Risen was making the case that Trump's drone assassination (using the Ninja bomb) of Iranian Royal Guard General Qasem Soleimani was illegal. We are not at war with Iran, although if thee UN had other than paper cajones Trump would have been before the ICC a s a criminal. At the very least, his action could have directly lead to war, and may yet lead to another retaliatory 9/11.
