In this screenshot gabby claimed the deadline was friday when clearly she already agreed it was thursday in the screenshots provided above. Also if you do simple maths you can figure out what 15 business days from the 19th is

"1. Gabby stated she was visiting her mother which should not effect the agreement.
2. Gabby claimed her tos were set for the average job and our job was a "larger order". Gabby said before the deal was made that it would be completed within 15 business days. She could of changed that number before the agreement was made but she choose not to.
3. Gabby said "If you're going to file a scam report then im just not going to send you the icons". This is her basically threatening to scam us is we opened a scam report. "

(I have no proof of whats said below as vabust deleted the support ticket before i could get screenshots, The screenshots from above where taken whilst the convo was happening and saved in a doc with me and @muzzles)

Gabby claimed she gave us a deal when she said the original price and we were never informed she gave us a lower price then what she would usually charge the average customer. From the price list i showed earlier you can tell it is a generic copy and paste she has sent to multiple people and the price never changed from what was on that list.

Gabby then claimed she took $5 of the total of our order based on her normal pricing.
She claimed she didn't feel obligated to inform us because she does not like being thanked for doing that...

She then said and i quote "i've done basically 3 hours of work for free". We paid the prices that were on gabbys list. she set the prices herself so she choose to do that.


This next part i have 0 proof of but vabust team should have a discord log transcript if the proof is really needed (Most likely deleted cause they are scum)

Gabby sent the files and the ticket was closed after i paid.

I then left neg rep on gabby's mc-market as i felt she was rude and did not stick to the deal we both agreed on.

I then realised i did not save the icons to my pc and i had no way to get them so i created a new ticket in the vabust discord and asked if i could recieve my product.

I was told by gabby i can either pay $4 (the amount to cover the over seas fees) or i could remove my neg rep off her mc-market.
