Two newly evicted citizens of i17, Dragan and Pyotr, are furious as they become vagrants. The anger that channels through them gets to their head pretty quickly. These slavs meet in the D2 area and proceed to find their old friend, Mishka, who is a miscellaneous contraband dealer. He hears the stories of the two angry slavs and agrees to supply them with gasoline in exchange for the rest of their credits. Drag and Pyotr grin as they carry their new weapons through the rooftops of the CCH-B.

Pyotr and Drag take the elevator down to their now empty apartment. They break in by kicking the door and pour the flammable liquid onto every door, every wall, every window, even the ceiling. After their process, the slavs throw one of the cans into the elevator, which is empty. It will be found later...
Drag and Pyotr set a match provided to them by Mishka during an earlier time. They drop the match into the room and calmly take the elevator back up to the roof. They escape calmly through D2.

To the citizens, all they can see is just the fiery part of the story. They see that an apartment room is lit on fire, but gradually it spreads to other rooms and other floors.
It is up to any citizens living in Apartment Block B to escape as fast as possible. If not, it would be an NLR situation.

The CCA would most likely be called in this situations to evacute citizens, contain the area, and whatnot. In no circumstance would the perpetrator be caught. Not TODAY.

After the initial fire, the CCA would go in to search for any bodies. That is when they will find the gas cans in the apartment elevator, meaning that a citizen had done this intentionally...

Things to Look out For

If you are in the D2 area, it is possible to spot Dragan and Pyotr leaving the Apartment Block as the fire starts.

Citizens at no point should think it is smart to apprehend Dragan and Pyotr, Pyotr had been previously armed with a small Fort-14TP from Mishka and will not be afraid to use it!
