A phrase used to describe the violence that will be used when some girl who thinks she's all that and a bag of chips, steps out of line and starts in on someone else's business. Can also be used to describe the way one will react when aforementioned bitch steps out of line.

Example:
"Person 1: This employee did this indescribable thing that for sure is not true, have you seen this? He/She needs to go...
Person 2: The employee did what? Unbelievable, but I will believe it and trust your word because you are a manager!
Person 1 and 2: Bitches get stitches!"
