  1. Kashiwagi strutted her stuff through the Junes parking lot, her white sundress flowing in the wind. Any expression she had was mostly hidden behind her black sunglasses but any one of her students would have been able to tell she was on the prowl. Kashiwagi had been to Junes many times before, something she wasn’t ashamed to admit. The other townspeople liked to complain about its effect on Inaba’s shopping district, but everyone was guilty of popping in every once in a while. The convenience was to good to pass up. But although she did have a few things she could pick up, shopping was not her main aim for her visit. There was a certain dashing young man she wanted to run into.
  2.
  3. When she ran into Yu’s friend Teddie in the school lobby, it took a lot out of her to not fall back into her old ways. If not for her previous conversation with Yu she would have probably immediately asked him to come back to her place for a little “one on one study session,” but she remembered his urging to take it slow and held firm. But it had been a few days now, so she figured she had waited long enough to finally strike. Honestly, it was torture waiting this long. She really had a good feeling about this boy and she thought they made a sort of connection. By the way he was ogling her breasts the whole time he at least seemed interested! But again, her conversation with Yu made her swallow the hard truth that she was usually wrong when it came to men’s interest in her. Plus, men were fickle, young boys even more so. If she had been mistaken or if he had already moved on to some young floozy, she wanted to get it out of the way now so she could move on with her life, but after another failure she wasn’t sure where she would be able to move on to.
  4.
  5. Once she was inside Junes, she realized she didn’t know what department Teddie actually worked in. For someone so handsome and eye-catching she first thought he would work in a place like the jewelry department, luring girls to the counter with his looks, using his charm to make sales by saying how beautiful they would look wearing a certain gold necklace or knowing which fine perfumes would be perfect for them and acting smitten after giving them a sample spray. If he had pulled something like that on her she certainly would have felt compelled to buy whatever he was selling. However, upon reaching the jewelry counter, she found that he was not there. Another thought she had was that he worked in the clothing department. By how sharply she remembered him dressing he had to know a thing or two about fashion. But again, he was nowhere to be found.
  6.
  7. Kashiwagi thought she must have made two or three laps around the whole store in her quest to find her prince charming, but to no avail. Dejected, she sat down at the food court to rest her feet before she headed home. Maybe he had gone home sick? Or maybe the owners had him selfishly stowed away in some backroom to keep him from women like her! Those thoughts bounced around in Kashiwagi’s mind as she tried to make sense of it all. During her musings, her eyes gravitated across the food court to where a group of children were gathered around Junes’s relatively new mascot.
  8.
  9. She hated herself for it, but seeing all the happy children put her in a fouler mood than she already was. She wasn’t one of those grouches that despised children, though she was afraid she was slowly becoming one, but seeing them all laughing and playing not only reminded her of the Amagi girl, but of all her acquaintances from high school. Year after year she would hear through the grapevine that more of her former classmates had found some amazing guy, had gotten married, had started having children of their own while it felt like she hadn’t gone on a real date since high school. It made her feel like she had missed the bus, like she had fallen behind. It was all just so frustrating! Did she not deserve her happy ending too?
  10.
  11. She focused her gaze on the bear handing out balloons to the children. It’s carefree dancing and jumping around made it feel like whoever was inside was mocking her as well! Her only solace was that the interior of the costume was probably like a sauna in this heat. She continued to watch the bear, hoping it would trip and fall over, when she noticed something. It was the size of the bear costume. It looked a little short for a fully-grown adult to fit inside, not to mention the limbs looked rather slender as well. But, it seemed to be the perfect size for a high school student for someone with her young prince’s build. She also realized that she had seen the costume outside Junes before! When her and Hanako spent the night at the Amagi Inn to cry away their troubles after her, and although it pained her to say it, Hanako’s inevitable, humiliating defeat in the school’s beauty pageant, they had a late night intrusion courtesy of Yu and his friends. The bear had been there with them. In fact, he had boldly claimed the space right between her and her portly student. And try as she might, she couldn't remember seeing the young Teddie being there.
  12.
  13. Kashiwagi shot up out of her chair upon her stunning revelation. “Of course!” she thought the herself, even his name was a dead giveaway! She quickly sat back in her seat once she noticed some other shoppers staring at her. Sipping on a soda she had bought, she watched the bear intently, waiting for the right moment to pounce.
  14.
  15. Her time came when the bear waved the dissipating group of children goodbye and made his way out of the food court. Kashiwagi was quick to give chase, not want to lose him after all she had been through. Passing through the labyrinth of that was the grocery department, in and out of kids clothing, past the school supplies, and into the electronics section, the bear finally arrived at what looked like the doors to a seldom used side exit near the TVs.
  16.
  17. “PHEW! It gets so stuffy in here!” Kashiwagi stuck her head through the doors into the short concrete hallway that led outside just in time to see Teddie emerge from his costume with a sigh of relief. Seeing him flip his golden locks out of his face, his perfect skin glistening with sweat caused Kashiwagi’s heart to beat faster and she retreated back into the store to compose herself. After quickly running her hands down her dress, making sure her hair had kept its shape after all her running around, and readjusting her bosom, she gave herself some words of encouragement and threw open the door.
  18.
  19. “So, this is where you were! Did you really think you could hide from me handsome?” Kashiwagi made sure to announce herself in sultriest voice she could muster and exaggeratedly swung her hips from side to side as she approached. Teddie was like a deer in the headlights with the curvaceous woman coming toward him. Even with the loose and airy nature of her dress he could see that whoever it was possessed body not unlike some of the ones he had seen in some of Yosuke’s magazines.
  20.
  21. Stopping in front of the boy, his mouth agape, Kashiwagi tipped her sunglasses, revealing her chocolatey brown eyes and gave Teddie a teasing smile. Immediately the boy’s face light up. “Hey! It’s you again! From the school! Kashiwagi sensei!” Teddie proudly puffed out his chest. That was the first time he was able to remember the name of one of the town girls he had met without even having to stop and think about it though he didn’t dwell on why that was. Kashiwagi’s grin meant to entice the young boy grew a little more sincere, happy that by the sound of the boy’s voice he seemed enthused to see her. “So what are you doing here?” He asked bluntly yet innocently. Kashiwagi gave the boy a quick pat on the cheek. “As if you had to ask! I came to see you sweetie,” she said while puckering her lips. She backed off once she saw Teddie’s expression turn gloomy. Did she already screw up? “Oh…Well I’m sorry but I don’t have anymore more balloons to give out. I can only carry so much and there are a lot of kids in the world you know?” Kashiwagi laughed at what she thought was Teddie’s attempt at comedy. “You’re so precious!”
  22.
  23. The old Kashiwagi might have somehow deluded herself into thinking Teddie’s panting was because of how good she must have looked, but she took the more logical explanation that he was still recovering from walking around in his bear suit all afternoon. Lucky for him, she was holding a cool and refreshing drink. “Thirsty?” She asked, holding out the diet soda she had been sipping on. “Really? For me? Thanks!” Without a second thought, he snatched the soda out of the teacher’s hands and began sucking it down. He didn’t even care that it tasted funny compared to the soda he usually got!
  24.
  25. Kashiwagi shook her head. “How awful management has you sweltering away in that thing all day. You’re burning up!”
  26.
  27. Kashiwagi reached in her purse for a small handkerchief and dabbed the cloth across Teddie’s forehead, kicking herself for not having the foresight to have stored it between her breasts beforehand for the extra sexiness factor. Teddie was already enjoying the view of Kashiwagi’s cleavage being on full display along with being able to see a tiny bit of lacy white bra when she bent down, but it was having her hands so close to him and the warm smile she gave him after she was done that made Teddie feel an unexplained tightness in his chest. “Yeah…” he said longingly before changing back to his normal tone, “I mean, yeah! It’s actually very cozy in the winter when its so cold but it can get unbearable in the summer! I thought if I wore nothing underneath it would help keep me cool but the last time I did that I got yelled at by Yosuke.”
  28.
  29. Kashiwagi stood straight up and blushed. She wasn’t sure if he had been serious or if he had just said it to get a rise out of her and she was too busy trying to get her naughty thoughts in order to really figure it out, but if he did do it to mess with her it worked! With one line he was able to turn everything on its head. She was the one who was supposed to be using her feminine wiles to do this to him!
  30.
  31. Teddie wiped his mouth. “AHHHH! That really hit the spot! You’re a lifesaver. To think you came all this way just to give little old me some refreshment!” Kashiwagi thought it was another joke of his, but after he handed back the cup and stared silently at her with his sparkling blue eyes, like he was expecting her to turn around and leave, she began to suspect he really wasn’t joking. So maybe he was a bit of an airhead? So what? That was something she could help him with. “Besides, his cluelessness is kind of adorable,” she thought to herself. After staring at the woman for a few more seconds, Teddie finally got the hint, “Oh? Was there something else?” Kashiwagi shook herself free from the young blonde’s transfixing gaze and cleared her throat. “Yes, well I was thinking…”
  32.
  33. After meeting Teddie, her next step was something that Kashiwagi thought about constantly. She had planned out a whole sexy routine, something to catch the boy’s eye, draw him in, and leaving him wanting more so he would have no choice but to accept her proposal. But the way she was presenting herself now more resembled a business proposition then it did a sensual invitation to dinner. Part of it may have been because of the curveball Teddie threw when he mentioned going nude under his bear suit causing her to forget what she planned to do, but it was mostly her own nerves. Now that she was standing in front of the dashing young stud she spent the last few days thinking about, she was nervous!
  34.
  35. “You may not be one of the students that go to our school, but as a teacher it is my sworn duty to provide guidance to any young mind in need.” Teddie mulled over Kashiwagi’s words. “Really? Are you saying I’m in need of guidance?” The anxious Kashiwagi answered almost immediately, “Of course! There is always room for improvement! There must be a subject or two you’re struggling with. I can help you with that, and get you top marks too!
  36.
  37. "And I might be able to help you become an even better gentleman along the way.”
  38.
  39. Teddie wasn’t exactly sure what she meant by “marks,” but he had been living in this strange new world for a while now, and although his experiences had given him a brand new perspective on things, he felt there was still so much out there he didn’t know. He wasn’t sure why Yosuke had until recently complained about exams and school, which to his understanding was a place where you went to learn. Knowing things always seemed better than not knowing things! This could be a great opportunity for him! His friends were always telling him to act more “gentlemanly” too, and having whatever he wanted to know taught to him by such a voluptuous specimen made it even better!
  40.
  41. “You got yourself a deal! Wow! You're really going to tell me EVERYTHING I want to know? Gee that sounds just great, there's just so much I've been wanting to learn” Kashiwagi was almost surprised that he had agreed so easily. It was the first time in a while that someone hadn’t turned down her advances. At the same time however, it felt like all she had done is get the boy to agree to some tutoring sessions. She wanted there to be no misunderstandings when it came to her intentions.
  42.
  43. “You know, I was also thinking, if your available that maybe the two of us could go out to dinner sometime just the two of us…” Teddie cut off the shaky voiced brunette before she could finish, “You mean like a date?” Kashiwagi looked at the boy wide-eyed. Was she really that transparent? “I-I-If you want to call it that, yeah…”
  44.
  45. Teddie smiled, pleased that he had figured it out. “Sensei and Yuki-chan go on dates all the time and dinner is something they usually do. Do dates cost a lot? I saw how much Yuki-chan can eat and I don’t know if I get paid enough for that…” Kashiwagi’s eye twitched. She wanted to ask if he really thought she looked like she could eat as much as the Amagi cow, but she held her tongue.
  46.
