  1. Narrator: The city of Townsville!
  2.
  3. (Turn down quickly to the bank. After a second or two, the building explodes and the alarm screams out. Four silhouettes appear within the clouds of smoke and run toward the camera.)
  4.
  5. Narrator: Where boys will be boys.
  6.
  7. (The figures resolve into a trio of cash-carrying robbers. One is tall and thin, with black hair tied in a ponytail; another is very muscular; and the third is short. The arrival of MegaMan freezes them in their tracks; he is very close to the camera, his back to us. Cut to him, with his sisters flanking.)
  8.
  9. Narrator: And girls will be girls!
  10.
  11. (They explode into action. Blossom dispatches the tall one, Buttercup the muscle man, Bubbles the shrimp. MegaMan the fat guy. From here, cut to a paddy wagon whose back doors are held open by two cops.)
  12.
  13. Narrator: Besides manhandling the common criminal…
  14.
  15. (The robbers sail into view and land in the wagon; the cops close the doors, and the vehicle speeds off without them. Cut to a frightened, screaming crowd and pull back to show them gathered at the base of the volcano on which Mojo Jojo’s and Dr.Wily's observatory stands. A large weapon, attached where the telescope would normally be, points down at them.)
  16.
  17. Narrator: …in just one day, four particular kids have managed to…
  18.
  19. (During the previous words, the following things happen. One, the weapon rotates to point straight out and is then crushed to scrap by the arriving heroes. Two, Mojo and Wily are seen at a control panel inside; it flashes a warning and MegaMan smashes in through it with his gauntlet fist. Three, Bubbles socks Mojo in midair and the camera cuts to outside to follow his trajectory. Four, Buttercup spikes Wily like a volleyball. Five, Blossom beats them like a drum. Cut to a jail cell as Mojo and Wily crashes into it.)
  20.
  21. Narrator: …massacre the mad scientists!
  22.
  23. (Close-up of Princess Morebucks, fully suited up and with her jet thrusters going full throttle. She is holding up something large; pull back to show her carrying an armored car as she flies, while Bass was shooting his laser eyes to free some money out)
  24.
  25. Narrator: Spiked the spoiled brother and sister!
  26.
  27. (Blossom arrives on the scene and flies around her in a tight circle. Bass went in to fight her, but MegaMan grabbing to stop him in his tracks, leaving him wide open as Bubbles and Buttercup to give him a licking, sending him to the crashed building, leaving him hanging on the wire. When all is said and done, Princess is tied up and being held in one hand by her captor, who has the vehicle in her other, . Cheers. Cut to a screaming old woman, then pull back to show the Gangrene Gang menacing her. They are in a back alley.)
  28.
  29. Narrator: Grapple with the Gangrene Gang!
  30.
  31. (Buttercup’s shadow throws itself over the entire group. All but the woman are visibly unnerved by her arrival. She charges from the mouth of the alley; cut to the woman, who has backed up against a wall. The shadows tell the story: the hoodlums are taking a pounding from all angles.)
  32.
  33. Old woman: (jumping up and down) Yahoo! Go, Powerpuff Girls and MegaMan! Whoo!
  34.
  35. (Cut to Fuzzy Lumkins and Rodeoman’s shack in the woods. They runs inside, a large sack over fuzzy's shoulder; cut to him as he empties cash from it. They has apparently pulled a heist of theie own.)
  36.
  37. Narrator: And hustled the hillbillies!
  38.
  39. (Fuzzy discards the empty sack and they started throwing handfuls of cash into the air, but a knock at the door brings Fuzzy and RodeoMan up short. Cut to outside it; Fuzzy opens the door with RodeoMan on his shoulder and looks out bemusedly. A very polite-looking Bubbles is standing on the porch with a disappointed MegaMan. She looks up at them and smiles for a couple of seconds—and then they moved in without any warning. A flash of white fills the screen and gives way to static. Pull back from this to show it on the screen of an upside-down TV set that is floating in midair. A couple of slabs of rock float in the background, which shows a blurry clip of what could be a soldier on a battlefield and then gives way to a young girl. The individual watching the set is in an armchair, which is positioned so that we can only see one arm. However, the red pincer that rips up a wad of stuffing instantly gives “Him” away. These digs are quite different from his last ones. Voices murmur indistinctly from all sides. On the other side was someone on the rocking chair was balding his fist in pure anger, but the arm was suited in a suit of armor. Sigma looked furiously at the villains' failure.)
  40.
  41. (On the next line, the chairs slides away and the view wipes behind its trailing corner to show the back of the TV set; turn up from here to show “Him” wearing a most unpleasant expression, while Sigma was wearing a very angry face. A bathroom and a farm float on midair islands behind them, with a train wreck as the backdrop.)
  42.
  43. Narrator: And in their day, these heroes have even managed to defect…The dictators
  44.
  45. (On TV, with no audio, Blossom knocks out the muscular bank robber, then it turned to where MegaMan stomped the monsters. “Him” and Sigma now looks even angrier; we can see a living room on a background rock, and a child eating watermelon as the backdrop. TV footage: Buttercup is seen talking to a reporter.)
  46.
  47. Buttercup: Yeah, it was rough in the beginning, but I paced myself and just wore the monster down.
  48.
  49. (Sigma growled from watching this. Any longer, then Sigma could burst out teeth as he grins them in anger, as they cracked)
  50.
  51. Sigma: (mocking Buttercup's voice) Yeah, it was rough in the beginning, but I paced myself and just wore the monster down.
  52.
  53. (The eyes of “Him” narrow even further; in the backdrop, a car sails over a shack and crashes. TV footage: Blossom, Bubbles and MegaMan.)
  54.
  55. Blossom: We were just glad to be of service. (Bubbles waves.) Good job, girls! And we really want to thank MegaMan for his leadership.
  56.
  57. (Now “Him” looks ready to blow his top all the way to Denver as a geometric vector backdrop gives way to a couple of girls playing. A baseball diamond and a marble fountain float past as he speaks, and the backdrop changes to show biplanes flying as well.)
  58.
  59. “Him”: (effeminate voice, mocking) “We were just glad to be of service. Good job, girls! And we really want to thank MegaMan for his leadership” Blah!
