  1. In this telephone company project, many tasks were needed to accomplish my goal of completing this project. Calculations were of the necessity. I began by making a table and filling in the # of calls with the interval of five. I then created two columns; one for ESP Telephone Company and one for the T2 Telephone Company. I added the base fee; for the ESP company, it started out with $4.00 compared to T2 with the base fee of $7.00. I multiplied the ESP company per call price “$0.10” by 5 which resulted to “$0.50”. Therefore, for the first five calls, it was a total of $4.50. I kept this pace up until it reached a total of 100 calls. For the T2 company I did of the same process by multiplying $0.06 by 5 which resulted to $0.30; the first month added up to $7.30, Likewise, this pace was kept till the point of 100 calls. By utilizing this data, I was able to create a graph with the intervals of 5. The intersection or break even appeared to be at 75 calls or $11.50. This project tested what we have learned in mathematics class and related to real life situations at which we will use these strategies.
