How well do you know the source material?(obviously not relevant if it's a transformation): Fairly well, its Street Fighter after-all and if it helps Udon's general style is based off of Zangief.

Reasoning:
- Udon is big Russian Dinosaur
- Udon's patriotic nature has led him to joining the Vipor Police Department or VPD. While working for them his sheer hatred of criminals and those who flaunt the will of the Hydra has earned him the respect of his peers. Quickly earning a promotion after he'd viciously beaten down several rogue criminals.
- Udon has not only brutally beaten down four criminals he has shown a keen talent for putting them into hospitals with his actions. His brutality inspiring the average witness to his actions to a degree of nationalistic zeal not thought of before. Not to mention reminding those whom he's bested to think twice of repeat offenses.
-One example would be during the drunken rampage of the gopnik Laikos. After being apprehended while in prison the dog-man attempted to assault the hero Rakkas. Prompting a fight in which Udon not only bested him, but savagely proceeded to kick some respect for the law into them.
-Another example is the reformed criminal Daimon, whom he broke several ribs of. In his efforts to remind them that the law would always be stronger than them. Using the only true re-educating method of violence to keep them in place.
-All in all for his general heroism and going above and beyond the call of duty. I find Udon to be worthy of wielding the Ansatsuken. So that he may continue to show others they can't run from the long arm of the law.