  60.
  61. (Pull back to show the entire “estate”: fountain, ballpark, living room, bathroom, farm, kitchen—not seen earlier—and the TV area on the main central island. The backdrop changes to show other old film clips.)
  62.
  63. “Him”: (evil voice, walking to TV) Blast the Powerpuff brats and that ratchet MegaMan! They disgust me! (A fireplace floats by.) So effortless.
  64.
  65. Sigma: (close-up) They seem to be unbeatable.
  66.
  67. (Pull back across the TV area. Young children are in the backdrop, which quickly tiles itself with various clips of MegaMan the girls in action. These float slowly past the edge of the rock.)
  68.
  69. “Him”: (effeminate voice) All the years and all the villains have produced nothing. (Pause.) So much time, such little results.
  70.
  71. Sigma: (folds his fingers patiently) What can we do to beat them? We tried everything we throw at them, and that didn't work.
  72.
  73. (After watching a few more clips, "Him" waves one arm and the view clears to show a crashing plane in the backdrop. It changes to show what might be a piece of industrial machinery during the next line, and he floats toward the camera.)
  74.
  75. “Him”: (evil voice) There must be a way, Sigma. There must be someone who can knock those brats down to size!
  76.
  77. (He voices a frustrated groan and flops back into his chair.)
  78.
  79. “Him”: (effeminate voice) Oh, boy.
  80.
  81. Sigma: If only you stop being a girl about it, we-
  82.
  83. (Sigma directs a weary, bleary gaze out into space and toward his TV for a few seconds, after which the camera cuts to an extreme close-up of his eyes. They snap wide open, and he breaks into an ear-to-ear grin—whatever inspiration he was searching for has hit. His eyebrows slowly lower.)
  84.
  85. Sigma: (softly) Oh, boy, alright. (laughs evilly) Oh boy indeed. (Sigma holds a green bow, which belongs to Roll)
  86.
  87. (Close-up of the TV screen, which goes black as the set is switched off.)
  88.
  89. (Fade in to one part of the city skyline during the day. All is peaceful until a huge yellow monster with one eye and spiked club-like appendages for hands rears up and roars. It swings one arm and hurls those spikes; cut to Buttercup, who rises to meet them and then zips o.c. just before they reach her position. She runs straight along the side of a building as the projectiles hit behind her; when they start to hit too close, she jumps to another building and keeps running. Gradually the spikes hit closer and closer until she is lost beneath the glare of the explosions from their impact. She charges out of these straight toward the camera; cut to her perspective, approaching the fully open eye of one very shocked monster.)
  90.
  91. (Pull back to show her barreling around a corner toward the beast. She grabs one arm and hurls the thing across the intersection, the camera panning to follow it until it slams into a building. Behind it are two other creatures, a crab and an octopus. They advance and are promptly knocked away by Blossom, who lands by Buttercup’s victim. Her own two land on top of it.)
  92.
  93. (Quick pan to a pair of large round creatures covered with pink fur. They are little more than giant heads on chicken legs, with long trunk-like noses. They spit wads of yellow phlegm that explode when they hit the street behind Bubbles. She takes to the air; as the two attackers watch in fear, she turns herself about so that she is approaching with her back to them. She lands behind them and puts her hands together to generate an energy field that blows them off their feet. Cut to the pile of previously beaten monsters, with Blossom and Buttercup looking at them from the corner. The two new victims arrive just before Bubbles does.)
  94.
  95. (A King-Kong size gorilla was stomping around and pounding his chest, howling in terror. The gorilla went in to slam his fist at MegaMan, but he easily dodged it as he dashed away. The monster chased after MegaMan. He decided to stop and take on the monster head on by getting ready his gauntlet fist. The gorilla monster once again tried to slam MegaMan, but he dodged it's paws like a frighten cat. The Gorilla kept eye on MegaMan, but as he got close to the Gorilla monster, he went in and gave it flurry blows, until he gave it a uppercut, sending it to the other monster bashed up monsters, before joining his sisters.
  96.
  97. MegaMan: Good job, girls! (A low rumbling starts up, putting them on edge.)
  98.
  99. Buttercup: What now?
  100.
  101. Blossom: Let's get ready for anything.
  102.
  103. (She looks down at the pavement. MegaMan scanned the ground pavement as his scanner said, Four targets approaching. A moment later, it starts to shake and crack; it pulls back down the street as the girls and MegaMan retreat to a safe distance. Smoke and lightning pour up from the fissures, which grow until a sizable hole has opened. Through the haze, four tall outcroppings can be seen emerging; each has a small figure perched on it. Close-up of this lot—now the silhouettes are close enough to become very, very familiar. The smoke starts to clear, and MegaMan and the girls gasp in combined shock and recognition.)
  104.
  105. (Extreme close-ups of the following. A foot clad in a black sneaker. A smirk above a pair of crossed arms and a torso clad in a blue sweatshirt with a black stripe—the outfit worn by Boomer, the blond member of the Rowdyruff Boys. Spiky black hair, with Buttercup’s part, above dark green eyes that can only belong to Butch—but he no longer has a cowlick. A red eye and part of a red cap turned backwards, with a bit of red-orange hair visible in back—the signs of Brick. Half of Boomer’s face, with his hair grown out a bit longer and more raggedly cut than before. Roll still had her ponytail and her same shoes, but she no longer wore the same blouse, but instead has somewhat of a upgrade of her blouse and her hairstyle has bangs(note: you'll have to check on images of Roll on MegaMan 8). Pull back to show the entire set of outcroppings and zoom in. Roll and her brothers have been resurrected, with their hair being the only altered feature, while Roll's clothes has altered. As the shot of Brick suggested, his hair is now quite long in back, similar to Blossom’s ponytail, but very ragged at the ends. In front, it no longer sticks out from under the edge of his cap as it did in “The Rowdyruff Boys and Roll.”)
  106.
  107. (Close-up of MegaMan and pan to each of her sisters in turn.)
  108.
  109. MegaMan: No way!
  110.
  111. Blossom: The Rowdyruff Boys and Roll?!
  112.
  113. Buttercup: But that’s impossible!
  114.
  115. Bubbles: We blew you guys up! (Butch starts flexing his knees to spring.)
  116.
