Reviewing Loop

Raging Loop is really good. Basically Mafia + the looping mechanics of VLR/ZTD.

The actually tension of the mafia segments is great and it has a really cool atmosphere to the whole thing. Also the cultural norms / mythological nature of some of the rituals sets it apart quite a bit.

All the main characters are super interesting, and the supporting cast are really quite good as well when put in the mafia framework. The protagonist is also quite unique as far as they go in these sorts of thing, the more you find out the more interesting he is.
Chiemi is great, Rikako is great, I basically thought every character was really good except for maybe Mocchi in some places since he was kind of used as a caricature a lot of the time. But even he has some decent development by the end of things.

The story goes a little bit wack near the end with some Layton-esque reveals, but the Revelations Mode / Extra Stories totally redeem it and put everything into context.

I really want to read whatever Amphibian writes next, especially if it's in the same 'world', and it'd be super cool if his previous VN (Death Match Love Comedy) got translated for...spoiler lore reasons.

It's not Umineko/Higurashi/VLR/Remember11 tier, but it's decently close, especially for a standalone work. A follow up that doesn't contain a few of the stumbles near the end could completely nail it, though.
