After her greeting she says she has something to tell the nousagi and beings by saying that yesterday she ate those 3 massive carrots and that today she feels so healthy one could call her a gifted child. But on to the main point, yesterday Goro-nyan threw up, and today too, he threw up. After the stream yesterday she went to the living room while suffering from the aftermath of those carrots and found Goro there, as she was stroking him she glanced at her Macbook and thought she was seeing something that looked like poop although it had a shape more like vomit and at first she sighed and thought to herself that he finally went and pooped on her Macbook, not only did she struggle with those carrots now she has to deal with poop as well.
But as she got closer and checked it out she thought that the color was too light to be poop, but it's shape really looked like the food they give him and after some thinking she touched the pile barehanded. She laughs and says that when it comes to her even if it is something disgusting she tends to touch it and once she did she realized that this was not poop but vomit. Having found that out she consulted with her mother and in a rather frantic voice she told her mother that they should take him to the veterinarian tomorrow and then went to bed.

And the next day he threw up again, not in the same place this time and this time it wasn't vomit that could be mistaken for food which made her worry that something was wrong with him, what if her beloved Goro was dying? So today they went to an emergency hospital and once there the doctor told her in a calm manner that cats vomiting is something common, and Pekora responded that sure, that could be the case but it was seriously making her worry, and the doctor responded that sure it is something that makes you worry but it is a normal thing, and that their cat vomits twice a month.
Upon hearing the doctors anecdote Pekora thought to herself that she doesn't care about their cat and that she at least wanted some more comforting words since she was seriously worrying about him, agonizing over the thought of him actually dying, what if he was sick with something? And so on, and that worry was met with a; "That's fine, it is common for cats to vomit".
But as a precaution they got some medicine, and it also looked like he had some issues closing one of his eyes and there was appearance of some light conjunctivitis, so they also got some eye medicine. But she was seriously worrying about all this, imagining the worst and so on. A Nousagi says that the doctor's remark cannot be helped since it is such a straightforward thing and she laughs and claims that it is possible to phrase it a little kinder. But in any case he wasn't found to have any cold or disease, just a light conjunctivitis and the vomiting was just a case of cats vomiting so right now he is as energetic as normal but she was wondering why he was throwing up since his appetite was still there, she thought it could be because he was gorging himself.

With the worrying her heart was in disarray since yesterday but the visit to the doctor calmed her down, and since this is the first time she has a cat it really is something that surprises you to see it throw up. And there was quite the volume to it too, had it just been a little bit she'd think it was a hairball or something but considering the amount she became afraid of the fact that maybe this isn't normal.

She reads a superchat from the member watch-along of the Madoka Rebellion movie and on the subject of how heavy Homura's love is for Madoka the SC asks how heavy Pekora's love is. She responds that she doesn't think she'd be the kind to be so outwardly affectionate because if it were the case that her partner isn't the same then she'd end up doubting her partners affection, hence she is the type that wants to receive affection more so than give it herself. A Nousagi says that she seems like she'd be pretty dry in a relationship and while can't reject that immediately she feels like it isn't a case of her being super dry but rather that she wouldn't be the type to fawn over her partner and shower them with words of love. In the end, she wants to be loved, of course there is a desire to love her partner as well but more so she wants to be loved. However, if her partner were to be unaffectionate she'd instantly end up with a feeling of; "Ah. So that's how it is huh." and sulk, she is the bothersome type of woman she says and laughs.

She reads out a comment saying that lately she has been getting emotionally attached to Polka and she laughs at the phrasing of using "Emotionally attached"* as if she were an animal of some kind, and sure she is a rabbit but it isn't like she is "Getting attached to this person or isn't attached to this other person", she loves everyone equally since she is a philanthropist.
She does find it interesting that from time to time when she takes the initiative of her own to interact with someone and from that it becomes numerous interactions there will be people commenting; "Ah, Pekora likes xx-chan!", even thought she likes everyone. She thinks this reaction is probably because her taking the initiative is rare.
A Nousagi asks if she is the type to keep it moderate and she says that it is probably a case like that, so rather than a feeling of; "I want to always be hanging out with this person" it is more a sense of; "Ah right now it is a lot of fun hanging out with these people" and then if there comes periods where they don't have any contact then she is perfectly fine with that. She summarizes it as being a type that will interact with someone when she gets the feeling of wanting to, and that she wants her prospective partner to approach her when a time comes where they want to interact with her.
So when it comes to always hanging out with the same person, or always being with the same team, she doesn't really like that idea, or rather than say it is a dislike it just isn't a trait of hers.

A Nousagi asks about Marine and she says that they chat over Discord here and there, like for example when her throat was dying Marine sent her a kind message regarding the troubles of taking care of ones throat, to which Pekora reminds the chat that Marine too is having it rough right now.
Someone else asks who among them still has this year's quota to fill, and she laughs and says that there is seriously nothing like a quota. Which reminds her of the stream where she told that to Marine and because of Marine's unusually strong reaction to that joke Pekora did for a moment think; "Wait a minute, What if only I wasn't told that there is a quota to fill but Marine really was told to fill the year's PekoMari quota?", because she expected Marine to react to that joke with just a simple; "There is no way that exists!" but her shock was unusual enough for Pekora to worry for a moment.
A Nousagi says that it is just a case of everyone being business friends, and Pekora rejects that, saying that there aren't cases of people getting along or collabing based on a business perspective, rather if that were the case then she thinks there would be a lot more interactions even to the point of being compulsory. The collabs and interactions that happen are just normally a case of wanting to interact with said person because it is fun to do so, or because they want to try collabing with said person, and not a case of; "Alright, I've been told to interact with this person because it is good for business so lets do something", it would just exhaust oneself right.