  117. Brick: Yeah? Well, you can’t stop a good thing, babe!
  118.
  119. (MegaMan and the girls find this quite amusing and give voice to that opinion.)
  120.
  121. Roll: Stop laughing! What are you laughing at?
  122.
  123. Blossom: (mocking, as her sisters laugh) Oh, no, look who’s back with mean hair!
  124.
  125. Bubbles: (following lead) Oh, whatever shall we do?
  126.
  127. Buttercup: (ditto) How can we defeat their scary new hairdos?
  128.
  129. MegaMan: (finds it amusing to play around) I'm more terrified about Roll's new fashion style!
  130.
  131. (Cut to the boys. More laughter from o.c. as Boomer puts him arm and hand on his hair listening, Brick glares down, and Butch keeps flexing his knees. Roll scrunched her face in flustrated as she doesn't find the joke funny)
  132.
  133. Roll: SILENCE! (The girls and MegaMan stop laughing.) You stupid wimpy lame-o punks talk too much!
  134.
  135. Blossom: Stupid?!
  136.
  137. Buttercup: Wimpy?!
  138.
  139. Bubbles: Lame-o?!
  140.
  141. MegaMan: (with inverted red eyes) Punk?!
  142.
  143. Roll: You sissies just got lucky last time. This time there’s no way you’re gonna beat my boys! (Close-up of each in turn.)
  144.
  145. Butch: Butch!
  146.
  147. Boomer: Boomer!
  148.
  149. Brick: Brick!
  150.
  151. Roll: And Roll!
  152.
  153. [Animation goof: The mouths of Butch and Boomer do not move.]
  154.
  155. (The mood is somewhat spoiled when Boomer starts trying to catch a fly buzzing around his head. Brick watches him for a few seconds before getting fed up, while Roll face-palm.)
  156.
  157. Brick: Pay attention! (Bubbles giggles derisively.)
  158.
  159. Bubbles: Are you guys sure you’re ready for another beating?
  160.
  161. Boomer: You guys are gonna eat your words, spit ’em out, and eat ’em again! (Buttercup claps a hand to her forehead in disgust.)
  162.
  163. Blossom: That doesn’t even make sense.
  164.
  165. MegaMan: You're a real nimrod.
  166.
  167. Boomer: I know you are, but what am I?
  168.
  169. Buttercup: Enough! Talk is cheap. Let’s do this!
  170.
  171. Butch: (giggling dementedly) This is gonna be fun! (As Roll was cracking her knuckles)
  172.
  173. [Animation goof: Roll has to fingers to crack her knuckles, due to having the body of a powerpuff girl]
  174.
  175. (Pull back to a long shot of the two groups, then cut from one to the other as they square for battle. Finally the deadlock ends and all eight take off, rising to face each other in midair. Blossom starts the attack with a blast from her eye lasers; Brick counters with his own. Pull back to a long shot of them, at opposite sides of the screen. Their beams cancel out in the center.)
  176.
  177. (Bubbles creates a spark of lightning in one upraised hand, forms it into a large ball of energy, and lets fly. Boomer generates sparks from his joined hands and makes a baseball bat, which he pulls back over his shoulder for a swing. He hits her pitch and gets a line drive that does heavy damage to the right field fence—which, in this case, happens to be a building.)
  178.
  179. (Buttercup rises above the rooftops and backs up. She focuses herself and creates a blinding energy bolt that shoots toward the camera. Butch puts his hands together, and a force field forms around him to blunt her offensive)
  180.
  181. (MegaMan got ready his gauntlet fist to get ready to fight. Roll does the same to even the odds. They went in and collided with giant fist. They continued to punching each other's fist, only to collide with each punch, until a final punch and hard punch created a shockwave. MegaMan jumped back and shot his laser eyes at Roll, but she took it head on easily. Roll did the same as he did with her, but like before, he is resistant after getting hit. After that, they went to using their heavy weapon. MegaMan shoot out his thunder beam, while Roll fired her thunder bolt. After they collided, they exploded and created a shockwave, pushing them off balance. After he grinned the ground to slow himself down, he stops fighting whereupon the girls regroup in midair.)
  182.
  183. MegaMan: Come on, girls. We have to work together. We’re too evenly matched one on one.
  184.
  185. Buttercup: Yeah! A little teamwork oughta whup those dorks into shape!
  186.
  187. (They fly toward each other and join hands. Spinning in a tight circle, they are enveloped by light in their respective colors and then disappear into a sphere of crackling radiance. A beam emerges from this and flashes across the sky, the camera panning to follow. Cut to bad kids, also in midair.)
  188.
  189. Roll: Come on, boy! We can’t let a bunch of dumb losers show us up!
  190.
  191. (They pull off an identical maneuver. Pull back to show both beams canceling each other out. After a moment, there is an explosion and both groups are flung backward. They face off again.)
  192.
  193. MegaMan: All right, girls. I think we know what we have to do. Time for you girls to give ’em some sugar!
  194.
  195. Bubbles: (waving hand) Ooh, ooh! I want the blond! I think he’s cute!
  196.
  197. Buttercup: (to Bubbles) Man, you’re weird.
  198.
  199. MegaMan: As for me, I like to play dirty with girls I don't like.
  200.
  201. Blossom: Good luck, bro. Let’s go, girls!
  202.
  203. (The boys and Roll stand fast; Butch twitches a bit due to overly high-strung nerves. Now the heroes charge.)
  204.
  205. Brick: Here it comes! You prepared to suck it up, like we practice?
  206.
  207. Roll: I can deal with you guys easily, so I'm ready for anything!
  208.
  209. (The villains charge, and the heroes split up. Blossom moves in on Brick, who sidesteps at the last possible second to dodge her punch. She tries another blow, but he ducks and starts to back up. Approaching again, she tries several more strikes and hits nothing but air. Finally she darts in and kisses him on the cheek, as she and her sisters did to the boys in “The Rowdyruff Boys and Roll.”)
  210.
