acquaintances, but on the inside he's most likely plotting their death if they do anything to harm anyone. Everyone is oblivious to how suspicious Parker thinks some people are, and will only tell those he trusts if anyone is somewhat threatening.
Back to his impulsiveness, Parker tends to low-key roast everyone. All of his comebacks are immediate, original, and are said without thinking. He has fiery comments, can and will fire back instantly, and are most of the time done unconsciously.
Because of his past relationships, Parker has major trust issues. It's very easy to gain his trust, but it's very easy to break it, also. He's in dire need of people who will surely stay in his life.
And because of his trust issues, Parker also has anger issues. If anyone crosses him, he's the first one to get revenge - not without a special warning, though. When he's in his revenge mode, everyone around him is on guard, and making sure to be extra nice to him.
Even though he had an older sister, she acted like a child, which makes Parker naturally bossy. Others find this a distasteful trait in him, but it can be useful when others aren't willing to take control of the situation at hand. The way he bosses others around makes him seem bitchy, but he's really a sweet person once you get to know him. He has a powerful aura that makes others intimidated when they first meet him, but are quick to realize he's just a playful child at heart.

✏︎ background ; Parker grew up in a fairly normal family. He was born and raised in Los Angles, California for 5 years, until his parents moved to New York City, New York. Parker's mother is Caucasian, and his father is Korean. His parents were both teachers, and his older sister was a high school drop out, much to everyone's dismay. But his sister's drop out made Parker want to do better than her, since they were competitive siblings. Parker finished high school with good grades, and was offered an international scholarship for the University. He has no flip flopping idea what he wants to do, since he's pretty interested in everything. He does photography as a hobby, and carries around his camera around his neck everywhere he goes. He'd like to major in zoology to become a vet, but he doesn't have enough confidence to make an effort in it.
