Hi! Just as a warning, due to the fact that our demo is new and won't have a lot of downloads when it first launches, there's a very good chance your antivirus will false flag it as a dangerous software. This is a common occurrence with Ren'py games in particular (to the point where the developer acknowledged it: https://twitter.com/renpytom/status/926836882968850432?lang=en) but also any .exe that's new to the block.

While we're positive that it's harmless, we want you to feel safe running the demo, so we added this note.

First off, we recommend running the files through VirusTotal (https://www.virustotal.com/#/home/upload) because it scans your file against 40 different antiviruses. The more aggressive an antivirus, the more likely it is to be brought up, and there's no escaping one or two pings. It should also be noted that VirusTotal is not a replacement for using your favorite antivirus application, which offers real-time protection against a variety of attack vectors—but it is a strong supplement.

Secondly, if your antivirus automatically quarantines part of the game (such as Malwarebytes Premium) then the solution would be to whitelist the files pertaining to the game. We'd add more specific instructions, but each anti-malware has a different proccess. Please consult your respective home sites to have the correct instructions. You can also google "<program name> whitelist" if you'd prefer.
