He did not want to argue infront of their captive, and ruin the appearance of their solidarity, however, it appeared there were three different sides present in the room.

"Passiveness is not a virtue, Fingar, it is weakness." He would state bluntly, looking back to Lilith. "And what the Hel was that? He attempts to rob you and walks away with a golden gilded rifle and a necklace? What sort of backwards logic is that?" He would hiss through his teeth, truly unable to understand it.

Fenes and Banri would come in, and he would look at them, remaining quiet as words are exchanged. ".. I think it's best if you hear it from her." The rage cyan around him calming down as he practices his breathing, a heavy weight in his chest as Lilith had finally seen the Task in him.

[23:28] As Lilith starts to relax from Revan's scolding, she turned to bot Fenes and Banri. Sitting on the table and a little ashamed she told them her story

"So... This guy tried robbing me, so I instead captured him and brought him here... Then I felt bad so I freed him, to which he then asked for a rifle and some enchantments... He gave me the materials so I thought it was fine, it didn't seem like there could be any problem but... Both Fingar and Revan got angry at me"

Her tears would start to show as she tried to understand why the nice thing she did would be so wrong. She just wanted to help someone in need and they asked nicely. So, she thought it would be okay.

[23:28] Fingar says, "I am not THAT angry its just...."

[23:32] Banri sat down on the chair folding one leg over the other in though as he'd wait for Lily to explain the situation to him. He seemed to think and reflect on that a bit before smiling.

"No.. I think you didn't do anything wrong, Lily.", the boy replied with a soft smile on his countenance as he'd fix his eyes on the Allison. He'd lift one finger up however, "One problem though.. Don't make any potential enemies stronger like that unless you can beat them in a fight. -That or wait until someone like Fenes or I show up at the very least."

He didn't seem upset though his face looked rather stern near the end.

The Ookami took a deep breath, she gave a nod towards Banri, giving him a faint smile, before looking back to Lilith- she wasn't too happy about it either.
"So...You freeing him I have no problem with, really... the real problem I have? Is the fact you brought him here, showed him all of this, our home, pretty much, and then freed him. That's the problem I have.

That...And the fact that you equipped a potential enemy with better equipment... You don't do that, Lilith. Not when someone tries to rob you."

Her voice was stern- trying to relax the message as best she could.

"He knows where we are now...If he gets allies, stronger allies, what will happen...?",she shook her head, letting out a sigh.

"-No matter, I'm sure both Fingar and Revan already gave you an earful, I don't want to make you feel too bad.

Jus please don't do that again. f someone else tries to rob you and fails, and you capture them.. don't bring him here."

Finding some friends and attacking us when we're alone.. I have made.. Good friends with Danica.. The illusionist who was here earlier." He would look around, gauging people's reactions.

".. When she mentioned her guild.. I was curious.. So I started talking to her about more specifics.. And she seemed as if she would be interested in an alliance."

[00:03] Banri Chuuni says, "It limits the amount of magic you can release."

[00:04] Banri Chuuni asks, "Honestly how do you make something without knowing what it does?"
[00:04] Lilith Allison exclaims, "I find manuals and I get interested in what it does!"
[00:07] As she once again asks for the collar to be put on, there was a moment of hesitation. She had just witnessed a darker side of him when threatening their captive, raising his voice at her, and her even admitting he was scary.. But still.. She trusted him?

Eventually nodding, he would place the heavy metal collar around her delicate neck, clamping it shut as it clicked, locking in place. It would fit itself tightly around her neck, not enough to choke, but she would feel metal prongs poking around it's length, threatening to electrocute her should she try to run out of the Remote's control distance.

All mana would be locked away from her, would she be filled with fear? A feeling of Entrapment, and horror to be so powerless? To feel like a non-magi? Or would the emotion caster, the Artificer that used her own runes to tame her magic find delight? A sense of freedom that came with not having to regulate their emotions and worry about poisoning the entire room.

Holding the remote in his hand, he would eventually ask, "... So.. How does it feel?"

[00:16] As Lilith excitedly waits for the collar to be put on, she ponders about how it would feel to have her magic constricted and denied from her. Would it be a feeling of fear, freedom, anxiousness?

As Revan puts on the collar she immediately feels the metal progs that jut out, threatening to shock her. She feels her magic wane, her power and strength slowly start to fade. Is this how being a non-magi feels like? Is this what Astrid had to work with?