  47. “It be my treat,” she tried to say as sweetly as possible. She always imagined it would be a man treating HER to dinner, but she was in no position to be picky and it actually didn’t bother her that much. Maybe it was he nurturing side coming out?
  48.
  49. Teddie continued to contemplate. “It is true that those two always seem to have a good time on one of their dates, and they’re in such a good mood afterward! Kanji must have taken the hint as well because he has been taking Naoto out every chance he gets too. Well, Teddie the love machine isn’t about to be left in the dust! Okay! Let’s do it!” Kashiwagi, who had hung her head and closed her eyes waiting for his answer, released the death gripe she had on her arm and looked up at the boy. “Really?”
  50.
  51. Teddie placed his hand across the rose on his shirt, “Of course. I like you. You’re not like all the other girls who want a piece of Teddie. You’re so…mature! I don't know what it is, but there is something about you that makes this bear feel fuzzy on the inside as well as the outside! Plus, your body is absolutely amazing!” Most women probably wouldn’t have appreciated the last comment, or the fact that Teddie crouched down and did a squeezing motion with his hands when he said it, but to Kashiwagi it was confidence boosting compliment. She was so happy she could cry that he had said yes, but after him mentioning how mature she was she tried to show her excitement too much.
  52.
  53. A lightbulb went off in Teddie’s head, “Hey, does that mean you’re my girlfriend now? Oh boy, my very first girlfriend. And she is so hot too!” Kashiwagi’s felt her cheeks grow red hot. The way he said it made Kashiwagi feel like she was in high school all over again, ten years younger! Still, the rational part of her brain told her not to get too carried away. “How about we have our date first, and then we’ll see what happens?” she said seductively.
  54.
  55. Still holding her cup, she felt their to be a little bit of soda left. Wanting to leave her Teddie with one last thing to remember her by, she gingerly griped the straw with her two fingers an place her lips on it. “mmmmmmm” she hummed. Watching her, the celebrating Teddie soon grew quiet and his breathing got a little faster. He couldn’t explain it, but the fact that his lips had been on that straw minutes before made the action, for lack of a better word, exciting. Giving the young boy an alluring glance, she slowly slid her lips up the straw once she was done, gripping the end of the straw with her teeth once she got, they’re before pulling it away. With that, she handed the boy the empty cup and smiled, “Get back me for when you’ll be available for our date. I. Can’t. WAIT…”
  56.
  57. She made sure to give her butt some extra shimmy when she was leaving. She wasn’t sure how much of it translated in her loose fitting outfit, but looking back and watching the boy shift uncomfortably in his bear suit made her confident he noticed. With the door clicking shut behind her, Kashiwagi felt weak at the knees. That went great! Better than what she imagined the best case scenario as being! She felt desired. She felt sexy again! She needed to recover from her ordeal before she even thought about making the trek home. Luckily, there was some massage chairs she could sit in nearby. She cooed as she let the chair relieve the last of the tension she had in her body. She didn’t know what the future may hold, but for the time being, she had a little bit of her confidence back.
  58.
  59. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
  60.
  61. Yukiko was awoken from her peaceful slumber by the sound of her alarm going off. As the sound blared inside her head, she let out a tiny groan and she reached out in front of her. But instead of making contact with her snoozing hubby like she expected, all her hand ran into was empty space. Her eyes fluttered open, confirming the fact that she was alone in the bed. She sat up, her bare breasts wobbling for a second before coming to rest atop her heavy baby belly, and yawned. Rubbing her eyes, she looked around the room but again, she found she was alone.
  62.
  63. Yukiko frustratingly blew a strand of hair out of her face and pouted. The best part of waking up was the two of them starting their day together. She would open her eyes and he would open his, they’d smile, and then kiss! It almost made her want to crawl back under the covers and wait for her hubby to come looking for her, so they could start their morning off properly. But, then she remembered the events of the day before and the arrival of her grandparents. She figured that Yu had gotten up early to get a jump start on preparations for the day. Even after his stellar showing the day before he was still looking for ways to impress them. Yukiko giggled to herself and her disappointment turned to pride at how much of a go-getter her hubby was.
  64.
  65. With a couple of huffs, Yukiko was able to rock herself over to the edge of the bed and lift herself to her feet. Though not the most strenuous thing in the world for her now, it wasn’t hard to see getting out of bed had grown a tad more difficult as she got bigger. Yukiko joked that it was her son’s way of trying to get her to stay in bed so they could rest a little more. “I’m sorry, I know your looking out for your mama but she has to get ready for school or she’ll be late,” she whispered lovingly. Yukiko began her morning routine, heaving herself over to the nearby mirror to fix her hair and apply her makeup.
  66.
  67. She remembered when Yu and her had just started living together and his amazement at how much time she spent doing it. Honestly, compared to most girls, she didn’t think she used that much makeup, something he teased her for by saying that was just her flaunting her natural beauty which made her flustered. She reasoned that no matter how inherently beautiful you were, there was no harm in giving yourself a little boost and since marrying Yu, she found herself wanting to look as best she could for him.
  68.
  69. Yu must have had her routine down pat, because sitting on the desk in front of her mirror waiting for her was a plate of neatly stacked churros. Nibbling on one of the sugar sprinkled treats Yukiko picked up a note that was with the plate. The first line, “Something sweet for my sweetie,” caused Yukiko to bust out laughing, her still naked body jiggling like a bowl of jello. She placed a hand on her breasts to calm their bobbing, and apologized to her son if the outburst had disturbed him. The note went on to say that she should eat as much of them as she wanted to because with her grandmother here there was no telling how much she would try to cut out of her breakfast. The note said he couldn’t bear the thought of his wife and son having to deal with an empty stomach all the way until lunch time so he prepared her a pre-breakfast snack. The note then said he’d be waiting for her at the breakfast table before ending with the phrase “I love you.”
  70.
  71. Such a simple declaration of love still made Yukiko’s heart soar. She knew her hubby wouldn’t give up so easily. He was going to do everything in his power to ensure she stayed the soft and milky mama he worked so hard to make her. It was then she noticed Yu had left her a small dipping bowl of chocolate sauce. He really did love to spoil her! She mewed after popping a chocolate drenched morsel in her mouth. Chewing she took a step back from the mirror and turned around.
  72.
  73. She knew ultimately that Yu did the things he did to make her and their baby happy, but she also knew of his love for her more “bountiful” frame. She rolled her hips, watching her fuller, plumper rear wobble and shake. “Daddy would be sooo devastated if mommy lost all this, wouldn’t he?” She lifted her heavy breasts and let them drop, the dull pain tipping her off that they would need to be emptied soon. "He'd have to plump mommy up all over again!" A year ago even a hint of flab would have had her starving herself but thanks to her hubby, it now made her feel so sexy. “Daddy can be so silly sometimes can’t he?” She mused. But that’s why she loved him. It made him unique, one of a kind! She ran her fingers down her sides, gripping one of her prominent love handles and smiled before reaching for another churro.
  74.
  75. Yukiko licked some powered sugar off her fingers after the last churro was already on it’s way to her stomach to be converted into more pinchable fat for her hubby. It amused her that while her grandma might work tirelessly to help her diet and exercise in an attempt to shed some of the weight she had gained, because of her hubby, the possibility existed that she might come out of the ordeal bigger, rounder, heavier, and fatter than before.
  76.
  77. Yukiko pranced to the dining room, or at least pranced as much as a girl her size could, where everyone was already seated for breakfast. Yu must have been watching for her because he saw her enter almost immediately. It was a good thing too, his warm smile when he saw his beautiful wife enter turned to one of urgency as he pointed to his cheek. Yukiko place her a hand on her own cheek and looked to see a smattering of chocolate sauce staining her fingers. She quickly wiped the rest of her cheek before anyone noticed, licking it up to dispose of the evidence. Who knows what her grandma would have said if she saw that!
  78.
  79. It didn’t take much longer for her father to notice his large expecting daughter standing in the doorway. “Your finally awake princess? Just in time too!” His mother-in-law scoffed at what she interpreted as a lack of table manners by shouting across the table but the arrival of her granddaughter made her hold her tongue. Yukiko went around the table giving her morning greetings to everyone. She saved her hubby for last who had expertly positioned himself behind her grandmother so she could not see the two engage in some of their patented display of overwhelming affection.
  80.
  81. “Ehem” Yukina coughed when she felt their kissing got too out of hand. The two lovers got the message and Yu helped his gravid wife lower herself into her seat. “Yukina! Are you feeling alright? Do you need to go lie down?” her mother asked after hearing her cough. “No, I’m fine. Just had something in my throat is all.” Anyone would have dropped the issue right there but given Yukina’s “special” circumstances her mother did not back down, “No no no. I think you should go lie down. Me and your father can take care of things while you go rest.” Fuyuhiko tried to remind his mother-in-law that he was still here and could take over like he had been for years whenever his wife felt ill only to be immediately shot down by both women.
  82.
  83. It took Yukina three more attempts to convince her mother she was fine. Honestly! If she knew her little cough was going to be this much trouble, she would have let the two young lovers get caught! She knew this was just the beginning though and that she would have to deal with her mother’s nagging for a while.
  84.
  85. Sachiko turned her attention to her granddaughter, “Yukiko, do you always wake up this late? No wonder you put on so much weight. You laze around in bed too much. Why when I was your age, me and my siblings were up before the sun had even reached the top of the trees out back, ready to work!” Yu came to his wife defense. “Yukiko was just feeling a bit drained from all the excitement yesterday. She couldn’t wait for you two to arrive and what with the baby and all she tired herself out.”
  86.
  87. “Oh!” her grandmother said in surprise. She smiled and gave Yukiko a few quick pats on the knee. “Your grandfather and I couldn’t wait to see you too. But that doesn’t mean you should exhaust yourself because of it.” Yu’s lie worked, but he would have to think of a new excuse for next time if he wanted to ensure his wife got all the sleep she needed. “Really though! I had half a mind to come wake you up myself!” Sachiko added. Mr. Amagi mumbled under his breath, “What stopped you? You made sure to come wake me up at five in the morning.” For a senior, Yukiko’s grandmother’s ears were still very sharp. “Who knows when you would have gotten up if I didn’t. We can’t have you sleeping until noon. And no doubt my daughter would appreciate having some time to sleep without you making a racket by snoring or whatever.” Yukina couldn’t help but chuckle even if her mother’s assumptions about her husband’s sleeping habits wasn’t true. “It’s not true! I don’t snore, do I honey?” His demand for an answer got more and more desperate the longer Yukina refused to say anything which made her snicker more.
  88.
  89. Yu refilled everyone’s coffee and started to dole out breakfast. He made sure everyone got roughly the same amount, but when he arrived at his beautiful wife one portion on her plate turned to one and a half, and then to two, and then to three. “Yu dear, remember what we talked about? Don’t you think that is a little much?” Yu looked up to see Yukiko’s grandmother with a concerned look on her face. “Of course, he said. I just got a little carried away.” He shrugged at his wife as if to say “What are you going to do?” and took some of it back. Yukiko knew it wasn’t right to complain, especially when she already had what some would consider a whole breakfast beforehand. Plus, her serving was still bigger than everyone elses. But it just seemed wrong that you could take back something you already served to someone. That sounded like bad manners if you asked her! And manners were something her grandma seemed to care a lot about and yet she sat silent…
  90.
  91. Yukiko caught Yu chuckling once he sat down next to her. He knew exactly what she was thinking. After she gave her hubby a small playful shove under the table and he gave one back she was all smiles again. It didn’t make any sense to be worrying about things like portions when what she did have in front of her smelled so delicious.
  92.
