Manual Comfyui VACE Models Install

Download and extract the ComfyUI portable version from:
https://github.com/comfyanonymous/ComfyUI

After extraction, your folder should look like this:

ComfyUI_windows_portable/
├── ComfyUI/
│ ├── models/
│ └── custom_nodes/
├── python_embeded/
└── run_nvidia_gpu.bat

Install Required Custom Nodes
Navigate to:
ComfyUI_windows_portable/ComfyUI/custom_nodes

Then open terminal or CMD in this folder and run:

git clone https://github.com/ltdrdata/ComfyUI-Manager.git
git clone https://github.com/Fannovel16/comfyui_controlnet_aux.git
git clone https://github.com/chflame163/ComfyUI_LayerStyle.git
git clone https://github.com/rgthree/rgthree-comfy.git
git clone https://github.com/yolain/ComfyUI-Easy-Use.git
git clone https://github.com/kijai/ComfyUI-KJNodes.git
git clone https://github.com/Kosinkadink/ComfyUI-VideoHelperSuite.git
git clone https://github.com/Fannovel16/ComfyUI-Frame-Interpolation.git
git clone https://github.com/Derfuu/Derfuu_ComfyUI_ModdedNodes.git
git clone https://github.com/calcuis/gguf.git
git clone https://github.com/city96/ComfyUI-GGUF.git

IMPORTANT: For any folder that has a requirements.txt, install dependencies using:
..\..\python_embeded\python.exe -m pip install -r PATH\TO\requirements.txt

Download Vace Model Files
All model files are hosted here:
https://huggingface.co/Aitrepreneur/FLX/tree/main

Place each model in its correct subfolder inside:
ComfyUI_windows_portable/ComfyUI/models/

models/unet/	Pick one quantization
• Wan2.1-VACE-14B-Q4_K_S.gguf – GPUs < 12 GB
• Wan2.1-VACE-14B-Q5_K_S.gguf – GPUs 12-16 GB
• Wan2.1-VACE-14B-Q8_0.gguf – GPUs 16 GB + (best quality)
models/vae/	wan_2.1_vae.safetensors
models/loras/	Wan21_CausVid_14B_T2V_lora_rank32.safetensors
models/text_encoders/	umt5_xxl_fp8_e4m3fn_scaled.safetensors
models/upscale_models/	4x-ClearRealityV1.pth and RealESRGAN_x4plus_anime_6B.pth


Run ComfyUI




## RunPod Installation

1. Create account at: https://bit.ly/runpodAi
2. Choose a 24GB VRAM GPU with the aitrepreneur/comfyui template
3. Access port 8888
4. Follow the same folder structure as above
5. Use `curl` to download files:

   curl -L -o "filename" "URL"

6. Monitor logs with:

   tail -f workspace/logs/comfyui.log
