By the way, do whatever with the details. You can base yourself using like Primal Groudon or Mega Rayquaza's details. Like stripes and lasers and streams and etc etc yada yada. xOx (maybe make them look like LED stuff? that would be neato!)
The rest of it is on you. If you want to put more details you think it would be nice and cool-looking feel free to do it! n____n
