Personality: Sweet and caring, The Elegant performs every action with utmost elegance and grace, and this attitude is reflected in the speech and dress. Even her TARDIS is elegant, the inside being modeled after the inside of a Greek Parthenon. That being said, if you ever get on this elegant vixen's bad side, she won't hesitate to end you or speak her mind.

History: Like all Gallifreyans trained to be Time Ladies, Evangeline was taken to stare into the Untempered Schism when she was eight, where the knowledge of the universe entered her mind. The experience gave her the resolve to join the Celestial Intervention Agency in order to try to protect those that need it.

When Evangeline and her sister were traveling, her sister was captured by Cybermen, an event that traumatized her deeply and haunts her still. It is unknown if her sister is still "alive".