  211. (Butch watches Buttercup fly low along the street and climb sharply to meet him. He blocks or avoids her strikes, but she finds an opening and plants a kiss on his cheek. Now Bubbles speeds toward Boomer, aims several blows at him with no success, and gives him a big hug and a kiss. MegaMan dashed around Roll and made her dizzy. Getting this opportunity, he went in to try to slobber his tongue on Roll in success)
  212.
  213. (Cut to MegaMan and his sisters as they regroup and look o.c. Their puzzled expressions give away the fact that things may not have gone according to plan.)
  214.
  215. Bubbles: I don’t understand. How come nothing is happening? Weren’t they supposed to explode?
  216.
  217. (Cut to Roll and her brothers, who are still very much in one piece, then back to the heroes.)
  218.
  219. Blossom: Well, let’s really lay it on ’em!
  220.
  221. (They charge for round two. Brick throws a punch at Blossom, but his timing is too early; he hits nothing as she reaches him and kisses his cheek. She backs up; he again fails to explode, and now he starts to grow. She watches, completely stunned, and gasps. This sequence repeats itself with Boomer and Bubbles. Ditto Butch and Buttercup. As for MegaMan, he uses his spit-ball on Roll, like he did before, but like the boys, she grew, after getting angry of course, except that he backs up to reach his sisters and all four gasp. Looking down at them, the villains lunge and the heroes dive aside.)
  222.
  223. (Blossom kisses Brick again—right now he is about twice her size—and he grows even larger. The same thing happens when the other two boys get this treatment, while MegaMan tried other gross things girls don't like. Brick gets yet another, then Butch and Boomer; after Boomer is kissed, a close-up of the top of Butch’s growing head is seen, followed by Brick’s and Boomer’s, then the back of Butch’s. From here, then Roll's arm gets bigger, cut to Roll as she becomes even larger.)
  224.
  225. Roll: While Your sisters are giving cootie kisses to my brothers, your gross attempts are making me powerful!
  226.
  227. Brick: (growing) And it's making us bigger!
  228.
  229. Boomer: (growing) Stronger!
  230.
  231. Butch: (growing) And tougher!
  232.
  233. (Cut to the girls and MegaMan, who gasp, then pull back to frame both groups. The boys and Roll are now at least ten times their original size.)
  234.
  235. Brick: (laughing) You stupid lame-o wimps never learn. Now it’s time to put these babies to bed!
  236.
  237. (The bad kids gain altitude. Each puts his hands together and extends them out in front of himself, toward a focal point just in front of the three. A broad energy beam emanates from here and washes over the girls; this is similar to the “starburst” attack that has been seen in the past. Cut to a street and pan along it as they crash down. Bubbles hits the pavement and slides along, Blossom strikes a building, Buttercup plows through a fire hydrant before fetching up in a parked car, and MegaMan gets sent to the sewers. Cut to each, in the reverse of this order, however MegaMan lost his helmet. They took off to rejoin the fight.)
  238.
  239. (The sky suddenly goes a sinister shade of red, and the girls and MegaMan land in front of a spiral of smoke that has begun to form. It turns into clouds that evaporate to reveal the spike-heeled legs of “Him,” seen in extreme close-up; turn up slowly to show that he has his back to the camera. Cuts up close to the clouds, a lighting struck the skies. Suddenly, a hologram appeared and formed in a complete shape of Sigma. They addresses the heroes over their shoulders.)
  240.
  241. “Him” and Sigma: ("Him's" effeminate voice) Hello, kiddies. (They gasp.)
  242.
  243. Girls and MegaMan: It's “Him” and Sigma!
  244.
  245. “Him”: (approaching them) So good to see you again. How’s things? (No answer.) Not so good? Having a little bad problem, hmm? Or should I say… (evil voice) …big bad trouble?
  246.
  247. (Grinning, he looks into the sky; follow his gaze to the villains, who start to descend. Back to ground level as they touch down. Sigma raises his beam sword, and throws it at them, but it only hit the pavement as the heroes dodged it.)
  248.
  249. Sigma: Hello, boys and girl. You’re doing just fine. (rougher voice) So, how does it feel, fools, to know defeat is just around the corner— (soft voice) —and victory for me and "Him" is at hand?
  250.
  251. Blossom: So you two are behind this! What did you do to make our kisses powerless?
  252.
  253. MegaMan: And make my nasty bullyness!
  254.
  255. “Him”: (effeminate voice, laughing) Oh, that. That’s my little secret. You see, I realized that the bad little kids’ only weakness— (to evil voice) —was your pathetic little kisses and MegaMan's grossly rudeness on Roll. (to effeminate voice) And since I knew you would resort to that, I added a little something extra—a cootie vaccination and an anti bully. Circle-circle-dot-dot, now you have a cootie shot! An eye for an eye, a bone for a bone, now Roll's weakness is now cured.
  256.
  257. Sigma( addressed the audience.) I show to "Him" spell off the Internet.
  258.
  259. (Turn up from Sigma to "Him" to the boys and Roll’s faces, then cut back to "Him".)
  260.
  261. “Him”: But your kisses are not totally useless, girls. And don't worry about your nastynesss, MegaMan (to evil voice) They make our destroyers bigger and more powerful!
  262.
  263. (The girls and MegaMan gasp, and he laughs insanely in his effeminate voice, while Sigma laughs evilly)
  264.
  265. “Him”: At last, we won!
  266.
  267. (A giant foot is planted behind them to emphasize the point, and the boys and Rolls join in the merriment. MegaMan and the girls can only look up in mute fear and helplessness as “Him” and Sigma rises into the air, still laughing.)
  268.
  269. “Him”: Have fun, kids. Ta-ta! Ha-ha!
  270.
  271. Sigma: And word of advise, MegaMan. Careful not to make Roll angry. (sinister voice) You won't like her, when she's angry.
  272.
  273. (They continues to laugh as they flies away and disappears in another spiral of smoke. The sky reverts to its normal blue, and four enormous destroyers glare down at four very small and vulnerable heroes. Fade to black.)
  274.
  275. Part Two
  276.