A whirlwind of emotions would then fill her head. It's so interesting, so perplexing, the feeling of having no magic. She would enjoy the alien feeling, knowing that nothing bad will happen and knowing that her magic is still there. She does feel a peace of mind as she doesn't have to worry about spewing poison at people because she got a little emotional.

Still at awe at the feeling, the pain in her side would slowly return. With her magic sealed, the poison anesthetic would wear off, bringing back the throbbing pains that would disable her. She rummages through her bag quick and applies the lax essence that Fenes made, soothing the pain into something more bearable to deal with.

"I-It feels so weird, oddly... Satisfying really. I don't really know what to say."

[00:21] Revan would unfurl a map as he decided where they would go before looking up to spy his brother just leaving.

[00:28] It would be a decent trek through the woods as Revan led the way to their destination. The salty air would tickle their noses as the sound of crashing waves would be heard through the trees. Spy the beach from the cliffside, he would gesture out among the shore as he lead Lilith down to the shore.

"I.. Though you might want to go somewhere.. Nice.. After all of that.. I hear.. People like beaches.."

He would say, an awkwardness in his voice. There were a lot of conflicting emotions tussling in his head. On one hand, he was experiencing one hell of a power trip, from the prisoner, to the remote to Lilith's collar he held.. However.. It simultaneously made him uneasy.. Lilith was a friend.. Someone he found himself.. Caring about.. It didn't feel quite right.

There was also how he felt about how the prisoner should be handled, and the fear he struck in Lilith as a result of it. Looking out over the horizon, he would look at the remote in his hand.

".. Lilith.. I don't.." He would shake his head, scratching that sentence as he tried to sift through his thoughts and pick the right words. ".. What do you.. Think of me?"

[00:36] As Lilith follows Revan, still awed at the feeling of being a non-magi, she would start to think about why he brought her here. With Banri and Fenes saying they aren't a couple, yet show otherwise, she starts to assume that Revan might ask her about Fenes and Banri's relationship.

As Revan led Lilith to the shore, she would smile at the beautiful sight, taking in the fresh ocean air. As she was looking at the beach, Revan would then ask if she thought it looked nice

"Of course! This is where I slept with Saranta when I first met her!" Reminiscing about the days when she didn't know how to use magic.

As Revan asks her what she thinks about him, she would be surprised. She thought she made clear through her actions what she thought about him. Facing him with a smile she said

"You're the person I trust the most!"

Before looking back at the ocean and dipping her feet in the water.

[00:50] Keeping his feet out of the water, he would watch as Lilith stepped in. Studying her body language and the words she said.. How could someone be so kind, and carefree? It was something that truly baffled the Task.

He would tilt his head. "Oh.. So you've been here before." He would notice it was getting later, as fireflies danced among the sand and water, and the sun would begin to dip into the ocean.

Though hearing that she trusted him, it would rule out a few of the possibilities that were in his head.. But still, he would be left wondering. ".. Why though?.. You tell me I am kind when I'm not.. I threatened to.." He would pause, a lump growing in his throat as he struggled to even repeat what he said to her. ".. Cut him.. Open.. How.. How can you trust someone that.. That doesn't know what to do with.. These irrational sensations they feel?"

He would ask, a subtle pleading tone carried in his voice as he looked to her for an answer. He felt underneath all of the bandages, he was an absolute mess, and maybe they were the only thing holding him together. He had to know what she saw in him, because it wasn't something he saw in himself.

[01:17] Lilith plays in the shallow water, oblivious to the internal struggle of her friend, she continues to think of why Revan is so tense and anxious.

Listening to Revan's struggle, fears, and doubts finally gets Lilith into a serious mood. Revan was not the type to spill his emotions, so she smiles after listening to his thoughts. She was happy, carefree, and she knew exactly why she calls Revan kind.

"Every single person is not born bad. It's their environment that shapes them! Flaws are something everyone has. That's why you'll never find a person without one, it's because they're always surrounded by flawed people. That's where I come in! I want to make a difference, I want people to know that there is good inside of them. No one is born evil, no one is born flawed, and that applies to you as well! You're changing Revan, you think you're so bad when you really aren't... That's why I want to show you sobadly that you aren't bad, that you do have that kindness inside of you."

She pauses for a moment before walking in front of him and looking him straight in the eyes.

