  178. The question is whether or not that quote is heard in the next generation version of GTAV (Xbox One and PS4, old version GTAV: Xbox 360 and PS3). The answer is yes, after a very long time of listening to Los Santos Rock Radio I heard it (using Xbox One + Xbox One version of GTAV (new version) with Michael on a motorcycle then fell off). "the town where nothing decomposes" [fell off while trying to jump the bike onto the roof of a tennis area building that looks like human lungs on the map. Was excited.]

  234. (1) I don't know psychology enough to fix the psychological problems which I might have. (2) I have assigned myself many tasks that lack much meaning; thusly I feel bogged down. (3) I do not know auto mechanics and other engineering stuff. (4) I lack the will to do or create something that will fulfill peoples' desires in a major way. (5) I have a negative view on humans. (6) I am obsessive over stuff. (7) Having friends seems like work/a chore instead of a fun or good thing. (8) I do not do enough exercise. (9) Once I assign myself something to do I have to complete it no matter how much time it will take or how meaningless it is (10) Sometimes I think that I am a joke: stupid stuff I did, my confusion, my unpopular beliefs.

  237. Comparing now to the time I wrote Journal number 1, myself in the now might have slightly more self-esteem, for I know more about self-help-related topics. People buy many self-help books, but they do not really work. That might be the same problem that I have; or maybe that statement is a self-fulfilling prophecy.

  241. Frustrated: One of the most frustrating experiences of my lifetime was when I failed to successfully modify Xbox consoles by using hardware. The modification would allow the user of the console much more freedom such as to use mods in video games. I failed at hardware modding 2 of the original Xbox consoles (the console that was released to the public in 2001) and 1 Xbox 360 console. I spent 2 or more weeks trying things that should have worked according to my research. The method I learned for modding the consoles was (1) identify what type of the console you have and what type some of the parts are (2) buy hardware over the Internet (3) add hardware to the console (4) follow the rest of the steps. There are different steps for the different permutations of the console. I followed the steps for the permutation of the console that I had, and it still didn't work. I then tried the steps for all the other permutations of the console, yet it still did not work. I was infurating. I sort of concluded that my console was so unique that nothing worked.

  243. A joyful experience in my life was a my most recent vacation to Oklahoma. Being there for a week with my parents, there was a difference that I really appreciated. I read half of a book on SQL. I solved some metal puzzles: the ones where some pieces of metal are difficult to disassemble then reassemble. I played Grand Theft Auto Online (the online portion of the video game Grand Theft Auto V).

  363. Weaknesses:
  364. Insecure~ Insecurity is a weakness because it brings a person into themselves instead out into the world. This becomes a complication that skews a person’s perceptions.
  365. Erratic/disorganized~ In order to get things done, a person needs a level of focus and organization to achieve goals.
  366. Analytical~ Being analytical can be both a strength and a weakness, as it’s important to look at things with a sharp eye, but this can also lead to negativity and a lack looking at the bigger picture.

  415. In today's western society criminal justice is not so black and white criminal behavior can be identified in two categories passion or necessity. There are different ideas associated with the two categories with not so black in white when that comes into play, such the idea that you are born a criminal or the idea of being inherited into it. Or the broken window theory. Yet all of the theories are just that theories there are absolutely outliers in the world such as ignorance of not knowing a law for example a new student driver making a u-turn when the sign for no u-turn is there. And lastly a variable to why people commit crime is moving up the social later or in other words keeping up with the Johns.
  416. The end of the day this theories and ideas can be related to this idea chose we all have the choice to follow or not follow the law some people follow it, people should follow the laws because not only are they enforced but the people themselves vote on laws. Behavior is direct correlation to how said individuals are brought up meaning are they being disciplined or not. The coulter is more sensitive and less compliant to punish their children leading to the state having to discipline said person. Making this behaviour thought meaning it can also be unlearned. Such strategies we incorporat are negative reinforcement which is what the U.S uses in their law enforcement in some ways to deterior criminals to be afraid to break the law. “He who opens school door, closes a prison - Victor Hugo”. in other words as a society we can teach students how to be good citizens.
  417.
  418.
  419.
  420. Society looks at crime and criminals in such a disdain that it hurts the criminal population, the general public is less likely going to hire a criminal than a non criminal. A third of the unemployed are convicted criminals. Yet some communities help this communities such as church have prison minstrels to try to help criminals start a new life. For example prison fellowship. There philosophy is if they can help prisoners find a new found faith in God that they will change their ways. Yet this is not many but a select few for the most part we see criminals as people we don't want to be around. Hence why the united states has the highest incarceration rate in the world. 2.2million males are incarcerated in the united states according U.S department of justice. Yet people see Guantanamo bay as a harsh place to send prisoners ( in essence tho it does serve a purpose) this is an extreme case tho most prison workers are trained to treat the inmates with respect to help reform them into good citizens for once they leave. Yet why do we see them as no longer people this is a moral question? A Question I asked while writing this is our society does not like throwing away kids lives meaning not sending them to prison or jail. The public has systems in place to help this kids get off the streets. Gang grow due to kids wanting protection. The public sees this as troubled kids yet they are doing what it takes to survive in a sense they do not know better. The office of juvenile justice has put effort in slow the growth of gangs by targeting kids at high risk of joining gangs the idea of prevention before having to enforce the law is in a sense the theme here most americans agree that this is the approach needed to save lives of kids.
  421.
  422.
  423. Consciences of crime such as property damage death and loss of property. The cost of holding and incarcerating a prisoner is more and more expensive which is coming directly from taxpayers.
  424. Yet we as a public do not want to have them integrated back into society? For example on almost every job application says “have you ever been convicted of a felony?” there's a fear stigma toward it.
  425. The cost of holding a prisoner is far more expensive than other means just probation or parole. “Probation and parole, for instance, are far less expensive. It costs an average of$3.42 a day to keep a prisoner on probation, and $7.47 to keep that same prisoner on parole. Compare that with how costly it is to keep prisoners locked up; it costs an average of $78.95 each day to keep a criminal behind bars” Creditloan.com
  426. And the cost keeps rising do to the increase of people locked up over time. The united states prosecutes crimes such as possession of drugs and the use there of where other countries take a different approach with rehabilitating we incarcerate. This leads to a higher cost of overall due to numbers and people being locked up. $63,396,850,000 is the cost of incarcerating 2.2 million people for 1 year this number does not include medical treatment or woman inmate just men alone, meaning the cost to us is greater. Most prisoners continue to reoffend even after going through the prison system. According to the Marshall Project about 45% are rearrested something is not working.