  93. Mr. Amagi did a double take after looking at his plate. “An omelette?” He said with a hint of confusion. “Seems kind of plain compared to your usual fare, Yu. Is the kitchen running low on supplies? Or maybe you’re just running low on ideas? And after we told them about how great a cook you are too...”
  94.
  95. The senior Ms. Amagi gave her son-in-law a glare. “Maybe it’s your demand for extravagant meals that has made my granddaughter so soft around the middle!” Yu tried to come to his father-in-law’s defense by affirming his love for cooking and that Yukiko’s father never "demanded" he cook something for him, but a quick shake of the man’s head told him not to get involved. Judging by his expression he had already tuned her out by her second sentence.
  96.
  97. Yukiko’s grandma nodded her head at Yu, “Thank you, this will do nicely.” Honestly, when she was told that her granddaughter’s husband was a cook she expected him to try something needlessly complex in order to show off to her and her husband. She was kind of glad he didn’t try something like that. Some of the crazy things they serve today are too much for her tastes. She’d take a bowl of plain rice over any filet whatever steak. Knowing how to cook for your audience is important skill to have, and the way she saw it, the fact he was comfortable with serving them such a humble meal like this made him come off as more confident in his abilities than if he did try to get complicated with it. “Nothing wrong with a good omelette,” Yukiko’s grandfather said, speaking up for the first time since they all gathered for breakfast. “You really know how to fry an egg young man.”
  98.
  99. “Thank you.” Yu said with a bow. The old man's wife took a bite of hers. Her eyes flickered for a moment, not unlike Yukiko would sometimes when she bit into something she found appetizing. She didn’t give a verbal approval like her husband did, only giving Yu another nod, but as he was quickly figuring out, that was high praise coming from her.
  100.
  101. Yukiko placed a hand on her hubby’s knee, happy that things were going so well. She looked so cute, covering up her smile with her free hand, munching away on her breakfast. If they were anywhere else, he would have kissed her right there.
  102.
  103. “Yukiko dear, what’s that?” Yukiko turned to see her grandmother pointing at her. She blinked a few times, not really sure what her grandmother meant at first before the glimmer of her ring caught the corner of her eye. “Oh this?” She exclaimed after swallowing quickly, “it’s the ring my Yu gave me when he asked me to marry him!”
  104.
  105. “After asking your parents I hope!”
  106.
  107. Yu didn’t have to look to know Yukina was grinning at him for skipping that step. Yukiko practically shoved the ring into her grandmother’s face, “he had it custom made. I can’t believe I didn’t show you when you first got here!”. Sachiko didn’t mind this time however, she was curious what her granddaughter’s husband had gotten her for a ring. She was somewhat shocked that someone as young as him could have afforded a ring at all let alone take the time to get one custom made! Most rings these days used diamonds, so she was pleasantly surprised to see a pearl adorned on the ring instead. And the gold used for the ring itself shimmered in the light and even seemed to dance and move like it was alive. It was certainly unique and something she wouldn’t mind her granddaughter wearing. “It’s beautiful.” She said with a smile, “much better than the large gaudy old thing your father got your mother. “Hey!” both her parents shouted in unison. Yukina twiddled her fingers in front of her, “I quite like my ring!” Yukiko’s grandmother scoffed, “You would. You’re just like your aunt when it comes to that kind of stuff.”
  108.
  109. As the two women admired the ring, Yu felt like he was being watched. From across the table, Yukiko’s ever quiet grandfather was staring right at him like he was trying to decipher something. Yu didn’t know what, just that it started when Yukiko showed off her ring. Was he suspicious of how he paid for it? Or was it something else? He opened is mouth to say something but his wife cut him off.
  110.
  111. “Hey! Did you here me?”
  112.
  113. “Huh!?” he blurted out.
  114.
  115. “The box! Get the box! For Yukiko!” Yukiko’s grandfather quickly got up and walked across the room to one of their bags in the corner and pulled out large oval box. “No! Not that one! The small one!” Yukina rubbed her eyes with her thumb and index finger, “Mother, how many “souvenirs” did you bring this time?” Sachiko scowled at her daughter, “Hush! So we brought some gifts for our granddaughter after not seeing her for a while. So what!” Yukiko’s grandmother could be pretty strict with Yukiko, but it seemed like she had a problem doting on her as well. If all the boxes Yu caught a glimpse of when her grandfather was rummaging through the bag were for Yukiko he might actually feel a little threatened!” Yukiko opened the box to find a silver bracelet inside. “Oh wow! You shouldn’t have!” Sachiko smiled, “Your ring reminded me we got this. When me and your grandfather saw it, it reminded us of you and we just had to get it. Funny story actually…”
  116.
  117. After breakfast, Yu and Yukiko got there things together before heading off to school. They were almost out the door when Sachiko called to Yu again. “What are those boxes you’re holding Yu? It looks like your planning on taking a flight somewhere!” Yu winced, knowing he had been caught. “Oh these? They're mine and Yukiko’s lunches…” Yu could hear Yukina snickering in the back. Sachiko put her hands on her hips, “I think you should leave some of those here don’t you?”
  118.
  119. Yu grinned sheepishly as he handed some of the boxes over to the woman. “Sorry, force of habit.” Sachiko’s facial expression softened. “That’s quite alright dear. That’s why I’m here. My husband had a few bad habits himself when we got married but I was able to set him straight!” Whatever his habits were, the small smile Yu saw stretch across Yukiko’s grandfather’s face gave the impression that he still had them, he just learned to practice them when his wife wasn’t around. Something that made them alike given the situation. He told the four they could eat what was in the boxes if they wanted so it didn’t go to waste before leaving. Yukiko was a bit peeved her meals were being cut into again but knew her hubby had tried his best. But strangely, the moment they left the Inn, Yu’s embarrassed smile faded into one that told her he had something up his sleeve.
  120.
  121. Halfway to school, Yu and Yukiko saw Chie on a street corner, running in place to keep active while waiting for them. “You got it right?” Chie nodded and handed over a stack of boxes identical to the ones he had given to Yukiko’s grandmother, having given Chie them the night before to hold onto in case something like this happened. “Yu!” Yukiko gasped. She couldn’t believe he had tricked her grandmother like that but at the same time secretly commended him for being so clever. Chie felt a little annoyed that Yu had managed to rope her into what seemed like his continuing plot to fatten up her best friend even further. “You better hope we don’t get caught. I’m not exactly on Yukiko’s grandmother’s good side as it is!” Yu assured her that wouldn’t happen. “We just have to count on Yukiko and our son here to get rid of all the evidence.” And the way his wife laughed and licked her lips when she caught a whiff of what was inside one of the boxes, he knew that wouldn’t be a problem. “You can count on us!”
  122.
  123. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
  124.
  125. With their daughter and her husband off to school it was time for the Amagi’s to get to work. The two carried their dishes from breakfast to the kitchen to be washed and checked up on things there before they parted ways to begin their daily tasks. Yukina gave her husband a quick peck on the cheek and reminded him she wouldn’t tolerate any screw ups today. The determined look on his face and the confident nod he gave her affirmed to his wife that she had nothing to worry about. It was no secret her husband could be forgetful, his imagination could get the best of him at times, and he had a tendency to goof of if given the opportunity, but there was never a time where he didn’t step things up when she needed him to. This was one of those times. If things went wrong while her parents were there, neither would ever hear the end of it. He wanted to make sure things went well just as much as her, even if doing a good job didn’t stop some of the comments his mother-in-law made to him. To him, It was more making sure she didn’t have anything new to criticize him about then to reduce what he was already getting. Yukina barely had time to spin around before she was face to face with her mother. “Let’s go. We have a busy day ahead of us.”
  126.
  127. “We?” She groaned it disbelief. This always happened whenever her mother visited. Her mother would try and act like she was in charge and suddenly Yukina felt like she was in the position her daughter was in now all over again. “Oh stop!” the older woman said while tapping her daughter on the shoulder, acting like what she just said was a ridiculous question. “Do the maids know their duties for the day? What rooms need to be cleaned? Which guests are arriving today?” The senior Amagi took off down the hallway, completely ignoring her daughters attempts to stop her.
  128. “Mother wait! Aren’t you tired after your long trip here? Why don’t you go relax with father?”
  129.
  130. Sachiko waved her daughter off again, “How can I possibly relax when there is so much to do?” The old woman suddenly stopped and sniffed the air. “What’s that smell?” Yukina was caught off guard by the sudden question, “Huh? Oh, one of the maids must have just cleaned the floors here.” Sachiko shook her head, “Bah! It makes the place smell too much like a garden. If you wanted that you should go outside. You should really think about going back to the old stuff. It was much better.” Yukina sighed, it was only her mother’s first nitpick about all the changes that had happened to the inn in her absence and she already felt like she was getting a headache. “Please. I remember working with that stuff and it smelt like death. I know we’re a traditional, old fashioned Inn but we don’t want it smelling like a musty old attic either.” Yukina wanted to add that she thought they stopped making the stuff thirty years ago anyway but kept her snarky comment to herself. A group of maids coming the other way bowed to the current and former inn owner. As they passed by Yukina shot them a quick glare which they understood as her saying to get a move on and start their tasks. “I can’t get over those sashes. Why did you get rid of the ones we used to wear?” Sachiko continued to complain. “How many times have we gone over this? Those white sashes for the maids showed dirt and dust to much and they would become ruined after a while. The new ones don’t have to be washed and replaced as often.” Like all the other times she tried to explain it to her mother, she just disregarded what she said and repeated her same tired response. “That just means you had to be careful with what you were doing. My sash was always immaculate at the end of the day when I was their age. Even after cleaning out all the stoves and ovens in this place too! Kids these days rush too much. It makes them sloppy!”
  131.
  132. The two arrived at the front desk. Yukina watched as her mother searched around the desk and checked all the drawers before stepping back annoyed. “Where is the guest list? Did that husband of yours run off with it? Honestly!” With put saying a word, Yukina walked up to the desk and hit a key on the computer her mother had conveniently missed. The screen flickered on, showing a complete list of guests, who was in what room, and who was due to arrive and leave.” Instead of apologizing for her comment about her husband, Yukina's mother voiced her displeasure again, "Oh right, one of THOSE things. What's wrong with using a sheet of paper? Doesn't that sound much simpler then having to use on of those noisy things? Besides, They ruin they aesthetic of the place! Saves money on electricity too!"
  133.
  134. With a few more button presses on the keyboard, the printer behind the desk roared to life and Sachiko got the list she wanted. Pleased, Sachiko snatched up the paper and began to look it over. “Okay, we wasted enough time with that blasted thing, lets get a move on!” Before her mother could begin “her” rounds, Yukina snatched the list right back. “Mother, trust me. I am completely on top of things here. Why don’t you go take a trip to the hot springs…”
  135.
  136. Her mother’s face suddenly contorted to look like someone jabbed a knife in her. “THE HOT SPINGS? What happened to them!?! They haven’t been tainted have they? We must go immediately! I’ll tell you what, heads will roll!” Yukina had to grab her mother before she stormed off to chastise someone who didn’t deserve it, “No, No, No, Stop. The springs are fine. I meant, why don’t you go, you know, use them? When was the last time you actually had a dip? During your last visit I swear you didn’t go in once.” Sachiko put a hand on her chest and let out a sigh, “Don’t scare your mother like that! You almost gave me a heart attack. You know very well this is no time for me to be doing something like that. Now if you’re not feeling well and think it will help then by all means, you go on ahead. I can take things from here!” Sachiko took the paper right back from her daughter and started to make her way toward the east wing. With another annoyed groan, Yukina took after her in pursuit.
  137.
