It's was official: Nyx found this guy annoying. He reminded her of the other royalty and higher ranking individuals of her race constantly challenging her authority and not taking her seriously. Granted, all this guy was doing was mildly disrespecting her while some of her own people attempted to sabotage her while being subtle about it. The worst part about that is that it wasn't for their own gain, but rather because they thought her high position was hurting her brother, who put her in charge of important missions. They couldn't understand why he placed so much faith into one of the weakest members of their race. She had eventually proven them wrong and they had accepted her, up until the incident that made her part ways with the rest of her race.
