A boring life, an uneventful upbringing. Every so often strangers would come to visit, and bring with them 'spirits'
  that somehow only she could see - but she never thought anything of it. Her parents told her it was childish imagination.
And for the most part... that was all. She did her duties with skill and ease, often zoning out in the midst of morning prayer
or cleaning the shrine. <br><br>
It wasn't until her father fell ill that she was given the keys to the rest of the grounds that she had been kept from until
that point, and she discovered the family library. Or rather... the private library. <br><br>
The one that contained books that <i>actually</i> interested her for once.
