So firstly, your terrain. I like it. It's simple, but you have multiple layers that work with the plot size. You have a good palette in the grass, and a nice water area at the front. You've even decorated it with some grass and flowers. Looks really good :3

Secondly, organics. I like the trees - the larger one could be a little thicker in the middle, just because it looks like it could snap. Other than look, they look pretty good :D

Lastly, your structure. The frame work is good, and the palette is well chosen, but I'm not too sure about the roof. I think stonebrick as a roof block was a bit of a strange choice - for this plot, I'd go more down a coloured clay/wool block, similar to something like this:
