	Ice cream and frozen yogurt are infamous for being considered indistinguishable; however, the differences between the two are very apparent.  Ice cream is thicker whereas frozen yogurt is lighter. This is due to frozen yogurt being lower in fat. If someone had to pick one of the deserts for his or her cheat day; frozen yogurt would be the lesser of two evils. However, frozen yogurt has less flavor by its own merit; making unhealthy toppings go hand-in-hand with it. This can easily make up for the lower amount of fat. On the other hand, ice cream is rich in its flavor and normally just ate on its own. Frozen yogurt is a good desert for your cheat day because of its lesser fat and lighter feel; however.  ice cream is a flavorful classic that everyone enjoys despite its healthier opponent.