  277. (MegaMan and the girls in the shadow of their gargantuan opposite numbers. All they can do at the moment is blink up at Roll and the boys, who stand with crossed arms and cocky smiles. The heroes take a couple of steps backward; cut to a close-up of Boomer and pan slowly to Roll, Brick and Butch. The girls and MegaMan are seen in a similar shot, but their mouths wobble in barely suppressed panic. Stop on Buttercup, who finally swallows hard, then cut back to MegaMan who took step a back, finally cut to Butch as he cracks his knuckles. The sound is loud enough to make the girls recoil and cover their ears, while MegaMan turned the volume down so he couldn't hear the intense loud crunching.)
  278.
  279. (Brick turned to Roll. She nodded as if she is giving him premission. Brick holds up one arm; extreme close-up of it as he pushes back the sleeve. There is a brown scab on his forearm. He starts to peel it off, and one by one the girls and MegaMan groan in disgust at the sight. Roll, Boomer and Butch snicker gleefully. Next he holds the loose scab aloft and scales it toward the heroes; cut to them and zoom in. They stand frozen for a moment before diving for cover, and the dripping projectile hits a STOP sign behind them. It sticks for a second, then starts to fall away, and Buttercup and Bubbles each groan again. Blossom and MegaMan, though, had themself under control.)
  280.
  281. MegaMan: Stand your ground, girls! They’re trying to psych us out by grossing us out!
  282.
  283. (Butch slowly snorts in a gigantic breath, hocks a loogie, and spits it into the air. The streamer of green snot turns end over end as it flies; cut to the girls, who look up and then cover their heads. Pull back as the loogie sails over their heads and o.c. They look in its direction for a moment and then relax.)
  284.
  285. Blossom: (wiping forehead) Whew!
  286.
  287. (Close-up of Boomer, who has his mouth open wide, and pull back. The wad drops neatly in, and he smiles.)
  288.
  289. Boomer: Mmm-mmm-mmm!
  290.
  291. (Now it is his turn to hock one up; this time, the girls must sidestep in order to avoid being hit. The phlegm bubbles and oozes across the pavement. Close-up of Bubbles, her tongue hanging limply in revulsion. Her face goes green, and she claps her hands to her mouth in order to stop herself from vomiting; pull back to show a trash can near her and Buttercup in the foreground. The STOP sign is behind them.)
  292.
  293. Buttercup: Hold your ground, Bubbles! (Her sister’s face returns to normal color.) It’s just a bunch of dumb boy tricks, but we can take it. Right?
  294.
  295. (Close-up of her on the end of this. The trash can is heard rattling o.c.; cut to it. Bubbles has hung her head into it and is losing her lunch. When she finishes, she looks up, moaning and still appearing quite nauseated. Back to her sisters; Blossom looks o.c. toward Bubbles, while Buttercup’s attention has shifted to the boys.)
  296.
  297. Buttercup: Go ahead, gross us out all you want— (Pull back to frame both groups, sans Bubbles.) —but we’re still gonna kick your big-bad butts! (Close-up of Brick.)
  298.
  299. Roll: It's not over yet.
  300.
  301. (Roll turns to MegaMan with a wicked smile. MegaMan swallowed hard to prepared himself for the worse. Roll started to pucker her lips. Blossom has the attention to Roll, then pan to MegaMan with a stressful panic)
  302.
  303. Blossom: Oh no! I know boys, but this one is… (Roll blew a kiss, making a heart shape love, with devil horns. As it reached MegaMan and touched him. He began to panic. He was rubbing his face off. Running in circles like crazy like a madman.) Evil cooties! MegaMan's a hero boy, but if those cooties are filled with evil, meaning he'll be in a state of panic!
  304.
  305. (Buttercup rolled her eyes in disappointment for someone like her brother to be scared of evil cooties. Blossom went in and to help MegaMan and blew her ice breath. It stopped MegaMan, with a frozen face, but not before she zapped his face to reduce the ice in his face, making it melt to water.)
  306.
  307. Blossom: (from o.c) That should wash if off. (back to her) MegaMan, she's trying to use those evil cooties on you, while she has the boys try to gross us!
  308.
  309. MegaMan: (Gets angry) You guys are gonna have the beating of your lives! (eyes turning red)
  310.
  311. Brick: Oh, you are, are you? Well, then, I guess it’s…
  312.
  313. (He looks in Butch’s direction; cut to the latter, all too eager to start something.)
  314.
  315. Brick: (from o.c.) …RUMBLE TIME!
  316.
  317. Butch: (jumping and sounding like a crazed monkey) Rumble time! Rumble time! (Back to Brick.)
  318.
  319. Brick: Let the rumble begin!
  320.
  321. (The ground shakes on the last word, and he takes off, followed by the other two. Cut to the girls and MegaMan and zoom in.)
  322.
  323. MegaMan: Let’s go, ladies!
  324.
  325. (They take off. The two trios approach one another; when they meet, each hero is knocked away by their counterpart. Blossom takes the first hit, followed by MegaMan, then Buttercup and Bubbles. Bubbles crashes through a building’s window and comes out at the back wall to tumble into an alley; her sisters and brother hit the ground next to her. Of the four bumped and bruised girls, MegaMan is first to come around, and he looks up and gasps.)
  326.
  327. MegaMan: (nudging his sisters) Quick! Get up! Get up!
  328.
  329. (The boys and Roll continue their approach, but Brick stops them just short of the bad kids.)
  330.
  331. Boomer: (puzzled) But I thought we was—
  332.
  333. Brick: (clapping hand to Boomer’s mouth) Shut it! We’re playing a new game now. But I like to know what new game we could play, Roll?… (turns to Roll)
  334.
  335. (She looks to her left, in Butch’s direction; cut to the green-clad basket case as he again does his mad-monkey impression. Roll Makes a evil expression)
  336.
  337. Roll: I know exactly what game we'll play. It's gonna be…
  338.
  339. (Roll stomps on the roof of a parked car, embedding her foot in it; pan to a second vehicle as she does the same with her other foot. Next she grabs MegaMan and the girls, who scream in terror, and squeezes them in, using her gauntlet fist with just both hands. Only a few limbs, Blossom’s bow, and their yelps of pain are in evidence. Cut to a patch of street as they are thrown down—having been crushed together into a hockey puck. They struggle to free themselves from this contortion, but to no avail.)
  340.
  341. (Roll creates a perfect shape hockey stick and stand with her makeshift roller skates on and the Powerpuff and Blue-Bomber puck in front of him.)