  138. The rest of the morning was more of the same. Yukina would preform her duties as the Inn manager while her mother would butt in and try to do things her way. While talking to her staff her mother would constantly contradict her and undermined her authority. If she saw any of the maids doing something anything less than perfect she was quick to point it out and berate them for it when it probably wasn’t really warranted.
  139.
  140. And all the while her mother continued to complain about any changes the Inn had gone through after relinquishing the Inn to her. Her complaints would range from things like changes to the Inn’s lunch and dinner menu to certain paintings in the hallways being added, swapped out, or moved somewhere else. She even voiced her displeasure at the way the supply closets were organized.
  141.
  142. It was hard for Yukina to blame her mother for it. After all, this had been her home for over forty years. Fourty years of the same sights, the same sounds, the same smells. Any changes to a familiar surrounding after that much time had passed would give anyone feelings of things not being “right.” But it could all get so tiring after a while. She appreciated her mother trying to help out whenever she visited, what seventy-year-old retiree would visit an inn with their own hot springs to work? And somedays, they got through an entire shift without incident. But, she had a tendency to settle into some of her old routines without realizing it, which usually meant trying to be the boss and treating her like she was a fifteen-year-old girl in training again. At that point, her mother would start to do more harm than good and get in the way of things so she would have to tell her off. She didn’t exactly like doing it, but it had to be done. Her mother never made much of a fuss about it once she did decide to put her foot down, and in a way, she always seemed to be strangely proud of her when she did. Like she was pleased to see her daughter being a decisive manager without letting things like personal feelings get in the way. That she would swiftly stamp out any problems that kept the inn from running smoothly even if that problem was herself. That’s just the type of person her mother was when it came to the Inn. If she was in her position, she probably would have dismissed herself too when she started getting out of line!
  143.
  144. The time came once her mother told her to do some menial task while she filled out some paperwork. Yukina calmly tapped her mother on her shoulder and asked her sternly, “Mother, that paperwork is something for the manager to do, don’t you think?” Sachiko looked up at her daughter confused but after Yukina gave her a small gesture with her head to get out of the chair, Sachiko got the message. “Oh, yes. Of course.” she said putting a hand on her forehead, a little embarrassed. “I’m sorry dear. You know how it is. Me and your father had been running this place for over…”
  145.
  146. “…thirty years,” Yukina said with her, having heard her explanation countless times before, “Yes, I know.” Sachiko tried to speak again but Yukina cut her off knowing what she would say, “And you just worry about this place. I understand, but again, as I’ve said before, the Inn is still in good shape, we have a roof over are head that doesn’t leak, the walls around falling down, are customers are happy and we haven’t had any complaints about any of the changes we have made. You have nothing to worry about.” Sachiko wasn’t really able to disagree with her daughter. The inn may not have been running exactly the way she wanted it to, but it wasn’t like things had fallen into complete chaos. Yukina sat in the now vacant chair and flipped through the stack of papers on the desk, “Now, since the Inn is MY responsibility, I really need to get this done so I think it be best if you went and did something else for a while.”
  147.
  148. Sachiko nodded, “Well then, I’ll leave the manager to it.” Yukina tried to hide her smirk. She couldn’t help but smile whenever she got her mother to refer to her as “manager.” Sachiko stretched out her shoulders, “I think I will take your advice and relax in the spring.” Yukina nodded, “I think it will do you some good.”
  149.
  150. If Yukina was lucky, after a swim in the springs, her mother would leave running the inn to her and her staff for the rest of the day. But she knew the arrangement was a temporary one. She would leave her be for a time but eventually she would see or hear something and that controlling nature of hers would rear its head again and she would be back to following her around.
  151.
  152. Sachiko left to room, but quickly re-entered after a few seconds, “One thing though. Yukiko and that husband of hers should be back soon. I’d like to assess how her training has been coming along.” Yukina nodded, “I have no issues with that. I’m sure she’ll love to have you give her your feedback. Despite everything that has happened, she has really been working hard. I think you’ll be impressed by her progress.”
  153.
  154. “Well, she has had a great teacher I’m sure.” It was hard for Yukina to keep her gratification from hearing her mother’s words under wraps. No matter how old you got you never stopped appreciating your parent’s approval it seemed. “Don’t you be working to hard now, okay? You don’t want to make yourself sick!” Sachiko said as she left the room for real. Yukina looked at the empty doorway in disbelief before breaking out into laughter. “Me work to hard? You’re one to talk!” she muttered under her breath before getting back to work.
  155.
  156. Sachiko had forgotten what a pleasant experience taking a soak in the hot springs was. It really had been too long since she let herself do something like this. The hot calming waters did wonders on her old joints and once she was done, she felt completely reinvigorated for when Yukiko came home. When Yukiko was told her grandmother was going to be observing her today, she was ecstatic. Not only would she be able to show off how much she had grown, but her grandmother would be able to provide insight into what she could improve on to become the best inn manger she could.
  157.
  158. Sachiko asked where her husband was, hoping to maybe gleam into how he was adjusting to Inn life as well, but Yukiko told her he had the day off today and took the chance to go visit his uncle who lived nearby today and that he would be back in time for dinner.
  159.
  160. Sachiko was left a little speechless when Yukiko reappeared wearing her uniform. It was a far cry away from the ill-fitting garment she had worn when she and her husband had first arrived. Her granddaughter still had a body that resembled an over-filled dumpling than it did the slender and lithe one she possessed a year before. But, even so, she couldn’t say she didn’t look mature and manager-like in her kimono. Unlike with her own daughter where she was quick to speak up about anything she did, with Yukiko she took a more hands-off approach. She had to let Yukiko do her own thing in order to properly evaluate her, only speaking up afterwards to give some feedback or a suggestion. Yukina had really had taught her daughter well because when it came to the actual work, Yukiko was close to perfect. She would have expected nothing less for someone who started doing small jobs for the Inn since she was in grade school. Anything that needed to be improved she could do with simple repetition and practice.
  161.
  162. What Sachiko thought Yukiko had problems with the most was the management aspects that came when dealing with other employees. Sachiko felt she need to be more commanding and that she was a little too kind for her own good. Sachiko loved that aspect about her granddaughter, but she felt it could also become a liability when it came to running a business. Sometimes when she interacted with the other employees she came off as sounding too much like a friend then she did a boss. Yukiko of course took everything her grandmother said to heart, it was just hard to be anything but when some of the employees were people that helped take care of her when she was growing up.
  163.
  164. “And another thing, you should be having your employees coming to YOU for things, not the other way around,” Yukiko’s grandmother said as her last bit of advice before Yukiko was done for the day. “That’s one instruction from your great grandma I’m sure your dada wouldn’t mind me following,” She jokingly whispered to her baby boy. “What was that dear?” Yukiko straightened up but did not take her hands off her stomach, “Nothing! I just wanted to thank you for taking the time to observe me. I feel like a better manager already!” Sachiko gave her granddaughter a pat on her cheek, “You’re very welcome.” Sachiko paused for a moment after feeling just how soft her granddaughter’s cheek felt between her fingers. Using two of them, she gently pinched it and was in awe with not only how much she was able to pinch off but also with how malleable it was. Furrowing her brow, she turned her granddaughter’s face over in order to inspect her other cheek and found it was just as chubby. “Grambuma?” Yukiko inquired, her cheek still in her grandmother’s grasp making it hard to speak clearly. Sachiko came too like she had been in a trance or deep thought and released her granddaughter. “Yukiko, you know, we still have some time before dinner. Without the inn keeping me on my feet and at the urging of my doctor I’ve taken up jogging in order to keep active and it be nice to have a partner to keep me company. What do you say? You can show me how all the gardening around the premises is coming along.”
  165.
  166. “I don’t know grandma…Yu could be home at any time…” Yukiko loved to spend time with her grandmother but running had grown to be an activity she wasn’t to keen on doing to say the least. Even the insinuation of her running was enough to make her heart beat a little faster. “Oh, nonsense. He will be at dinner. It’s only a quick little jog. Just change out of that kimono and meet me in the lobby.”
  167.
  168. Yukiko wasn’t oblivious to her grandmother’s more commanding disposition and her invitation to jog with her was beginning to sound as much like an order as it could be without expressly being one. Yukiko decided to accept her grandmother’s offer. She figured that a jog with her seventy-year-old grandmother couldn’t be THAT physically demanding.
  169.
  170. She began to realize her mistake when she went to the lobby after changing and she saw her grandmother wearing a track suit complete with sweat bands on her wrists and head. She was talking with her mother about something, but the conversation quickly ended when they saw Yukiko. As she passed by, Yukina gave her daughter a tiny smirk. One reason was because the conversation she just had with her mother was about what she had observed watching Yukiko and she was proud of her daughter with how much she had been able to impress her grandmother. The other reason was because the thought of her doughier daughter jogging around the property, huffing and puffing, was too funny.
  171.
  172. “Your going to run in that? Don’t you at least have something from school you could wear?” Sachiko asked when Yukiko showed up wearing one of her maternity dresses. “It’s in the wash at the moment…” Yukiko lied. Because of her pregnancy she was exempt from participating in PE class, so there was never a reason to get a bigger uniform. She didn’t want to tell her grandmother that in case she decided to either contact the school about it, or even make these runs a daily thing as a form of compensation. “I guess that’s fine. It is only a jog after all. Let’s get a move on!” Sachiko took off out the door with Yukiko following close after. It only took the two getting halfway to the inn’s main gate for Yukiko to already begin "feeling the burn."
  173.
  174. Sachiko took a deep breath, filling her lungs with fresh mountain air. The sun had begun it’s descent in the sky leaving it much cooler than it was earlier in the day. The sounds of birds and various woodland creatures scurrying about set the mood for an almost perfect jogging experience. At least it would have if not for the heavy wheezing coming from a few yards behind her. “Come on Yukiko! Honestly! We only just started!” she called back to her granddaughter. Yukiko let out a tired groan, her face dripping with sweat. “Just…started? It feels…like…we’ve…been running…forever!” Although not as big on fitness as her friend Chie was, she hadn’t been a complete slouch when it came to PE class. When doing laps at school she would finish firmly in the center of the pack. Even after becoming pregnant she had still been able to keep up somewhat when Sho had threatened to bring ruin down on the world. But that had been sometime and more than a handful of pounds ago.
  175.
  176. What Yukiko was doing couldn’t even be called jogging. It could best be described as a hurried waddle that a small child could probably keep up with. Any form she had while running before was now gone. Instead of pumping her arms with each stride, they now remained raised at chest height, swinging limply from side to side. Each burdensome foot fall caused Yukiko’s panties to retreat further and further into the crack of her fattened ass, unable to dig them out for fear her grandmother would see. Her chunky thighs had begun to chafe so in an attempt to curb their rubbing tshe tried to widen her stance, which made her gait and the swing of broad hips even more exaggerated. Like with her PE uniform, she never saw a need to get a sports bra that fit her, so her breasts were free to bounce and smack against each other and the shelf her far-reaching belly provided. After she stepped on a rock and stumbling one of her breasts came up enough to almost touch her chin!
  177.
  178. She hated everything about what was going on. She wanted nothing more than to retreat into her air-conditioned room, sit down on her and Yu’s bed, and eat some more of those delectable churros he made for her before dinner. She was her hubby’s delicate snow flower after all, and all this heat and sweating from running was making her wilt! She would even go as far as to say it was cruel and unusual for a mother like her to be moving like this. A mother has no need to rush unless it was necessary!
  179.
  180. “Come now Yukiko, you can do better than that can’t you? What would your husband say if he saw you like this? How will you ever lose any of that blubber with such an effort? Don’t you think he would appreciate seeing his wife working hard to go back to the slender woman he fell in love with?”
  181.