"You don't even see it because you're too focused on your flaws and mistakes."

[01:44] There was certainly a struggling going on within Revan, that callous maliciousness at odds with his warming affinity for those he found himself surrounded by. Though it went deeper than that, listening to her explain how she viewed the people of this world. It's their environment that shapes them.

He would think to his childhood, motherless, filled with back breaking training, day in and day out. Never finding rest, never having comfort, or affection. He would shape his head, ".. But.. What of our parents? They blood that flows through our veins? We carry aspects of them.. Things we can't control." He'd counter with a shake of his head. "I'm.. My Father's son.."

Though there was a warmth to her voice, a genuine sincerity to it that made it hard for him to maintain eye contact. Her words echoing throughout his head.. He held himself to a high standard at all times, you had to if you wanted to be perfect. She would remind him of his flaws, how he seemed super focused on them. Is that not how you made yourself better? To acknowledge them, and try to correct them?

Then he would ask himself which flaws he was trying to correct. There was the cold logic that he used to analyze those around him, to carefully calculate the best outcome for himself.. Then there was the chaotic emotions that had just begun to surface when he found himself as a founder of The Dragon's Tooth. He didn't know which was right and which was wrong, just that they existed within him.

Reaching out to her hand with just a single finger and his thumb, he would finally meet her gaze once again. ".. C-Can you help me..? I wish.. I wish to be more in control.. I want to have a better understanding of these feelings I have.." He would ask, having to finally ask himself what it was that he was looking for.

[02:11] Lilith would continue to look at Revan's eyes, as if trying to look deep into his pained soul. She listens to his thoughts about his parents, the pressure of being a son of a warlord, the expectations that people have burdened him with. Yet she continues to smile, knowing fully well all about his pains, struggles, and strive for perfection.

"We can't control where we are born. We can't control the blood that flows through our veins. But... What we can control is how we deal with it"

Grabbing Revan's hand she looks up to him smiling, trying to show him that he isn't a bad person, that he has a kind and gentle person inside of him.

"The only thing I control how I react and how I view things. I don't control anything else, and that's okay! I choose to surround myself with loving people, I choose to always look at the good a person has done, and I also choose to believe that every single person in Esshar is not born evil, but only lacks that positive influence in their life."

She holds Revan's hands tightly, trying to comfort him. She cared about Revan, and she knows how high he holds himself. She wants Revan to know that it's okay to be flawed, and that it's okay to have done things you regret. What's important is how people deal with it. That's what she wants Revan to know. That's why she's trying so hard to be that light in his life. It's so that he can truly understand what it means to be a good person.

[02:26] With Lilith standing in the water, and Revan still on the edge, it would almost look like a halo was sitting behind her head with the setting of the sun. Those pure blue eyes, and that eternally kind smile on her face.

She would make a point that would connect with him.. Just like all of his injuries, there was nothing you could do to change them.. Only how you treated them, what you could do in the future to prevent them.

Nodding to show he understood, he would wonder, was that really all he was missing? That positive influence to show him there was more to life than just pain and rising above those around you?

Feeling her hands grip tighter around his own, he would feel that same sense of panic as when she told him to close his eyes. His heart beating faster, the hair on the back of his neck starting to stand up. He thought it was panic, but he didn't feel the urge to run. Instead he would find himself getting lost in her eyes, the hopes she had for him.

"All we can control.. Is how we react.. And how we view things?"

He would repeat, letting the words hang in the air. What am I thinking. And for once in his life, he would simply stop, letting himself react to the emotions that bubbled within him. Suddenly leaning forward with his eyes closed shut, he would press his lips against hers.

She didn't what to do, how to react. It felt like it was out of nowhere. Yet she would remember the words she said. All we can control is how we react

She would let it happen. Only lasting a few seconds at most, before pulling herself out and looking at Revan. Flustered at his sudden advance.

"I-I'm happy for you Revan. But, lets talk about this later. Want to go back to the guild hall?"

Wanting to go back into something comfortable as soon as possible, still trying to hide her flustered expression she suggests going back to the guild hall.

[02:43] He wasn't sure how long to hold himself there, but he had no real desire to let off. Though it would be Lilith to back away first, suggesting they should talk about it later.

He wondered if he had done something wrong, though he would simply nod- it had gotten terribly late. ".. Yes.. Let's head back." He would let go of her hands and lead the way back for them, letting his mana light their way.
