In 1955, a criminal known as the Ghost was threatening the city but a crime fighter known as Nightshade stopped him but didn't capture him. Instead the Ghost went into a chamber that kept him in suspended animation and when he wakes up he picks up where he left off and the Flash has to stop him. And he's assisted by Nightshade.
The Ghost, a villain from 1955 emerges from a deep freeze, intent on continuing his plan to extort money from the city. Nightshade comes out of retirement to help the Flash stop him.

The Flash teaming up with the Nightshade reminded me a bit of the team up between Batman and The Gray Ghost in Batman: The Animated Series (1992). The whole episode feels pretty much ahead of it's time and believe me it truly is and that's what i loved about it plus we get to see and learn more about another superhero as well which was super cool in my opinion.