  182. “Fat…chance,” Yukiko muttered to herself, snickering internally at her choice of words. He would be appalled seeing his wife working so hard. It was her hubby that had helped her evolve from a young rail thin high schooler into the mature looking full-bodied mama she was now, and she wasn’t done growing yet. Yukiko was able to take her mind off her discomfort for a moment by imagining what it be like if she told her hubby what she had done . She would come in complaining about the hardship she had to endure while jogging and without skipping a beat he would insist on her lying down in their bed. He would comfort her and their baby, listening to their woes. He would then use those nimble fingers of his to rub out any aches and pains she had and whisper sweet nothings in her ear about how beautiful she was and how he would do everything in his power to insure she would never have to do something so strenuous again. He would retire to the kitchen for a while only to come back with a plethora of mouth-watering dishes all for her and their son to enjoy. He might even hand feed them to her so she didn’t have to waste any more energy lifting a finger!
  183.
  184. She would be allowed to eat and eat until her and her baby were satisfied, and then she might even eat some more just to make sure she got fatter out of spite for her grandmother and for what she now realized was an attempt by her to start getting her to lose weight.
  185.
  186. Yukiko stopped when she started to think she was setting a bad example for her son. After all, her grandmother was only doing this because she thought it was what was best for her. She was however a little amused with how worked up she got herself over it. It really did show how much she had come to enjoy being Yu’s fat and lazy baby mama and reinforced in her mind that it was just her normal state of being, a soft and jiggly wife for the express purpose of pampering, nurturing, and baby making…
  187.
  188. A swift jolt from her midsection brought her back to her current predicament. Clutching her middle, she spoke softly, “I know…sweetie…all this…bouncing around…must be upsetting you.” Her grandmother must have had eyes in the back of her head because when Yukiko tried to slow down she yelled back at her again in an attempt to motivate her, “You know, the image of the owner can be just as important as the inn itself. A sloppy looking inn owner might give the perception the Inn is sloppy!”
  189.
  190. Yukiko thought her plushness made her, and in turn the Inn, look more welcoming, and she was only sloppy looking because she had to run, but now was not the time to debate her grandmother on that. She needed to stop running for her son’s sake as well as her own, but she couldn't just up and quit either, especially after a line like that from her grandmother. It would make her look like she didn’t care about the well being of the inn and she didn’t want to do anything to disappoint her. She needed to think of some sort of excuse but it was hard to think of one because on top of everything else her breasts were killing her!
  191.
  192. That’s when she realized that that was exactly the excuse she was looking for! Yukiko’s waddle slowly came to a halt. She took a seat on a nearby tree stump which her spreading butt was quick to fill. It wasn’t long before her grandmother came jogging back to her. “Yukiko, what are you doing? Don’t tell me you’ve given up already!” Yukiko fought to catch her breath. “I…can’t…I’m too…heavy…” Sachiko agreed with her daughter’s assessment, “Yes, well, all the more reason to get up and keep moving right?” Yukiko bit her lip in embarrassment. This was not a conversation she thought she would be having with her grandmother. “No…I mean…my breasts…they haven’t been…emptied in a while…” Sachiko chuckled in disbelief, “Emptied? What are you talking about?” Yukiko shifted in her seat, having finally caught her breath. “Well, with the baby in all, they have started to do "things" in preparation for his arrival and they get full so I start to, you know, lactate…”
  193.
  194. That was one of the last things she expected to come out of her granddaughters’ mouth. “Yukiko, to think of something so ridiculous to get out of a little exercise…” Yukiko interrupted her before she continued, “No it’s true! Mother knows about it. They were bothering me this morning but now it really feels like it could start at any minute!” As if on cue, Yukiko took a sharp breath and her eyelids fluttered as she felt some of her milky payload dribble out of her aching teats. It was a small discharge so it was absorbed by her nursing bra, but who knew how big the next one would be. “I just thought I should get back to my room before it got worse, I’d be embarrassed if the other staff or our guests saw me start to leak…”
  195.
  196. Yukiko made sure to make herself sound extra pathetic and pout like the time when the boys had carelessly eaten all her fried tofu.
  197.
  199.
  200. “I just thought I should get back to my room before it got worse, I’d be super embarrassed if the other staff or our guests saw me start to leak…”
  201.
  202. Yukiko made sure to make herself sound extra pathetic and pout like the time when the boys had carelessly eaten all her fried tofu.
  203.
  204. Sachiko was at a loss. It did sound to her like something her granddaughter made up. She didn’t remember herself or Yukina having this sort of problem during their respective pregnancies. But then again, Yukina was a special case and her own pregnancy was so long ago. Earlier she did think her granddaughter’s chest was looking more swollen than it did yesterday but she chocked it up to some sort of trick brought on by her old age. Even then, if it was as Yukiko said, she couldn’t afford to take a chance and have everyone see the future inn owner leaking through her dress! She had already grown quite fat, she couldn’t have her milking like a cow as well!
  205.
  206. “Uh…well…okay...We better get you back then.” she declared, not really sure what else to say in such a situation. Yukiko tried to hide her smile as she slowly lumbered to her feet and they began the trek back to the inn. If it wouldn’t have ruined every top she owned by the end of it, it might have paid to leave them full while her grandparents were staying at the inn. Although that would eliminate some of her and her hubby’s precious alone time and who would want that to happen? When they got back to the inn, she found Yu already waiting for her, conversing with her parents about something to pass the time. “There you are. Did you two have a nice time?” Yu asked innocently. “Yukina dear, can I talk to you about something…” Yukiko winced as she watched as her grandmother lead her mother to a backroom. It was very clear what she was going to ask her. Turning back to her husband she smiled, “I’ll tell you later…”
  207.
  208. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
  209.
  210. Sachiko could scarcely believe what she was hearing, but one look at her daughter's deadpan expression told her that everything she said was the truth. "Did you not believe her?" Yukina asked. "Yukiko has never been one to lie."
  211.
  212. "I know, of course I know that. It's just...it's quite early for such a thing isn't it? I mean she's not even in her final month." Sachiko didn't wait for the other woman to respond and instead nodded her head like she had just come to a realization. "It's all that fat that's to blame, it's messing with her hormones and wreaking havoc on her body. Honestly Yukina, how did you let it get this bad?" Her daughter sighed under her breath in response; she'd almost forgotten that to her mother, the story was that Yukiko had just been a bit too eager to please her husband for her own good and thus was relatively blame free in all of this. Never contradict your husband, always show him gratitude and obedience and some other codes Yukina was forgetting all served to justify Yukiko's rapid expansion in Sachiko's eyes. True Yukina's and her mother's relationships were rather...or completely not traditional in that sense but that didn't mean the old ways weren't still important to the former matriarch. Speaking of which...
  213.
  214. "How is that husband of hers handling it? I can't imagine that was a pleasant surprise." Yukina thought back to when Yukiko's milk first started to flow and the little speech about "producing" Yu had given her. Somehow, she had the feeling it probably wasn't a deal breaker. But Sachiko didn't seem to think so, taking Yukina's lack of response as an invitation to continue. "Has she seen a doctor about this? It's not normal for a young girl like her to be leaking, like...like some kind of dairy cow." Yukina hadn't seen her mother this flustered since...well since she saw how fat her granddaughter was now. Yukina had to admit, it had been rather funny at first, but she had to step in before Sachiko said something hurtful.
  215.
  216. "I hope you haven't said something like that to her."
  217.
  218. Sachiko was taken aback by the forcefulness of the statement. "I might have said something of the sort, it is the truth after all." Yukina rubbed her face in her hands and sighed. "What good will that do? She already knows and it's not as if she can do anything to change it. Yukiko's quite sensitive about it, so I really wish you wouldn't say anything going forward." Remembering how Yukiko was nearly in tears the last time they discussed it had awoken a surprising maternal fire in Yukina, mixed with memories of her insecurities about her own pregnancy, she knew exactly how even seemingly innocuous little comments could hurt. Sachiko seemed to sense that too and relented with a nod. "Very well, there's no reason to belabor a point that's already been made.Best to focus on what can be changed, that being the excess weight." That got a smile out of Yukina, it would take a lot more than some pokes to her belly and reprimands to make Yukiko feel bad about her "plushness" as her daughter called it.
  219.
  220. "That being said, is there anything we could do? Any dietary changes, a breast pump perhaps?" Yukina shook her head. "Believe it or not, the only way to reduce the swelling is a *ahem* thorough massaging of her breasts." Just saying it made her feel a sense of second hand embarrassment, it was no wonder Yukiko had been so tight lipped about it. She was eventually able to weasel the answer out of Yu but even he had been a bit nervous about admitting it. Honesty though, she was just glad he'd found a way to ease her poor daughter's discomfort during her pregnancy, reflecting once again how nicely this all turned out. Sachiko seemed to have come to a similar conclusion and smiled a bit. "It's all rather bizarre, but if it helps them become closer as man and wife then I suppose I can't complain. I hope at least she's still keeping him satisfied in the bedroom..."
  221.
  222. Yukina sighed, it was about time for Yukiko to receive "the talk." Not about the birds and the bees, oh no she wished it had been about the birds and the bees. No, instead it was the talk she had received back before her own marriage was to be arranged about "properly pleasing your husband." According to Sachiko, it was a talk that all mothers should have with their daughters, but frankly Yukina disagreed on account of the fact that it made her rather uncomfortable. And if Yu's "proclivities" were any indication, it probably wouldn't have done much good anyway.
  223.
  224. "I should talk to her about it," her mother finally decided. "There are things she can do even with her body how it is right now. It would be a shame for his eyes to start wandering. What a scandal that would cause..." Without even pausing, the older woman left the room leaving her daughter to play catch up. Dinner that night had Yukiko's portions being cut back even more but the announcement that followed was too wondrous to let that bother her for long.
  225.
  226. "Really? Oh daddy is it true?" Fuyuhiko beamed brightly, having begged his wife to be the one to get to deliver the good news. "That's right princess. June 24th and not a day later, so get to sending those invites because the day will come sooner than you think." He gave her arm a tender rub and smiled at just how absolutely ecstatic she was. To her, it was almost like her special day was already here, and as a father that was just precious to see. "Renting a local is the hardest part but since this is such a small town, that wasn't really a problem. I'm just glad we didn't have to spring for a white wedding hahaha. N-not that I wouldn't for you, angel." It seemed even Sachiko was willing to let his saccharine doting slide just this once as she too had a smile on her face. "There are no objections I take it?" She eventually asked.
  227.
  228. "None." Yu said, speaking for everyone at the dinner table.
  229.
  230. "Oh I can't wait to make my speech, I have so many wonderful things to say about both of you!" Yu and Yukiko felt themselves pulled into a bear hug by Fuyuhiko with Yukiko laughing giddily and even Yu cracking a bit of a smile. Sachiko moved to protest but a calming hand stopped her. "Dear...let him make his speech," was all her own husband said. "Alright, but if he starts blubbering in the middle of it, I expect someone to have the decency to drag him off stage."
  231.
  232. The date was finally set and with it a lot of phone calls to make for the two soon to be weds, only one of which Yu was dreading. But he refused to allow that dread to show itself on his face and smiled along with the rest of them and besides, one bad phone call to twenty joyful ones was nothing to get upset about. Yukiko seemed to sense his thoughts and reached for his hand under the table making him feel even more like a whiner. How could he possibly complain when he had her in his life?
  233.
  234. "Mrs. Tatsumi offered to make a dress at a discount for the occasion," Yukina made sure to bring up. "So you'll have to go in for measurements sometime."
  235.
