[b]Jutsu Description:[/b] The user swings their fan, two sharp wind blast are ejected from the power of their swing. They come from different directions, but hit the center of their attack. They slice through their target like a cross leaving them dazed from its effects.

Wind Proficiency IV raises it to 2 steps of Endurance ignored.