  342.
  343. Roll: …ROLLER BRAWL!
  344.
  345. Butch: (still flipping out) Roller Brawl! Roller Brawl!
  346.
  347. (Brick uproots a sign for the parking garage of Malph’s Market from a nearby corner. This has a long pole, with the lettering on a broad projection at the top, and looks something like a hockey stick standing upside down. Pull back to show him holding the sign. Butch. tears an L-shaped support beam from a nearby bridge. Cut to a construction site, where a flatbed truck is parked with its load of girders. Boomer flies down and grabs one; close-up of his face as he struggles with it, then pull back. He has bent one end to make a stick for himself, and he jumps onto two cars to get a set of skates. Butch follows the latter action, after which Brick lifts his stick.)
  348.
  349. Roll: It's brawl time!
  350.
  351. (She hits the puck, sending it screaming down the street, and skates after it. Brich, Butch and Boomer move in, but the leader girl is just about in position to catch up to it. She nudges the puck from side to side in order to keep it under control; the girls and MegaMan cry out in pain at each tap. The boys move to block her. Boomer tries to steal, but Roll keeps it away from him by passing to the opposite side; another scream. Brick was about to catch it, but Butch intercepts and skates toward a parking garage as Brick zips past behind him. Now he pulls his stick back to take a shot on the “goal”—the garage’s entrance.)
  352.
  353. Butch: And he’s going for the—
  354.
  355. (Before he can finish the sentence, Brick pops into view and body-checks him. The screaming puck goes flying, only to be stopped by Roll.)
  356.
  357. Roll: And she's going for the… (Roll gets body-checked by Boomer, pushing her aside. Leaving only Boomer to take his turn)
  358.
  359. Boomer: And he’s going for the… (hitting puck; pull back to follow) …slap shot!
  360.
  361. (The heroes scream as they sail toward the garage. Brick stands nearby, a giant oven mitt on one hand, and tries to catch them—but he misses and they sail through the entrance.)
  362.
  363. Boomer: SCORE! Whoo-hoo-hoo! Yeah!
  364.
  365. (Inside, the girls and MegaMan hit a wall and split apart. They slam down to the concrete, looking much the worse for wear now, and the boys and Roll bend over to look in at them—they have ditched their Roller Brawl gear. Cut to Buttercup as she struggles to her feet next to a car.)
  366.
  367. Buttercup: That’s it! The puck stops here!
  368.
  369. (Two hands reach into view from behind the car and grab the one she has raised. She is yanked away; cut to that point, where her sisters and brother are huddled down. Blossom was the one to pull her in.)
  370.
  371. Buttercup: What gives?
  372.
  373. Blossom: (softly) We gotta hide.
  374.
  375. Buttercup: Hide? Are you— (MegaMan slaps a hand over her mouth.)
  376.
  377. MegaMan: (softly) Shhh! Do you want them to find!? Take a look and see what they're doing!
  378.
  379. (MegaMan pointed where Roll and her brothers are standing. Pan away from them to the entrance, where the baddies taunt them in an effort to draw them out; cut to outside, behind the giant trio at a distance, and turn up to nearby rooftop. Their voices die away, leaving the scene quiet, and an access door opens on the roof. The girls and MegaMan zip out of this and away around the corner of its housing; cut to them.)
  380.
  381. Buttercup: Okay, we’re hiding. Now what?
  382.
  383. Bubbles: Yeah. Those four are beating our butts!
  384.
  385. Blossom: You have a plan, don't you, Mega?
  386.
  387. MegaMan: (He slides down to a sitting position and sighs.) I think we’ve… (He looks reluctantly toward Buttercup.)
  388.
  389. Buttercup: Don’t say it!
  390.
  391. Blossom: …Finally lost.
  392.
  393. (Buttercup screams in frustration and claps her hands to her head. She wheels to face her sisters and brother, who back up against the wall.)
  394.
  395. Buttercup: That’s what they want us to think! (Head-on view of her.) We can still whip those big dummies. I mean, come on! (Said dummies peer over the edge of the roof behind her.) They wouldn't even beat us if not for that stupid Roll! (Cuts to MegaMan with a frighten expression as he saw them coming) They’re too stupid to even find us up here! Besides! That Roll is nothing but a sissy girl without them backing her up!
  396.
  397. (She is now standing in their shadows. Cut to just behind the villains’ heads, with MegaMan, Blossom and Bubbles looking up at them, their eyes wide. Buttercup turns to get an eyeful of them as Brick clears his throat loudly. Camera shift: side view of the girls, and he jumps onto the roof and gets in their faces.)
  398.
  399. Brick: You calling us stupid?!? (Behind MegaMan and the girls; all four baddies are now on the roof.)
  400.
  401. Roll: And who are you calling (gets into the heroes' faces and yells at them with a loud voice, causing the heroes' hair to blow) sassy!!
  402.
  403. Boomer: We’ll show you sassy and stupid!
  404.
  405. (He looks quite pleased with this retort, but Roll is less impressed. The latter stands up and slaps him in the face before turning her attention to the heroes again.)
  406.
  407. Brick: (groaning disgustedly) You’re in for it now, losers, ’cause it’s time for… (Close-up; he looks o.c. toward Butch.) …the awesomest game! ULTIMATE FIGHT!
  408.
  409. Butch: (flipping out) Ultimate Fight! Ultimate Fight!
  410.
  411. (The girls and MegaMan scream and are promptly scooped up by Brick. Boomer tears up a telephone pole, pulling several others along with it due to the lines connecting them, and plants one at each corner of a building’s roof to create a makeshift fighting ring. As he, Roll and Butch watch, Brick floats down into the center of this squared circle; he carries the girls in one hand and delivers the next several lines as if he were a boxing announcer.)
  412.
  413. Brick: Welcome, fans, to the first annual, ULTIMATE FIGHT!!
  414.
  415. (He throws Bubbles to Boomer on “first,” then Buttercup to Butch on “annual,” and finally threw MegaMan to Roll on “ULTIMATE FIGHT!” The other boys and Roll have now entered the ring. He lifts Blossom to his mouth like a microphone.)
  416.
