Alright - I've had enough people sperg out in my general direction over the past months that I think this post has been coming for a while.

Ultimately, I've been far, far too lax on people who think they have any business deciding what is happening with this guild based on their own very often lacking information. This includes many different kinds of people - people who have decided when they want to show up to farm/boosts, what characters they want in the runs, what characters they think deserve loot, etc. You very much know who you are. I'm gonna be blunt - there's often a good reason you're not part of the decision making process. You should consider it a fucking blessing that I've been this patient, agreeable and willing to compromise over the last year. I'm done being a pushover now - too many people have gotten it into their heads that they can get away with shit you'd never get away with in most raiding guilds. These little "my way or the highway" stunts happen too often and its impossible to run a guild like this without getting burnt out.
From now on, punitive measures will be implemented whenever you act like a little bitch about inconsequential shit and/or dont comply with guild leadership. This includes playing like shit because youre angry, muting discord/your microphone because youre angry or want to listen to music or leaving the raid prematurely without a very good reason or permission. You can waste my time with whatever shit you want - you can have a 2 hour conversation with me after raid if you so desire - but dont waste the guild's time. I cant allow that shit under my watch. The nazis are coming etc. etc. if you dont like it you are very welcome to leave the guild and find another - I think you'll find that they are much less lenient with BS. The actual punishments are gonna be kept a surprise for now, but rest assured that it will happen. So shape the fuck up and stop treating this guild like it exists for the sake of your ego trip.
