>built gas chambers that were far too small for the numbers needed to be killed
>didn't use the large gas chambers found throughout Europe that allowed an entire train to be disinfected of lice in one go to kill people even though this would have been by far more efficient and leave the fewest witnesses
>allowed the Red Cross to inspect the camps
>paid such poor attention that they allowed multiple Jews to miraculously survive multiple gassings
>constructed their gas chambers in plain sight of neighbouring villages without even making the most token effort to hide them