  236. "Can she really have the dress done that quickly? As I understand it, it's just her and her boy isn't it?" Sachiko asked. Yukina was happy to be able to nod her head in response and explain that both of them were considered to be something like prodigies in this sleepy little town. Nothing on a world scale of course, but they could get a dress done in a week or two no matter how fancy. "Well Yukiko? It is your wedding so are you fine with this decision?"
  237.
  238. "Yes, very much so." She said without a moment's hesitation. "I think Kanji will be happy I came to him." Sachiko seemed confused for a moment before nodding. "Yes, I'm sure they'll appreciate the business what with everyone going out of town for everything these days. *Hmmph*" That wasn't what Yukiko meant but she was far too tired and her breasts too sore to correct the other woman.
  239.
  240. She had just been thinking that Kanji would really like to work on it! Maybe not so much the measurement part though...but that was what his mother was for!
  241.
  242. "How was your day Jiro?" Sachiko asked her husband. Like Yu, he had also taken a day to himself to explore the town a bit. The large man chuckled softly and looked up from his plate. "It was good...nice to see things are exactly how I left them." The table got a laugh out of that. "I spoke to Daidara actually. You remember him dear?"
  243.
  244. "Oh yes the apprentice boy from *erm* I believe he was a grade below us wasn't he? I'm happy he's seen so much success, did you know he was the one who refreshed the metal on our gate? It still looks fantastic even thirty years later! How is he?"
  245.
  246. "He's quite alright...he's been seeing a large uptick in business lately." At that, Yu swore the man eyed him once again, he would have passed it off as his mind playing tricks on him like before except this time Jiro left no room for doubt. "Shiroku too. Weird thing is, they're customers all seem to be teenagers from Yasogami." For some reason, Yukiko tried to hold back a snicker at that comment, Yu would have to ask her about her bizarre sense of humor some other time, but for now he could feel his blood run a bit cold. Was Yukiko's grandfather suggesting what he thought he was suggesting? He had looked at the ring rather oddly...
  247.
  248. "It was probably because of that fog outbreak a few months back right?" Fuyuhiko offered. "And Daidara's sales must be from that dreadful murder case." For once, Sachiko seemed to be in complete agreement with her son in law and nodded her head sagely. "This town is so peaceful normally that it's inevitable." Seeing the confused stares from the table, she began to explain. "Well every few decades there's always some sort of scare that has everyone panicking. I remember when I was a girl we had a fog outbreak too and my grandfather told me there was one back in his day as well."
  249.
  250. "What's the matter my darling, you look as though you've seen a ghost?" Fuyuhiko's observation was quite astute as Yukina looked white as a sheet and in an interesting reversal of events, she was the one giving a strange glance to her father. "Your husband is right dear. Are you quite alright? Do you perhaps need to lie down?" The sickly woman was broken out of her thoughts and quickly shook her head. "No, I'm quite alright. I just haven't eaten for awhile, please forgive me for making you all worry." True to her word, her visage seemed to improve immediately upon eating and the rest of the table thought nothing of it, although Yu wasn't quite so sure. Regardless though, it wasn't long before everyone was thanking him for another delicious meal and going their separate ways with Yu staying behind. Yukiko gave his arm a little caress to let him know his warm wife was waiting for him whenever he was ready, but for once his attention was somewhere else. Yukiko thought to say something but decided against it. Whatever worries he had could better be soothed by her soft embrace in private after all.
  251.
  252. Yukina too, seemed to linger before shaking her head and deciding against whatever she was planning to say to the two remaining in the dining room. "I suppose I better make the evening rounds. Yu...you should probably...well I don't need to tell you right?" With a small smile she too left, but Yu couldn't help but notice her usual confident exit seemed a bit more uncertain than usual.
  253.
  254. "You're a keen observer." Jiro said when the two were alone. "You knew to stay behind without me having to say anything. I appreciate that." Yu said nothing which made the older man smile. "I'll make this quick, you know and I know what's going on. Meet me in the garden tomorrow so we can talk about it." That was all he said to his future grandson and was out the door before Yu could even fully register what he said.
  255.
  256. "Hmm I've grown so used to the beach that I've forgotten just how peaceful this place can be in the evening." The two Amagi matriarchs walked side by side along the grounds as the sun set and the shadows grew long. Her mother was more of a morning person much like her son in law but for Yukina, the slow winding down of the world was the most peaceful and relaxing part of the day. The perfect time to discuss simpler things like what her mother had been up to the past year and just how she was enjoying her retirement.
  257.
  258. "Your father has become quite the avid sailor recently, why just last week..." but before Sachiko could finish her story, they were interrupted by a rather foreign looking woman. "*Um* excuse me. Is one of you the owner? I was told I could find you here," she asked in poor Japanese.
  259.
  260. "I am the owner yes," Yukina said immediately, stepping in front of her mother and comforting the other woman with her English. "Oh well I know that the rules say dinner is at 6:00 sharp and you have to ask for it in advance, but my son has been feeling sick all day and he's feeling better now. Do you think maybe you could make an exception?"
  261.
  262. Sachiko looked absolutely appalled and even Yukina had a few reservations. "Most of our chefs have gone home, we do insist on punctuality for a reason."
  263.
  264. "It doesn't have to be anything big!" The woman insisted, 'just a small something to tide him over until morning. A-and we did sign up for breakfast tomorrow so it will just be for tonight. Please?"
  265.
  266. "Absolutely n-"
  267.
  268. "Mother please." Yukina interrupted. Turning towards the woman, she wore a resigned expression on her face. "If I could have your room number, I can make something and I'll have someone be by your room shortly." Despite the big favor she was doing, the woman wasn't particularly grateful and just nodded almost like it was expected Yukina should be the one to compromise and left with a quick "thanks."
  269.
  270. Without a word, Yukina began her walk to the kitchen. It was only after she stopped a maid on the way back that Sachiko saw fit to voice her displeasure. "Dinner time has always been from 6:30-7:00 and not a moment later. The nerve on that woman, thinking the rules don't apply to her, although I suppose they don't do they?" She fixed her daughter in a trademark glare which Yukina tried her best tor respond to calmly. "When we put on the uniform, nothing is more important than the satisfaction of the customer. Our goal is to provide the most comfortable and relaxing stay possible while giving them the traditional Japanese experience." Immediately, she knew she probably should have phrased that better because she could sense her mother actually getting annoyed.
  271.
  272. "Are you mocking me Yukina? If so, it's not very funny at all. Customers are entitled to a pleasant stay to the extent that they follow our rules, we've been over this at least a hundred times by now." The current owner just sighed, she hadn't been trying to mock her, she just wanted to avoid an unpleasant conversation, but it looked as though Sachiko wasn't going to give her a choice in the matter. "They should be honored to have the opportunity to stay at our inn, right mother?"
  273.
  274. This confused Sachiko. What her daughter was saying was absolutely correct and yet her tone of voice was tired and made it sound like she disagreed with the notion. "Yes of course. Being a guest at the Amagi Inn is a privilege that not many can boast to have! Why, I would think that even a foreigner would recognize that!"
  275.
  276. "While that's true to a certain extent, it's just simply not the case anymore. Nowadays, we have to bend the rules somewhat for the sake of our guests."
  277.
  278. "Nonsense. What you have to do, Yukina, is know when to put your foot down and tell them to go back to sleep and wait until morning. I shudder to think of what other displays I missed while I've been gone..."
  279.
  280. "What do you suppose would have happened if I had done that? Well I'll tell you, we would have gotten a one star review with the phrase 'pleasant stay but the okami was VERY rude' or some such thing." Her mother scoffed at the idea. "That may be, but that's just one ignorant foreigners perspective, she probably wouldn't even remember the name of the inn when she gets back!" Smiling at her own joke, Sachiko found herself on the receiving end of a glare from her daughter. "No mother, she'd remember quite easily since it's on the website where she booked her reservation in the first place. And one click away is some travel recommendation website where she'd so generously give us a one star rating."
  281.
  282. "Well people would read the review and know she's full of it. Honestly, Yukina, you can be so pessimistic sometimes."
  283.
  284. "Oh is that what you think? That I'm being negative? Do you know how many ryokans have gone out of business in the past decade alone? Over 10000, that's over a fifth of the total amount in the country *poof* gone just like that." She snapped her fingers for emphasis but it didn't even seem to phase Sachiko. "Yes and those were ratty old places with chewed through sheets and subpar food. Or places that opened in the last 30 years, with no sense of tradition or decorum." Yukina could feel her temper flaring up trying to explain this to the stubborn old woman but thought better of it, allowing herself to cool down. It was just so frustrating, her not understanding just how fast things were nowadays. With thousands of inns to choose from, many of them specifically for travelers on a budget, why would they bother with the one with even a paltry amount of poor reviews when they could just click on over to the one with only glowing ones. A ryokan was a portal into a Japan that was rapidly disappearing, but that didn't mean that the Amagi Inn was somehow the only portal. It wasn't even the best by any stretch of the imagination.
  285.
  286. But her mother didn't want to hear such things. Any place nicer was "garish" and any place worse was "run down." A similar argument would no doubt take place if Sachiko ever learned her daughter had made the executive decision to have wifi in the lobby.
  287.
  288. "Regardless, foreigners make up around 40% of our customer base, so we do have to make some concessions." Her mother snorted at that, there were no where near that many and she had a feeling Yukina was exaggerating again. "Did you sit down and count them yourself?"
  289.
  290. "I did." That gave the old woman pause; it was a rhetorical question and the look her daughter was giving her laid credence to the claim. Seeing her mother's expression soften, Yukina let herself relax. "From what I've observed, it is my opinion that small exceptions to the rules are necessary from time to time."
  291.
  292. "Ha! And I think if you want lax rules you should just go to a hotel, but who knows what your generation is thinking half the time. But I apologize...I forgot again that it isn't my inn to run anymore. As a guest, I shouldn't be undermining you." That would have to do and Yukina gladly accepted her mother's apology. "I better make her son's food, I certainly hope he doesn't have any allergies!" She joked. Sachiko actually chuckled a bit herself and to Yukina's surprise actually pat her on the cheek.
  293.
  294. "Mother?"
  295.
  296. "It's hard to remember sometimes, just how healthy you are now," was all she said, and she left leaving her daughter blinking in confusion before realizing what exactly she meant, a small smile coming to her face. "Though it would be nice if I didn't have to fight tooth and nail for a little credit. It has been twenty years after all." Chuckling to herself, she was amused by her own hypocrisy. Here she was complaining to herself when she had work to do.
  297.
  298. To her surprise, her kitchen was occupied by one silver haired son in law who seemed to be quite busy making sure whatever he was making was perfect. So the usual with him.
  299.
  300. "I don't know if I've said it, but your fortitude is really quite impressive Yu."
  301.
  302. "You have said it ma'am."
  303.
  304. "Well then...I haven't said it enough. Goodness, how do you find time for it all?"
  305.
  306. "I guess I just learned how to manage my time well. Good thing too since it means I can be helpful around here." The boy always knew just what to say to win her over more each time they spoke. "I'm wondering what you're doing here though, aren't you *erm* needed, elsewhere." She began to rummage around for ingredients of her own not seeing the little smirk that the stoic boy gained. "Well Yukiko wanted a little snack before bedtime, I figured she deserved a reward." It was then Yukina realized she didn't remember the size of the dish Yu had just been preparing, but when she turned around, he had already deftly placed a covering over it. She put on a wry grin knowing that it was an amount her own mother probably wouldn't approve of. "I should stop you," she said, "but I have a feeling if I did, you'd just find an even more elaborate way of sneaking my daughter extra food."
  307.
  308. "Well...that's probably true Mrs. Amagi...but don't call it extra food, it's the normal amount." He was so absolutely serious when he said it, that she had to laugh a little bit. Anyone who was this dedicated to making her daughter happy was fine in her book. Which reminded her...