*The word used was 懐く(Natsuku) which is a word used mainly to refer to animals. For example she used this one when describing how easily Goro-nyan became affectionate with her.

But well if this C-Part gets edited out of the VOD by management then she wants everyone to regard it as everything actually just being business related. Joking aside she says there seriously aren't business-like compulsions, like for example the managers are really kind and won't say stuff like; "Please stream, even if you have to force yourself!" rather they'll pay attention to the health of the talent and tell them not to overdo it and if they do overdo it then please take a break. But having said that she says that she has never been told to take a break, and she thinks they can't bring themselves to tell her that because she always tells them that she wants to stream.
Rather than herself she thinks that for the newcomers it must be pretty rough since they have that belief that they have to work super hard since they are new even to the point of forcing themselves, so from a health aspect it is pretty bad. Which brings her to talk about long term rests where she says that if their exhaustion reaches a point where they'll have to take longer breaks then it would be better if they take maybe one day a week to rest, since rather than forcing themselves everyday a systematic day off is something that will allow them to continue to work regularly for a long term as well. Pekora too diligently listened to this and figured that she will too here and there take a day-off, of course her very bad throat the other day also played a part in this decision since it gave her something to reflect over.

On this topic she gets asked if she has plans to set a fixed day-off and she thinks for a bit before saying that no, she won't. The reason for that is because she is fairly moody person which steers her desire to stream or not, so the chances are fairly high that she'd want to stream even on her break day which would sour her, so rather than a fixed day she'd probably go with a system where she chooses a day within a week where is isn't feeling that good and take a day-off.

Speaking of fixed break days she says that there is this Google calendar that they have for inserting their streaming plans so that everyone can see when a certain member is going to stream, however while it is a tool that all members can use it is pretty much only Sankisei using it and there Pekora always leaves Thursdays blank in a sense of deciding on the day if she'll stream or not, it is fine either way. Someone asks why it is just Sankisei and Pekora says almost all members have access and that they probably did fill this in at some point but doing it every day is tiresome right, so they probably stopped.
But Sankisei does fill it in faithfully so in terms of Sankisei it is easy to know when someone will stream and where they should place their own stream in accordance with the already filled timeslots.
A Nousagi brings up the "Sankisei Rule"* and she says it is because of this rule that they use it so diligently, and while there aren't overlapping restrictions for anything other than debut streams and 3D unveiling streams this Google docs has been very helpful to see when there are lives and such. Someone asks if this restriction is still in place and she says that for Debuts and 3D unveil streams there is still a ban on streaming over them but there aren't for other streams, so if someone doesn't stream over those streams it is because everyone will usually pay attention and try not to overlap.
She ends on saying that the Sankisei rule is fairly vague these days since it is rather bothersome to work with but when they started out it was pretty much an unspoken rule since everyone felt like they didn't want to stream over each other, but they have now been active for 2 and a half years roughly so it isn't that strict.

*An idea they decided among themselves which is to not start their streams at the same time, usually an hour apart but 30 minute shifts happen from time to time and member streams are exempt

She does her greeting and says that there is another story regarding Goro-nyan that she has to talk about. Yesterday she talked about her cute, cute Goro throwing up and today he did another outrageous thing, yesterday after the stream was over she went to the living room wanting to be soothed by Goro but he wasn't in the living room nor his usual spots, making her wonder where he could have gone to. She searched and couldn't find him making her a bit afraid, and recently he has been getting into this large drawer-like space in the kitchen so she figured he could be there but no. After searching all kinds of rooms she was suddenly struck with the thought that surely he can't be inside Pekora's bedroom since she should have closed the door.
So she opens that door and he comes running out to her surprise, he was purring as he came out and as Pekora was petting him she lightly talked to him about if he had shut himself inside or if someone else did, while apologizing for it must have been cold inside the bedroom, but he seemed to be fine so she figured it was alright in the end. Feeling tired she went into the bedroom and was hit with a smell hanging over the room, a smell that she usually does not smell in her room.
That makes her think back that he did run out rather fast from the room when she opened the door, and as she looked at the duvet she saw that it was messier than it usually is and getting a closer look she saw them, 4 neatly placed pieces of shit. She thought to herself that he has really done it now but after all he was shut inside so not really his fault, in any case she started to clean up but decided on that the whole duvet was no good since he had also peed on it, and since there was a chance it had penetrated the layers and gotten to the bedding as she could still smell it, she sprayed a lot of Febreze over it.

For the time being she put the duvet in a garbage bag and decided on consulting with her mother tomorrow since she was asleep at the time. So this morning she told her mother that; "Yesterday night I slept without a duvet on top of a Febreze soaked futon...". She says this isn't a story to tell during lunch hours but she had to since it was painful for her. In any case she had forgotten about this sort of habit of his in that if a door is open then he'll enter as normal, and during the times when he enters and exits the room sometimes he'll instead lock himself inside by pushing the door shut. So this situation was probably him accidentally locking himself inside, and while Pekora was enjoying ARK Goro was unable to hold it in and eventually let it release. He doesn't shut himself inside every time and usually if he is in the bedroom then Pekora has been there as well so when he does shut the door she'll hear when he wants to go out since he'll be meowing and pawing at the door, but this time Pekora was mid-stream and thus not present so he couldn't get out, but she complains about him doing it on the bed, at the very least he could have done it on the floor, and these two days have been rough with him vomiting on her Macbook the other day and now taking a piss and shit on her bed.
So therefore yesterday she was shaking as she slept with only a bath towel covering her, and since it was so late at night she couldn't bring herself to wake up her mother. But as she was lying there thinking about how cold it was she knows it isn't Goro's fault. In any case that happened and now she wants to escape reality by going on an adventure in DQ.