  417. Brick: (pointing toward Butch) In this corner… (Cut to there; he continues o.c.) …the Baron of Berserk…Butch!
  418.
  419. (Butch grunts and pounds his chest like a psychotic gorilla. Back to Brick, who now gestures toward Boomer.)
  420.
  421. Brick: And in that corner…the Dumber than the Dumbest… (Cut to that corner; he continues o.c.) …Boomer!
  422.
  423. (This combatant spikes Bubbles to the roof and starts stomping on her.)
  424.
  425. Boomer: Yes! Yes! Yes! Yes! Yes! Yes! (Back to Brick.)
  426.
  427. Brick: And here in the center…the Master Masher…the King of Crushing…the Duke of Destruction…the reigning world champeen…
  428.
  429. (Cut to the two nonplussed opponents, who are now standing together with their girls and boy in hand.)
  430.
  431. Brick: (from o.c.) …Brick the Bludgeoner!
  432.
  433. (Roll looked like she wanted to punch him, until from o.c)
  434.
  435. Brick: And finally in the last center…the most terrible…the Queen of Carnage… The undefeated first champion… (Now looking pleased again) …Roll the Roller Killer!! (Back to him.) And now… (menacingly) …let the bludgeoning begin!
  436.
  437. (Butch leads off by giving Buttercup a colossal headbutt that sends her flying across the ring. Boomer hits Bubbles and launches her; the two girls collide in midair and fall to the roof. Next, the two boys lean back against the wires that fence in the ring and launch themselves toward each other. Cut to Boomer as he hurtles along and lets off a war whoop; during the next line, we see Butch doing likewise.)
  438.
  439. Brick: (from o.c.) Oh, no! It looks like the dreaded… (Pull back to frame both.) …Do-Si-Do of Destruction!
  440.
  441. (On these last words, they link arms and drop toward the roof. They have turned their bodies so that they are falling back first. Bubbles and Buttercup sit up in their growing shadow, but not in time to avoid being crushed under the two giants. Cut to Brick.)
  442.
  443. Brick: And next… (Pulls to Roll's frame.) …she's doing the Atomic Meteor Slam!
  444.
  445. (Cuts to Roll as she throws MegaMan to the air. She flies up to do her "Atomic Meteor Slam", crushing MegaMan into extreme pressure.)
  446.
  447. Brick: And now… (holding Blossom upside down in one hand) …it’s the Saratoga Speed Bag!
  448.
  449. (Cut to a close-up of her on these last two words; he reaches into view and starts pummeling her as if she were that piece of boxing equipment. He ends by knocking her out of his grip and leaping toward her with one elbow extended. From her prone position on the roof and too stunned to move, she looks up at him and gets that elbow driven into her face. He gets up, leaving her with a black eye and some missing teeth. She moans dazedly and tries to rise, but Brick seizes her and pins her down. He holds his face very close to; close-up of him as he lets a runner of drool ooze slowly out of his mouth.)
  450.
  451. Blossom: (from o.c.) No! (Cut to her.) No! Nooo! No! No!
  452.
  453. (Her perspective; the drool descends toward her, and she moans weakly in disgust. Cut to just behind the drop as it works its way to her face, then to a side view of her. The spittle comes to within less than an inch before suddenly rising o.c.—he has sucked it back in. He smiles crookedly down at her and starts the torture all over again. Side view of him as the rope of drool breaks, after which he lifts her into view; she is sopping wet.)
  454.
  455. Brick: (mocking) Oh. Sorry, dude.
  456.
  457. (Butch, meanwhile, has recovered Buttercup and is smacking her around. Boomer knocks Bubbles across the ring. Brick throws Blossom down, and Roll stomps MegaMan. Buttercup takes another punch from Butch; Boomer stomps Blossom; Brick decks Buttercup, Roll slams MegaMan with her Gauntlet Fist, then Blossom when she tries to climb out of a hole. One more strike from each super baddie, and the heroes land in a barely conscious heap. Pull back slowly as the baddies’ shadows loom large before the supine foursome, then cut to the heroes’ perspective; they laugh over the ease with which they have thrashed their former conquerors.)
  458.
  459. (Head-on view of Butch, once again doing his insane-primate impersonation. His brothers and sister flank him.)
  460.
  461. Butch: Dude, check it out. Check it out! (He pulls a large, slimy slug from his back pocket.)
  462.
  463. Brick: Cool!
  464.
  465. Roll: (seeming impress) Gross!
  466.
  467. (Boomer stands Bubbles up in front of himself, still holding on, and Butch grabs the back of her dress and stretches it out. The slug is stuffed in, and the dress is released. At this point, it is all she can do to keep her pitiful, painful moans from degenerating into a full-on crying fit. Cut to above the ring and pull back slowly as all the four baddies' roar with laughter and point at the humiliation they have inflicted on her.)
  468.
  469. (MegaMan finally comes around and lifts his head. MegaMan tries to crawl away from the horrible torture. But not before he was grabbed by Roll.)
  470.
  471. Roll: Where do you think you're going, Mega-Jerk? I'm not done with you yet! (stares at him with her now glowing pink eyes, then turning back to normal) Boy? (calls her brother)
  472.
  473. (as boys came to assist their sister. Roll holds out to MegaMan's backside, showing what looking like his speedos. Brick grabs his speedos, then out of laughter, Brick got ready and in a quick split, he pulled up his armor speedos into a super size wedgie, causing him to scream in agony. After they were done with him. they dropped him to suffer in humiliation. They laughed at him. Having to much fun he sees it all: Bubbles’ torment and the boy’s pointing fingers, then Butch, laughing with his tongue hanging out. His eyes turn red, snapping to full consciousness, and a fierce, burning rage inscribes itself all over her face, having enough of all of their abuse and bullying. Zoom in to an extreme close-up as he squeezes his eyes shut, then cut to Butch. Suddenly he rockets toward him and delivers a crushing uppercut that leaves Butch's tongue badly swollen.)
  474.
  475. Butch: (moaning, tongue still hanging out) I…I bit my tongue!
  476.
  477. (Brick, Boomer and Rolls laugh themselves stupid at the sight—and he shrinks somewhat. The girls and MegaMan, meanwhile, have all gotten to their feet and cleaned themselves up; they stare incredulously. The slug is no longer in Bubbles’ dress. MegaMan also got his helmet back.)
