  13. It has come time for us to remove ourselves from the shadows once more. Over the last month we have been watching France reach to its boiling point. We have seen this before during Arab Spring. Just as in 2012, when we saw Tunisia, Egypt, Libya, and Yemen denying people their basic rights and human liberties, we are seeing it again but this time in France. We can not and will not stand idly by. Emmanuel Macron we have been keeping a close eye on you, watching your every move and so far you have followed the same path that was taken by others in 2012. Emmanuel Macron you have been the sitting president for 19 months and yet you have broken promise, ignored major issues, and caused harm to the people that have elected you. Over the last few weeks the world has awoken to Frances struggles and daily they are joining the people of France in solidarity. Yellow vests have started appearing in Amsterdam, Rotterdam, Greece, Massachusetts, New York, California, Brussels and many more. We see you also Egypt, attempting to stop shipments of yellow vests is not something you want to get tangled in.

  15. To Macron: Anonymous will not sit by and watch as you allow your officers to continue shooting citizens of your own country with bullets and tear gas. In April, you signed off on firing missiles to Syria, for its government allegedly gassing its own citizens. For more than a week you have allowed officers to cause destruction and mayhem in the street as they gas both protesters and media. It’s your duty to listen to your own people. The decisions you made have cause 20-year-old Fiorina Jacob Lignier to lose eye sight as well as others seeking immediate medical assistance.

  17. You have ignored your people and the international community, therefore, you will continue receiving opposition till you listen. You have seen the opposition start this week online and it will only grow from there. Do not take this as a warning, for it is far to late. It is in your hands to stop this Macron. We will not spare anyone with blood on their hands.

  21. The people of France have been demanding:

  23. End of the tax hike on fuel.
  24. Promote the transport of goods by rail.
  25. Tax on marine fuel oil and kerosene.
  26. Monthly minimum wage at 1,300 euros net ($1947 CAD per month after taxes).
  27. Indexing of all wages, pensions and allowances to inflation.
  28. Nationalization of the fuel for home heating and electricity sectors.
  29. More progressive income tax (more marginal tax brackets).
  30. The end of the austerity.
  31. No withholding tax.
  32. Restoring the taxes for the ultra-wealthy.
  33. Same social security system for all workers, including the self-employed.
  34. The pension system must remain in solidarity and therefore socialized.
  35. No retirement pension below 1,200 euros ($1797/month CAD).
  36. Increase of disability allowances.
  37. Retirement at age 60, and a right to early retirement at 55 for workers who have worked a hard manual labour job.
  38. Continuation of the Pajemploi help system until the child is 10 years old.
  39. End of outsourcing of work for French corporations.
  40. Limit the number of fixed-term contracts for large companies, replaced with more full time employment.
  41. Maximum salary fixed at 15,000 euros [monthly] ($22469/month, or maximum annual salary of ~$270,000).
  42. Jobs for the unemployed.
  43. Any elected representative will be entitled to the median national salary.
  44. The popular referendum must enter into the Constitution. Creating a readable and effective site, supervised by an independent control body where people can make a proposal for a law. If this bill obtains 700,000 signatures then this bill will have to be discussed, completed and amended by the National Assembly, which will have the obligation, one year to the day after obtaining the 700,000 signatures, to submit it to the vote of all French.
  45. Return to a seven-year term for the President of the Republic.
  46. End of presidential allowances for life.
  47. Proportional voting system.
  48. Elimination of of the Senate.
  49. Accounting of the protest/blank/none of the above ballots.
  50. Promote small businesses in villages and town centers. Stop the construction of large commercial areas around the big cities that kill the small business. More free parking in city centers.
  51. No further privatization of French infrastructure.
  52. Improved funding for the justice system, the police, the gendarmerie and the army.
  53. All the money earned by highway tolls will be used for the maintenance of motorways and roads in France and road safety.
  54. Immediate closure of private trains, post offices, schools and maternity homes.
  55. Maximum 25 students per class for all ages.
  56. Large corporations (McDonald's, Google, Amazon, Carrefour ...) pay big [taxes], small businesses (artisans, SMEs) pay small [taxes].
  57. Protect the French industry to prohibit outsourcing.
  58. End of the business tax credit. Use this money for the launch of a French hydrogen car industry.
  59. Eliminate credit card fees for merchants.
  60. Lower employers' charges.
  61. Continue exemption of farm diesel.
  62. Improve the lives of the elderly, by banning exploitation and making money off the elderly.
  63. Substantial boosts in mental health fund.
  64. Prohibition of glyphosate.
  65. Immediate end to temporary foreign worker programs.
  66. Plan for improving insulation of housing (help the environment by helping the household).
  67. Rent control. More low-rent housing (especially for students and precarious workers).
  68. Treat the root causes of forced migration.
  69. Fair treatment of asylum seekers . We owe them housing, security, food and education. Work with the UN to have host camps open in many countries around the world, pending the outcome of the asylum application.
  70. Return of unsuccessful asylum seekers to their country of origin.
  71. Real integration policy is implemented. Living in France means becoming French (French language course, French history course and civic education course with certification at the end of the course).

Tout comme en 2012, lorsque nous avons vu la Tunisie, l’Égypte, la Libye et le Yémen dénier aux citoyens leurs droits fondamentaux et leurs libertés fondamentales, nous le constatons à nouveau, mais cette fois en France. Nous ne pouvons pas et ne resterons pas les bras croisés. Emmanuel Macron, nous vous surveillons de près et surveillons chacun de vos gestes. Jusqu'à présent, vous avez suivi le même chemin que d'autres en 2012. Emmanuel Macron, vous êtes président en exercice depuis 19 mois et pourtant vous avez brisé la promesse , a ignoré les problèmes majeurs et a causé un préjudice aux personnes qui vous ont élu. Au cours des dernières semaines, le monde a pris conscience des luttes de Frances et se joint tous les jours solidairement au peuple français. Des gilets jaunes ont commencé à apparaître à Amsterdam, Rotterdam, en Grèce, au Massachusetts, à New York, en Californie, à Bruxelles et dans bien d’autres. Nous vous voyons aussi en Égypte, vous ne voulez pas vous perdre en essayant d’arrêter les envois de vestes jaunes.

  179. Planifier pour améliorer l'isolation du logement (aider l'environnement en aidant le ménage).

  182. Traitement équitable des demandeurs d'asile. Nous leur devons logement, sécurité, nourriture et éducation. Travailler avec l'ONU pour ouvrir des camps d'accueil dans de nombreux pays du monde, dans l'attente du résultat de la demande d'asile.
