Say Good-Bye Namida

I'm scared of the day to come
After yet another sleepless night, my face is all pale, it's the worst!
I've lost all confidence in myself
But if I give it my all, maybe my feelings will reach you

Even though I've always been mopey like that
You've always been so kind to me
I relied on you a lot, maybe I came off as too needy?
So now, I'll take my next step with my own two legs

You won't be seeing me shed a single tear, or let out a single sigh
Until the day comes where I can make my dream a reality
And the next time I cry, I won't be alone
I'll have everyone by my side,
And we'll be looking upon some wonderful sights
Things like "Sorry I couldn't be of much help",
I definitely won't say them anymore

It may not be much,
But surely,
I'm moving forward, one step at a time
And since I've come this far,
Even if my goal isn't in sight, I won't be scared

I need to believe in myself!
Since so many people have believed in me
I need to stay confident, and be myself
No matter when, I'll carry on with a smile!

I don't need to be sad anymore!
No matter what may happen,
I will never give in!
I'll look ahead to the future,
And never look back
I'll take only my greatest memories with me
I'm just a normal girl, nothing special about me
But that's definitely going to change!