  309.
  310. "Are you excited for your wedding?"
  311.
  312. "Yes very, but the best part of our marriage already started back in March." It was a simple statement, but effective and as his timer rang she again contemplated the thoughts swirling around in her head about the boy. Without a doubt, he would do well by them, and if he was perhaps hiding something, it was most likely for a good reason.
  313.
  314. "Ma'am, did you want to talk to me about something?" That brought her out of her reverie and while she certainly did want to talk to him, she couldn't justify doing it now when they both had tasks that needed to be done.
  315.
  316. Skirting around a problem was childish, but hounding someone on a baseless hunch was also just as improper. This mysterious silver haired boy who just happened to win her daughter's heart where no other boy had succeeded, who just so happened to be the one to stumble upon her along with Chie when she went missing, who just happened to have a chance encounter with Mitsuru Kirijo and win her over as well. It was called the rule of three for a reason and frankly she felt foolish that it had taken her this long to be a little suspicious about everything. And the talk at dinner had only sealed it, bringing up childhood memories that she thought had long been forgotten. For now at least, he definitely deserved the benefit of the doubt and it would be ridiculous to keep him here any longer. "It can wait till tomorrow there's no rush." When Yu made to protest he could hear her out now, she held up a hand and insisted it was alright. "It's nothing serious, just some things I want to get out of the way before the wedding. You two should spend tonight enjoying each others company I think." That statement made a smile come to her face.
  317.
  318. "Just three short weeks until you're officially part of this family. If you had told me a year ago this would be happening this soon, I wouldn't have believed it! Honestly, I still have a little trouble believing it." While nowhere near Yu's capabilities, and most likely to be outclassed by her own daughter soon, Yukina was no slouch in the kitchen and it didn't take long for her to whip up a little something for the guest. "Just...make some time for your mother in law alright? There are a few things I'd like to discuss." And with that, Yu found his schedule for the next month even more packed. But he didn't mind, in fact he made a little wooshing sound in his head to commemorate the occasion. "I am thou and thou art I," he joked to himself before realizing his wife's food would get cold if he kept on dilly dallying!
  319.
  320. The journey back was a simple one, but kept him on his toes nonetheless, every creaking floorboard sent a chill down his back and every opening door sent him back around the nearest corner. He was a husband on a mission and if that required him to be a sort of ghostly burglar, then so be it.
  321.
  322. Outside the door to his and Yukiko's room though, he heard a very lovely sound. It almost sounded like singing of some kind. He pressed his ear against the door to listen and could just barely make it out. "Loneliness fades, for I'm not alone. My heart soars like a bird..." The tune of the song was almost...wistful, like it was written from the perspective of a woman in deep contemplation at the end of her life but there was definite happiness in there too. She seemed to pause and hummed a bit to herself. "Well I have the melody at least, I'm sure the rest will come to me with time. I promise to have the rest by the time you're born okay sweetie? " When he realized exactly what it was she was working on, his heart moved his arm all on its own, completely ready to give her the pampering she deserved.
  323.
  324. "Hubby..." she cooed with a blush on her face. "I was hoping you'd be coming in soon, I was just finishing up some homework...you know to get it out of the way for tonight." She wasn't lying either as her textbooks were neatly placed on the desk around her, although he couldn't help but notice a sheet of paper with various words scratched out and little musical hearts doodled in the margins atop a thesaurus. A paper she was quick to put away in a nearby drawer.
  325.
  326. "Oh that's just a little project I'm working on. It's not ready yet though so please don't peak!" The two shared a quick kiss while Yu placed her food on the desk. "And spoil your lovely surprise? I would never do something like that, beautiful." That seemed to satisfy her and he made his way over to the bed with a smile. "So dinner or a massage? What would you like, Yuki?"
  327.
  328. She looked to the plate and back to her hubby and then to the tray and then back to her hubby. A hunger pang struck the poor mama then, her exercise making her already unsatisfactory meal even more lacking. "Oooooh hubby I...I need to eat! I haven't been this empty in weeks...and it smells so lovely." Another hunger pang and as she winced, she could feel her mouth beginning to water from the smell and her finger hooked on her lip in distress. But the moment she had made her decision, Yu had sprung into action, and before she knew it she was being whisked over to the bed into a relaxed position while he brought the tray over. "You've had a long day, let me feed it to you bite by bite while you just lay back and relax okay?" Even in the midst of hunger, she couldn't help but swoon on to the bed. This was even better than her fantasy! She didn't even have to say anything for him to start kissing her and insisting she get off her feet!
  329.
  330. Dinner for the family had been delicious of course, but for her little "makeup" he'd added some extra touches. He'd made pork for everyone, but she got the most delicious part, the belly, all to herself! On a delicious fluffy bed of rice to soak up the sauce of course. "You're supposed to braise it for a while to let all the fat and calories simmer away, but I neglected to." A juicy chunk was slid right between her lips and made her moan, even with her more ravenous than usual, he still kept the perfect pace. "I thought you might like it more that way."
  331.
  332. "Mwuv it mmmm." The best part about being hand fed, is it allowed her own hands to soothe her baby belly. Her plump chewing cheeks and constantly moving hands were the only active parts of her anatomy, otherwise her lard laden body was perfectly content to sink into the mattress like it was made of quicksand. She even surprised herself by just how quickly she was able to switch gears into pampering mode, but with a husband like Yu, perhaps it was inevitable.
  333.
  334. "Just as calorie dense as an entire package of bacon, did you know that? But much much tastier, mewl if you two like the ginger coating." She very happily did as she was told, and received a quick dab on her lips with a napkin. Part of her wanted to protest that she wasn't that spoiled and yet a far larger part of her won out and she just cooed and opened her delicate mouth for more instead. She could tell by her husband's breathing that he was starting to get aroused, what with her almost mechanically grazing in nothing but a skimpy night gown, bare pussy nearly on display if she happened to move in just the right way, clinging to her softened body like cheesecloth. "Oh Yuki, you're never going to lose weight if you keep eating like this." A chopstick full of carb loaded rice was next in her feeding, making sure to let her mouth linger on the utensils for just a moment longer to get her man all the more excited, making sure to look him right in the eye as she did so. Giggling to herself, the lethargic princess realized that this could be considered foreplay! All she had to do was lie back and eat and yet it drove her husband wild!
  335.
  336. As if on cue, her full aching teats started dribbling a bit of milk all on their own and she saw Yu suck in air through his teeth, they did have to be quiet with her grandparents staying so close after all. But goodness did he look aroused, he was just so titillated by his big pregnant wife lactating in the middle of a feeding, hands soothing her large belly that was neck and neck with her pumped up breasts. "You're like a fertility goddess..." he muttered aloud to himself and Yukiko felt a bolt of pleasure zip down her spine. She'd been expecting sweet nothings about how much he loved her body, but that, that was something else. A wide smile spread across her flushed face. That was it, tonight her man was going to get a pampering of his own!
  337.
  338. "Yuuuu," she made sure to whine and look extra needy. "You're not going to keep your poor pregnant wife waiting are you? Oooh carrying this child of ours just makes me so ravenous~" That certainly had him hopping to attention and it wasn't long before he was serenading her with compliments in addition to satisfying her appetite once again. "I can see that, my big sexy ball of mochi. It's what I call a blessing in disguise."
  339.
  340. With his dexterity, it was quite easy to feed her one handed, leaving his other hand free to tease her down below, making her grind her blubbery hips, her thighs squirming around in pure pleasure. It was the most decadent thing she had ever experienced, being pleasured while she ate, so naughty but just oh so mind blowingly fulfilling the fact she had to keep her voice down made it even better in her mind.
  341.
  342. Yu couldn't tell what was harder, her warm doughy thighs clamping down on his hand after a particularly teasing tickle, or her biting down on the utensils so hard he was worried she'd leave bite marks! Either way, this is exactly how he wanted her to be reacting. "The mother of my child should be eating lovingly prepared food until she's contented. So just eat and relax, eat and relax, it's your role as a mother and as a wife. Yuki," he punctuated her pet name by entering her with his fingers as he gave her a big succulent piece of meat to moan into. "I want you to eat as much as you want and not feel the slightest bit guilty," his well trained dexterity was being put to full use as he popped bite after bite into her mouth, she was eating as if she was almost in a trance and he had to struggle just to keep up. "My wife should be satisfying her every need every day of her life, and if that means being a thick luscious full bodied fat milky mama then...well that's just a bonus for me isn't it? A pillow soft princess is exactly what I want in life and you fit the bill perfectly."
  343.
  344. As her eating started to pick up speed, Yu began to worry that perhaps he hadn't made enough. After all, what kind of message would that send? Coaxing her along to enjoy herself and to eat until completely satisfied only to stop her right before her "finish line", that would just be cruel! But luckily he had come prepared with just enough that eventually her back arched and she fell back against the bed with a look of pure serenity on her face.
  345.
  346. "Ooogh," she groaned aloud, but not the pained distressed groan of days past. Now when she'd moan it sounded nothing like a complaint whatsoever and in fact made it seem like she was enjoying the fact she ate so much! In fact, Yu swore he heard a little hint of pride in it too, not that he could blame her one bit, she deserved to be proud, "you really put it away there at the end." He joked but his face grew tender as he stroked her cheek. "You're not doing that just to please me are you? I want this to be at your pace."
  347.
  348. His heifer moaned again, this time much lazier sounding and blinked her eyes like she was coming out of a trance. "I'm sorry hubby what did you say? That was so wonderful that I...well I lost my senses for a moment." The honest pure warm look of love he was receiving from her made the man realize she wasn't lying, he really had satisfied her to such an extent that she had fallen into a trance towards the end there. "Nothing," he eventually settled on, "I was just thinking how cute you are when you're happy."
  349.
  350. "*Urp* then in that case, I would have to be the cutest woman in the world right now." That comment made her husband smile and he fired back with an immediate "yes." That made her pout, it was supposed to be a compliment for him but he'd turned it right back around again and she'd made it so easy for him to do that too! But it was impossible to stay the slightest bit upset when she was like this.
  351.
  352. As achingly tight and swollen as her teats were, her belly was giving them healthy competition. Now that she was more aware, she came to realize that all the excitement had made her chest and upper belly quite damp with her mama's milk and yet despite this, they were still nice and fat and in desperate need of a milking. It was just like how her tummy still had a pliable and pinchable layer of softness despite how stuffed and pregnant she was right now. With pampering like this, she knew her husband had cancelled out her grandmother's efforts and then some. It made her laugh at just how futile the other woman's quest was, Yukiko's transformation into Yu's ideal woman was simply inevitable and the sooner she accepted that, the happier she'd be; it had worked wonderfully for Yukiko herself after all!
  353.
  354. "Something on your mind my love." His voice made Yukiko gasp in realization before smiling widely once again. Oh yes, the man who made her ripening possible, it was thanks to him she was experiencing this bliss. The man who she'd be dedicating the rest of her life to in just a few short weeks oh how she appreciated him. A plan begin to form in her mind at that moment, he needed to know just how much she loved what he'd helped her become, but tonight. Not when there were potential ears listening in and the walls were so dreadfully thin, and it needed to be special too, something he'd never forget. Like her lullaby, it was an idle thought that had come to her mind in passing and yet had quickly become so passionate in her heart that it made her want to dedicate every waking moment to it. But he deserved to be pleased and catered to in the now as well as in the future and she decided now would be the perfect time to "test the waters" a bit, see what he really liked. Since she was his soul mate, it would probably be quite easy to figure it out. What made him moan, what made him shiver in complete and utter ecstasy...that's what she had to find out.
