Novice Review:

Hey there, theres a few things you should probably work on before ranking up.

So first is your organics: organics are pretty much anything thats living, weather it be trees, bugs animals or people. Your tree right now is a bit too large for the plot and the trunk doesnt match the size of the leaves. The trunk should be thinner and the leaves bigger to match. Also with the leaves, there probably shouldt be so many types of blocks. It looks too busy and its too harsh on the eyes. Try to use maybe 2 or 3 types of blocks, like leaves and dark green wool, maybe lime clay. The glass makes it look too fake. The branches of the tree should be up higher and should have more branches coming off of them to make it more realistic. Also the roots shouldnt be flat against the ground. They should have more shape to them(Im focusing a lot on the tree because thats the only thing on the plot).

Secondly i would work on structure: as of now, there is none. Yes the tree fort idea is cool, but there needs to be some sort of structure on the plot. It could be houses, towers, a castle, whatever you want, but its gotta be there. We need to see that you can be a well rounded builder before you can rank up!

Third I wanna talk terrain: As of now theres only a little hill on the edge of the plot and a raised area that the tree is on. For terrain, we need to see more levels and layers of terrain. There needs to be more than one little hill, as now you have world edit and much more is expected of you in order to rank.

To be honest, it might be easier to clear the plot and start from a clean slate. If you dont want to do that, I totally understand :3 just try and fix up the plot according to the review and try your best, as thats all we can ask for! If you ever need help, im sure one of the mods, or even a higher ranked player can give you tips!
