  1. Whirligig World v0.9.0 Changelog, updated 10:49 PM 3/27/2019
  2.
  3. -Added compatibility with Unique Body Identifiers (UBIs) and Interstellar Consortium.
  4. -Made Kerbmun/Mesbin homeworld swap compatible with UBIs. The homeworld swap patch works the same as it did before, except when using Interstellar Consortium you must change the targeted homeworld in the IC settings config in addition to the WhirligigWorld configs file (Requires Kopernicus update to fix a nasty PostSpawnOrbit bug)
  5. -Change Fophie's icon to a normal minor planet instead of the ugly comet icon.
  6. -Change planet descriptions for the Kerbmun patch.
  7. -Add cloud configs for Gannovar, Egad, Lowel, Ollym, and Totooa. And the gas giants, which are broken.
  8. -Accidentally add Kronometer plugin to WW prerelease.
  9. -Removed Kronometer plugin which had accidentally been placed in the WW folder.
  10. -Fixed Kronometer config so it no longer breaks save files.
  11. -Gas giants now have working cloud maps.
  12. -Added new cloud maps for atmospheric bodies.
  13. -New cloud config for Lito and Totooa.
  14. -Shortened cloud altitudes on Reander.
  15. -Mandrake and Rutherford's clouds have 0% opacity so that the clouds only appear up close in puffy volumetric form. (Otherwise there is no lighting from Kaywell)
  16. -Atmosphere limit changed, there's now a thin atmosphere all the way up to space. (for contracts)
  17. -Change Mesbin's flyingHigh data multiplier to 0.7, same as flyingLow on Kerbin. Change flyingLow to 10 to reflect how ludicrously difficult it is to get into the lower atmosphere.
  18. -Increase saturation of Mesbin texture and make the reddish mountain peaks actually noticeably red.
  19. -Add many more science definitions.
  20. -Corrected a typo on Pragnik's biomes.
  21. -Re-add thin atmosphere to Etrograd.
  22. -Simplified Mesbin's biome map in an attempt to reduce incorrect biome identification.
  23. -Rewrite Mesbin's science descriptions.
  24. -Increase Diddmun's size tenfold, and density a thousandfold.
  25. -Asteroid revamp
  26. --Asteroids can now be 10 times larger and 10 times smaller than before. Existing asteroid classes have incorrect descriptions.
  27. --Asteroids come in four new density classes, all of which are MUCH denser than the 0.03 g/cm^3 of stock. Shown in increasing density order and decreasing ore percentage. (Note that since asteroids can get MUCH more massive, large metallic asteroids will still have huge amounts of ore)
  28. ---Icy: 1.5 g/cm^3
  29. ---Carbonaceous: 2.3 g/cm^3
  30. ---Stony: 3.4 g/cm^3
  31. ---Metallic: 6.5 g/cm^3
  32. --Asteroids of different densities will be more or less likely to spawn in some locations.
  33. --Currently there is no way to tell the different asteroids apart except by indirect observation or by checking the save file.
  34. -Fix a typo in Shol's Orbit node, it is now correctly aligned with its trojan asteroids. (This will probably break missions that are en route to Shol due to it being in the wrong place in its orbit)
  35. -Ordinary kerbin flyby asteroids will no longer spawn in Mesbin's orbit.
  36. -Optional setting to reset asteroid densities to 1/100th real density.
  37. -Customize resources in new asteroid types.
  38. -Scatterer Sun flares. (Still not happy with Gememma but there's not really anything I can do about it)
  39. -Increased the SOI of Statmun and Thresomin.
  40. -Fix location settings for IC plugin compatibility. (Using the wrong coordinates table)
  41. -Fix spaceAltitudeThreshold on Totooa.
  42. -Fix a typo in Derbin's science definitions.
  43. -Fix a typo in Etrograd's config. Its mass is now defined correctly.
  44. -Add displayNames to all planet configs, with ^N at the end to fix "of a" being added to science reports.
  45. -Fix a few references to Mesbin as a homeworld in the Kerbmun-Homeworld Science Definitions and planet descriptions.
  46. -Fix direction of Kerbmun and Totooa's clouds.
  47. -Patch to improve characteristics of wheels and landing gear on Mesbin.
  48. -Minor changes to description.
  49. -Change Gememma's period to simulate binarity.
  50. -Change Wolda's MeanAnomaly to 358 degrees instead of 358 radians.
  51. -Fix MeanAnomaly for Rik.
  52. -Complete orbital elements for Plaph.
  53. -Disable wheel/landing gear patch.
  54. -Fix luminosity on Gememma and Kaywell.
  55. -Flatten MapDecalTangent around KSC.
  56. -Fix and increase ground scatters on Mesbin.
  57. -Enabled colliders for ground scatters on Mesbin.
  58. -Change fog color ramps on Duna-template bodies.
  59. -Change atmosphere rims on atmospheric bodies to make objects look prettier and more realistic.
  60. -Make Reander's clouds transparent from space, only visible up close.
  61. -Reset the minimum size multiplier for new asteroid parts to 1.0.
  62. -Go through all orbits to make sure they're defined properly and fully.
  63. -Define Rutherford's Period.
  64. -Give Reander's moons small eccentricity and inclination.
  65. -Tweak Distant Object Enhancement colors to be brighter.
  66. -Decrease Yalthe and Yokane's mutual longitudes of ascending node, reducing mutual inclination.
  67. -Tweak atmosphere rim gradient on Totoöa.
  68. -Disable Mesbin terrain scatter colliders, which were causing framerates to suffer horribly.
  69. -Change Kronometer support patch to use more intuitive timescales.
  70. -Three new Kronometer modes. Kerbmun time, Mesbin Classic time, Mesbin Earth time.
  71. -New settings.cfg option for changing Kronometer Mode.
  72. -Reduce science multipliers for Tyepolbynar System.
  73. -Add Crew Report definitions to Mesbin's surface.
