Can you guys check on Carmela's access. She needs to be able to cancel, delete, or archive a ticket so that her dashboard isn't filled with our test tickets.

When viewing tickets, it should be like this:

Click on ticket
Goes to Ticket View

At the moment, only the name is clickable. When the name is clicked, it rightfully has a view of all his/her tickets, but the default view when clicking on a ticket is the actual ticket concerned.

Will there be an error of some sort if we plug in multi tenants in one unit?

Or can there be an option in where there would be a main tenant and there would be sub tenants?

Anyway, I've attached the csv of 233. I don't want to upload unless we know for sure no error would occur.

FYI, there is a real ticket out there from 10E, Fiorillo, just in case you reset.