  478.
  479. Blossom: Did you see that? Whenever their masculinity is threatened, they shrink in size.
  480.
  481. MegaMan: But what can effect Roll as the boys are-
  482.
  483. (A brainstorm hits Blossom and MegaMan full force, and they beckons their sisters to lean in close.)
  484.
  485. MegaMan: (whispering) Okay. So all we have to do is… (he trails off into mumbling.)
  486.
  487. (Cut to a man painting a billboard red. Bubbles flies to him and swipes his can and brush.)
  488.
  489. Bubbles: Sorry! (She flies o.c.)
  490.
  491. Painter: Hey!
  492.
  493. (She carries the supplies back to Boomer and buzzes past him as he keeps laughing. Lifting the brush determinedly, she flies in tight circles around his head; when she stops, he finds that she has given him a warp-speed makeover. His hair has been tied into two small pigtails, his mouth and cheeks have been painted red to simulate makeup, and his eyes show that Bubbles has also come up with a stand-in for mascara. He blinks stupidly.)
  494.
  495. (Cut to Blossom in flight, with the boys’ laughter echoing from below. On the roof, Brick, Butch and Roll are making fun of Boomer, who shrinks a size; the other two boys and Roll trade a high five. Blossom flies behind Brick and grabs the waistband of his pants. A quick yank, and she flies away—leaving her opposite number with his pants around his ankles and a full rear exposure for the camera. Roll, Boomer and Butch have a hearty laugh at the spectacle; the victim, meanwhile, covers himself with his hands and shrinks down to their size. As the gale of chortles continues, he becomes smaller still—now they are all the same size as the boys. MegaMan tapped at Roll to call her from behind. As she turned, she saw that he's now holding a charming expression, just like when the girls did in "The RowdyRuff Boys and Roll" He floats to Roll and grabs her hand in a gentleman's manner and kissed it. Roll gasped from MegaMan's behavior and started to shrink as her brothers laughed at her. Pull back to show the girls and MegaMan watching all this; from the camera’s point of view, the boys seem to be a bit smaller than they started out.)
  496.
  497. Bubbles: It’s working! It’s working!
  498.
  499. Blossom: Good thinking, MegaMan. Be nice to Roll, and it will only threaten her tom-boyisem.
  500.
  501. MegaMan: Come on, girls. Let’s shrink ’em down to size!
  502.
  503. (They zip across the roof. Buttercup gets to Butch; he is actually now about half her height, and she pinches his cheek.)
  504.
  505. Buttercup: (baby talk) Aww, who’s almost wike a wittle man?
  506.
  507. (He shrinks again, so much that his head passes entirely out of view. Bubbles, meanwhile, cuddles Boomer like a baby. He too is considerably shorter than when he first showed up.)
  508.
  509. Bubbles: (baby talk) Aww, don’t cwy, wittle baby. Mommy’s here.
  510.
  511. (He also shrinks. Now Blossom pats Brick’s head; the latter has pulled his pants up and is also much less than normal size.)
  512.
  513. Blossom: (baby talk) Oh, no. Who’s a itty bitty, teeny tiny, dinky wittle cutie pie?
  514.
  515. (Close-up of him during this line; under her patting and words, he also shrinks greatly. MegaMan meanwhile went in and does a prince routine.)
  516.
  517. MegaMan: (Gentleman's talk) (holds Roll's hand) My dear lady, may this prince kiss your hand? (he kisses her hand anyway)
  518.
  519. Roll shrinks again in sadness. Buttercup lets go with some more cooing and takes another size off Butch, Bubbles does likewise with Boomer, and Blossom follows suit with Brick, MegaMan continues to kiss Roll to shrink her. Each baddie yells in rage as they are down downsized.)
  520.
  521. Roll: Stop kissing me!! (starts to cry)
  522.
  523. Roll cries louder than Boomer and Butch. Brick is the loudest of the bunch. Pull back to frame all four—now they are not even tall enough to reach the buckles of the heroes’ shoes, and they are crying from embarrassment and shame.)
  524.
  525. Brick: (to Boomer, Butch and Roll) Stop crying, you sissies! (MegaMn and the girls lean down over them in time with the next lines.)
  526.
  527. MegaMan: Looks like we beat them.
  528.
  529. Blossom: Aww, aren’t they cute?
  530.
  531. Bubbles: They look like tiny little dollies.
  532.
  533. Buttercup: Yeah. Let’s squish ’em!
  534.
  535. (The sky turns red again, startling them out of their plans, and the smoke spiral forms. “Him” and Sigma materializes from it; they are beside themself with fury, and "Him" gets in Roll and the boys’ faces. He is many times his normal height; they appear to be back to theirs, more or less.)
  536.
  537. “Him”: (evil voice) Can’t you little brats do anything right?! I send you to destroy them, and what do you do?
  538.
  539. Sigma: (mocking them with a cry baby expression) You get all sissified! While Roll is cootied up! (gets back to being a tyrant) Buah!
  540.
  541. (Turn down to the roof. "Him" sweeps one pincer over its surface, creating a cloud of smoke that envelops the baddies; when it dissipates, they are gone. Cut to the heroes, who trade a satisfied glance before “Him” and Sigma plants a foot in view just in front of them.)
  542.
  543. Sigma: (from o.c.) Oh, don’t look so smug, brats. Though you may have won this time, it was a lucky victory and you know it.
  544.
  545. "Him" (Effeminate voice) In time, you will fall—and we willdefeat you! So keep on your toes, stay alert— (evil voice) —and watch your back. (standing up) Because the baddies are back in town!
  546.
  547. (Each italicized “will” is delivered in his evil voice. As Sigma and "Him" are Laughing madly, they floats into a spiral of smoke that forms around him and disappears. The sky turns blue after he and it are gone; the girls and MegaMan look up after them with trepidation.)
  548.
  549. Blossom: Oh, boy.
  550.
  551. (Cut to a long shot of the skyline and pull back slowly.)
  552.
  553. Narrator: “Oh, boy” is right. It seems the battle of the sexes has begun!
  554.
