Short update. Russian authorities block about 18.858 mln IPv4 right now
trying to get Telegram messenger down with no success.

RKN added to block list big IPs block of Google, Amazon, Microsoft,
Digital Ocean, Aruba, OVH, Hezner.

They started to block popular Europe datacenters.

Such things should never happen, Internet should be protected from such
issues.
