Arjuna gains atomic alteration

So despite your best efforts, you made a fair amount of progress this week. You could...sorta get non-solid materials with Alteration. Where you excelled, though, was in how deeply you could Alter things. You finally managed to break past the barrier and could now Alter on an atomic level, completely changing matter into whatever configuration pleased you the most! Grab some random dirt, turn it into gold or platinum or whatever valuable gems you wanted, and you were instantly hyper-rich! Dad was really happy about it, apparently the guy he brought your diamonds to appreciated the variety and now your parents could officially be Rich People. Mom even quit her job and became a stay-at-home mom, though dad kept working at the restaurant. Apparently he just really liked cooking?
