I am not surprised at all. In Western democracies, governments are not proactive at all, actually nobody is.. not the government, not corporations, not people. The rule of thumb is: wait until something bad happens, does it cause publicity? If so, address it. If not, ignore it.

Anybody with half a brain would realize that the majority of terrorist attacks are by sexually frustrated young males, and that the rise of these kinds of terrorist attacks correlated with the rise of Western 3rd wave feminism + smartphones + social media. Late 2000s. The first notable attack happened in 2007 in Virginia Tech. I had warned everybody that it would be logical to conclude that these kinds of attacks would keep escalating: i saw how smartphones, social media, and 3rd wave feminism were shutting out more and more males out of the hook ups market and how they were replacing relationships with hook ups, in people under around 30. In relationships because it is more long term the guy and girl are roughly on the same level of looks, however, due to biological differences between males and females, males are much less picky when it comes to hook ups. This causes female hypergamy (women get to sleep with guys much more attractive than themselves, because why should they have sex with a guy on their own level when a guy much better looking is willing to sleep with them for the night, because when it comes to hook ups a very good looking guy is not going to say no to any girl who is at least average looking, he is not going to only sleep with girls who are as attractive as himself when he can get easy sex with average looking girls), which means that many under-average looking and average looking men get left out of the sex market completely.

ISIS recruits were largely sexually frustrated young males, many of them who lived in the West. Same with right wing nationalists, same with any other garbage ideology. The ideology is a minor problem: there would be much less recruits if there were less sexually frustrated young males.

Orange hair batman shooting guy was also an incel. Same with most other mass shooters: they are usually sexually frustrated young males, not always, but many of them are. Not to mention Elliot Rodger.

There is a straw man by 3rd wave feminists that "incels are guys who think they are entitled to all girls sleeping with them." This is simply not true. An incel is someone who puts maximal and reasonable effort but still cannot get sex/relationship, due to factors outside his control. "Factors outside his control" being the set up of society (what I was talking about how men are getting shut out of the sex market).

The saying goes, when females are given total sexual freedom and they hook up instead of getting into relationships, the top 20% of all males (in terms of physical attraction) monopolize the top 80% of all females (in terms of physical attraction. As of this specific moment in time, 3rd wave feminism has not yet caused these exact numbers to occur, but if you have been paying attention, or if you are an average looking male, you would realize that with every single passing year, it gets more and more difficult to find a girl who wants a relationship as opposed to a hook up, girls are getting more picky and promiscuous with every passing year. If this trend continues, we will eventually reach the 20/80 numbers.

With every passing year, more and more girls use online hook up apps and it gets more and more mainstream. If you talk to guys who used tinder, say as recently as in 2012 they would tell you they could easily find a girlfriend on it. But in 2018, it goes something like this: if you are an average looking guy you will barely get any matches, and of those it is virtually impossible to get a date, let alone sex/relationship from it. This is because even an unattractive girl will get matched with 100s of guys daily, and so she gets to have sex with a guy much more attractive than herself because she gets to pick the most physically attractive one of out those 100s of guys who are matching with her daily, so it becomes virtually impossible for even an average looking guy to get anything on that platform. So on online dating apps, the 80/20 rule holds true. But the couples you see in real life, that are more balanced in terms of looks, they met in real life. But as I said, with every passing year, relationships are being more and more replaced with hook ups, and more and more girls are going on online dating apps. So with every passing year, more and more men get shut out of the sex market, and more and more incels are created. Incel terrorists are a small % of incels, but when the overall number of incels increases with every passing year, then it would be logical to conclude that more and more of these attacks would happen, which is what has been happening in the past 10 years.

Another thing: once girls are around 30ish, they decide to stop having hook ups and settle down. At this point, looks matter less: if these incels have an established career/income, at this point they can marry. However, to have an established career these days, you need to either be born into luck, or you need to complete an engineering/CS degree or at least complete a masters level education program. Studying for these types of courses is intensive, and many incels, when they are being deprived of sex and a social life, get depressed and don't have the mental/emotional stamina to study through this, so they drop out. That means they can't even marry. This is why girls are overtaking boys in higher education recently: girls don't have this problem, a girl has at least 100 guys at any given second willing to have sex with her or go out with her or entertain her or whatever, so they get to focus on their studies being completely fulfilled and at peace.

Furthermore, there are all types of support groups for even the most minor problems. However, incels have nobody to talk to except other incels online. If they come out with their problem they are ridiculed in society. So this causes them to have pent up anger and snap. For example, it is societally normal and mainstream to laugh at male virgins and shame them. At the same time, they hear on a daily basis from the mainstream 3rd wave feminist society about how women are oppressed, when women are not oppressed and in fact women have it much better than men and under 3rd wave feminism women get to keep their old advantages offered under patriarchy while men lose all of their patriarchal advantages. They also see all these support groups from women and all the 3rd wave feminist mainstream talk about how women are discriminated in the workplace, even though most young professionals these days because males are too depressed to study, so this angers them even more. They are also told daily to "check their male privilege" by 3rd wave feminists who errenously believe that all males are equal in having an advantage (but incels believe that only attractive guys have advantage) so they say what privilege and get pissed. Basically, none of their concerns are taken seriously, and the mainstream society (which is under the power of 3rd wave feminists) calls them "misogynist" and writes them off. Well they are frustrated that is why they say "misogynist" stuff. Simply labeling them as "misogynist" doesn't mean that nothing they say is valid or that they don't have problems. When people are frustrated, they let their emotions get the better of themselves. The vast majority of incels are NOT terrorists: do you expect them to just sit there and smile, or would you expect them to show some signs of frustration, such as saying exaggerated "misogynistic" things. What is interesting is that a lot of the people who blame incels say much more exaggerated stuff about other things and people when their problems are much less than incels. I have no doubt these people would do even worse than running people over if they become incels themselves or if they had an equally big problem in their life.

I hope the above sheds some light on the issue. By blaming people and further marginalizing them, nothing will change. We need to change the root issues that cause problems. Step one would be to legalize prostitution with mandatory STD checks. Step 2 would be to stop radical 3rd wave feminism from further causing these massive societal problems. I know I will get downvoted for speaking the truth but I won't let that stop me from speaking the truth.
