Shadow's Vegeta Draft (Scouter)

Character Name: Vegeta (Scouter)

Role: Vegeta is reliant on his ki based attacks for his damage output, he has always been shown to have lots of energy to pull of these attacks.

Passive: "I am a Saiyan Elite Warrior!" When Vegeta is by himself, he gains a speed and attack boost, this bonus is lost when a teammate is nearby. (Or maybe make it so he is buffed when he's the last alive)

1: Galick Gun - Vegeta fires a beam that travels fast at the cost of damage, making it only deal 10 damage continuously up to 40, this technique can be aimed upwards or downwards from the air and can also be cancelled when the button is pressed again.

2: Dirty Fireworks- 2 tile melee , Vegeta launches his target into the air and holds them there for 2 seconds, if uninterrupted, he creates a small explosion at their location that deals 30 damage.
+EFFECT: If this technique kills someone, Vegeta gains a refund on his Ki.
+TEXT: "I love me some fireworks." (If he kills someone)

3: Meteor Burst: 3-4 tiles. Vegeta fires a short range burst of energy infront of him that deals 20 damage and pushes enemies backwards.

4: Final Bleed: Vegeta fires multiple ki blasts forward in quick succession, each dealing 5 damage.

5: Final Crash: After charging for 2 seconds, Vegeta fires a large beam forward from his hands that deals 15 damage continously up to 75, this can be cancelled early when pressed again.
