  96. Bio:
  97. Born in Govitz, Rune was the child of a performer and a government agent. Learning about the tricks of the trade from their mother, they quickly blossomed as a beginner performer, with hopes of becoming a master illusionist one day. They could even do basic disguises with light magic, making their face appear as something completely different. And this talent is what attracted the attention of their father.
  98.
  99. The skill to disguise and move about as another person was ideal for a young spy being sent into Ersht as tensions between the two were rising. The fact that he was sending his own child into danger wasn't even a consideration to the loyal government agent, and he quickly put Rune into the training program when they were 16. A year later, they were considered trained enough to be sent into the field and so they went.
  100.
  101. Establishing themselves as a traveling performer, Rune went around to different parts of Ersht, performing for the land owners and powerful political figures of the land, while sneaking away afterwards in disguise to try and find information. Unfortunately, one day they slipped up and were caught.
  102.
  103. After a few week in prison, they were eventually hauled out and offered a deal. They could continue being loyal to Govitz and be executed, or they could turn on them and start sending reports that would be written by their handler. Rune agreed because they had little care for a country that would send a teenager in to do the work the adults didn't want to risk. When Jack Smith's mission was set, Rune was offered as an option for his group as they had information on Govitz and their military, plus they could send messages that would misdirect Govitz to the real plans.