  355.
  356. "You always look so adorable when your face gets all scrunched up like that, did something happen today you'd like to share? Tell your husband what's bothering you." A naughty little smile appeared on Yukiko's face then, remembering that there was something she wanted to share, but also remembering just how aroused he'd get when she'd act a little spoiled and he loved when she played coy, what would happen if she pushed that a bit more than usual? Not only would she be giving him what he wanted, but she'd get to complain and be comforted at the same time, truly a win-win!
  357.
  358. "Hubbbby, I'm just so sore today and I could really use a nice rub. Do you think you could do that for me please? Carrying all this weight is harder than it looks." Just giving him the old wobbling lip and puppy dog eyes already had his breath hitching in his throat. "A-alright, if that's what you want I'll get the lotion." He certainly sprung up after that! She found herself eagerly anticipating the moment his strong hands would touch her inviting skin.
  359.
  360. Although watching the way he rubbed the lotion into his hands had her mind go off on a little tangent. It was exactly the technique he used when he was getting ready to apply a layer of sauce to a succulent cut of meat like the one she had just devoured. Except this time the big slab of meat just so happened to be his lovely and soft baby mama.
  361.
  362. "I wonder if I'd taste good if I was prepared properly like that. I'd probably be a little too fatty for most people. *hahaha*" Actually now she was legitimately curious about something else. "Hubby?"
  363.
  364. "What is it my gorgeous marshmallow peep?" Taking a moment to giggle at the ridiculous nickname, she looked at him with completely genuine eyes when she asked her question. "How many packages of bacon am I worth? How calorie dense do you think I'd be?" It was a very real question but for whatever reason, it seemed to excite him greatly. She hadn't even been trying to do that!
  365.
  366. Maybe she was a bit too good at her job...
  367.
  368. "I think we'd need to get a calculator at this point. Oh Yuki, how much pork do you think is in those wonderful maternal hips of yours alone! Why, you eat enough to make your body flourish and still have leftovers for your milk!" Yukiko saw this as a good opportunity to get back in the "driver's seat" tonight and began to remove her nightgown, letting him see her in all of her curvaceous glory. She crossed her fleshier arms across herself and gave her full hips a squeeze. "You're right, just look at how fast I've grown, I'm going to be 200 pounds in no time at all."
  369.
  370. "Y-Yuki you're being very..."
  371.
  372. "Being very what hubby? Whatever do you mean?" The bovine bombshell turned slowly onto her side, really settling in to emphasize just how comfortable and pampered she was right now, displaying her fat peach of an ass to her stud. "Stop talking nonsense and give your baby mama a deep massage, okay? And don't forget the nice thorough milking afterwards, mama wants to relax tonight."
  373.
  374. Yu was on her like a hawk and she cooed as his hands sunk deep into her back fat. "Of course, you did just have a big meal so lie back and relax and let your husband do all the work. You're a fat mother Yukiko, and fat mothers should just take things easy and remember to never overexert themselves." One of the many many pluses of having a fat wife was that during these massages, Yu could really have his fill of her plush body without worrying about harming her nerves in the slightest. More cushion for the pushing indeed; it was certainly pleasing to see her in the relaxed position of one arm near her head and the other draped over her fecundity but her face had a strange expression on it. It almost looked like...a pout.
  375.
  376. "Grandmother doesn't think so. She thinks I should be straining myself when I'm in such a delicate condition! Isn't that just awful!"
  377.
  378. Yu was of course all sympathy as he dug into her back with his thumbs. "That's not right, she should take one look at you and be able to tell you're meant for spoiling and loving."
  379.
  380. "I know, it's completely backwards! She said I need to shed my maternity pounds.Just how does she expect me to be a proper mother if I'm so skinny..."
  381.
  382. "And lose your fertile figure that could feed our child for years? What would happen to your breeding hips, to your comforting softness? No Yuki, you're absolutely meant to be soft around the belly and thick where it matters." He just couldn't resist grabbing a handful of gut pudge much to her delight the groping was becoming more frequent as the massage progressed and she continued to rile him up. Even her stoic hubby couldn't remain calm in the face of all his buttons being pushed.
  383.
  384. "She made me jog today hubby! I think it was a whole mile and I could only get out of it thanks to my poor sore breasts! I hated every second of it and I never want to do it again,"
  385.
  386. His hands went down to her legs, and as his fingers did their thing on her sore muscles, her facade cracked. "Oh Yu that feels so good! You're so good to me!"
  387.
  388. "Someone has to be. What is she thinking making you do something so strenuous? I can just feel how sore you are, I'll have a talk with her in the morning about it, you're not meant for running. You're supposed to be seated and unmarred by any kind of tension, it's good for the baby and your figure."
  389.
  390. "Ooooh, please do. My lungs were on fire and I could barely feel my legs by the end. My only exercise should be carrying our baby and keeping you satisfied."
  391.
  392. "Y-Yuki...yes, yes oh god yes. Lounging is the natural way for you to be, seated and eating getting plusher, more womanly, milkier." He wasn't even massaging her anymore, instead just mashing her fat around and caressing her rump as he held her in his grasp, but that was okay, she'd had her fill of massages and wanted to move on to the main course.
  393.
  394. It must have been her womanly intuition or the fact that she knew him so well, because one very specific phrase was ringing around in her head for her to say, something she just knew would get his "little Yu" standing at rapt attention.
  395.
  396. "Sometimes I just want to spend all day eating and relaxing and having my stomach rubbed," she got right next to his ear and whispered the bombshell, "and it's all your fault." She saw his eyes go wide and giggled at the shocked expression he had on his face. "Don't act so innocent hubby, after all you're the one who filled my womb and made me a big lazy flowering mama. Wasn't that your scheme all along Yu? Keeping me planted on my fat matronly rump so I bloom all the better? Plumping me up so my nectar flows freely? You're the one who did this to me hubby." Leaning back, Yukiko emphasized the full extent of her food stuffed swell running her hands along it and gyrating her hips like she was initiating some bizarre tribal courtship. It was working.
  397.
  398. A timely gurgle of her stomach was exactly what she had been counting on, and it just so happened she got it. "Listen, do you hear it? The sound of what you've made my body become?" Her hands wrapped themselves under her orb, caressing the surface one final time on the way down. "A birthing factory."
  399.
  400. His hand reached out and clamped down on her love handle like a snake, he looked like he wanted nothing more than to plunge into his soft teasing "birthing factory" but luckily the force of his grab reminded her of a more pressing situation. "Nooo hubby, I need to be milked!"
  401.
  402. "R-right, sorry." Embarrassed, he reached for the bottle he'd left at the foot of the bed and placed it under her nipple, beginning his work to coax it out. "Ahhhhmmmmnnn," she had to bite her lip to prevent from moaning too loudly. It just felt so good to be emptied after a long week, and knowing she could fill a bottle just made her so happy."
  403.
  404. When he got started on the second one though, she saw this as another opportunity to please her "stud." As the last of the milk emptied out of her teat, she surprised him by leaning forward and getting up next to his ear again. "Mooooooo," it felt so silly to do but it produced results. Their former team leader's hands went straight to his crotch to cover up and he closed his eyes refusing to look at her.
  405.
  406. "Hubby what's wrong," looking to where his hands were pointing she let out a pout, surprising herself by how disappointed she was. "Don't tell me you came early, I've been waiting two days to have you inside me again..." Yu held up a hand to interrupt her as if begging her to not use her "horny pregnant wife" voice on him right now for all that was good and holy.
  407.
  408. "I...held on...but I just really need a minute." Breathing in and out, Yu stood up and began to pace around the room, still pressing down on his crotch desperately holding it back before he could properly satisfy the hormone charged heifer of an heiress. Eventually though, he gave her a look of pure confidence that sent a shiver down her spine and grasped her doughy thighs in his strong hands. In one swift motion, he flipped her on her side and spread her legs, leaning down next to her ear this time while he held her leg up. "Are you happy? I'm all riled up now, and I'm not going to stop for a good long while." Desperately nodding her head, now it was her turn to reach towards her private area. "Greedy for sex and food? Yuki, what would your grandmother think?"
  409.
  410. "*Ohhhhh*," she moaned cutely and quietly but he had one more thing to say as "revenge" for the past ten minutes or so. "I can't make the exercise stop, but at night you're all mine and I'll make you feel so good you won't even remember what you had to do."
  411.
  412. "Yes, yes, oh gods yes, please Yu make me feel that!"
  413.
  414. "Shhh, try not to scream too loud this time, wouldn't want to be...interrupted."
  415.
  416. Yukina chuckled as she walked past her daughter's door. She wasn't a voyeur or anything, but she'd heard bits and pieces of their "activities" over the past few months and it had become easy to tell if they were being intimate. If she could hear the sound of the bed rocking, it was a good sign not to come back until morning. A thought snapped her out of her good cheer at that moment. How many times had her own parents walked by and thought the same thing? Usually the one making other people turn beat red, she instead felt her own face grow a bit hot and decided now would be a good time to retire to her room.
  417.
  418. Her and Fuyuhiko's room was at the end of the hall and her parents were staying across from them. The owner's quarters contained exactly six rooms for that was the largest amount of heirs that had ever been under the same roof at the same time plus the parents bedroom of course, which was hers now. Letting her hair down after the long day of dealing with difficult customers and mothers alike, she let out a sigh and looked around, surprised that Fuyuhiko wasn't around. Usually he'd be right on hand offering an amateur shoulder massage or snuggled up with a good book, but it was nothing to concern herself over.
  419.
  420. A knock sounded at her door and after a quick "come in," she was face to face with her father. "Hello!" He said cheerfully, "this isn't a bad time is it?"
  421.
  422. "No, no of course not. Please, have a seat." The man took a seat next to his daughter and handed her a blue square shape package. "What's this?"
  423.
  424. "A gift."
  425.
  426. "Father...well first of all thank you but you didn't need to get me anything." He said nothing, but the smile he had made it clear what he was thinking. "I know, but I did it anyway." Carefully she started to unwrap it, a little smile on her face as she looked between him and the package. It was a movie with a crimson red cover and a very terrified looking woman on the front.
  427.
  428. In big black letters, the word "Affano" was written above her head, dripping subtly with what was probably meant to be blood.
  429.
  430. "Thought you might like it." It had been a real pain in the ass to track down, being an obscure Italian horror movie from the 1970's and all but he didn't feel the need to mention that. Instead watching her skim over the back of the box and smile a bit when she was the outline of two shadows in the shape of hands around the neck of the girl on the cover, a little detail that would have gone unnoticed by most but piqued her interest quite a bit. "Thank you pap- *er* father."
  431.
  432. "Oh come on, you can call your old man 'papa' when it's just the two of us can't you? I miss it." She looked at the floor and gave him a weak little push on the arm. "Alright...papa. Thank you for the movie, it looks positively bone chilling. I'll watch it as soon as I have a free evening." Her father chuckled as she put it on a shelf filled to the brim with various titles, laughing a bit harder when she had to rack her brain for a way to fit yet another one on there. "Why don't you just use the shelf below?" He asked.
  433.
  434. "Because I like to run my finger along them all, like this," she said with a little demonstration. "And besides, it doesn't look as good if you don't have enough for two full rows." She closed the glass door and turned back around, Jiro used to be surprised at how easily she could pull the exact movie she needed in seconds, but then again she'd always been very organized so perhaps it wasn't that surprising. Sitting back on the foot of the bed, she turned to see her father looking like he was thinking of how to phrase what he wanted to say. "Your mother loves you," the quiet man eventually settled on.
  435.
  436. "I know. With Yukiko growing up, it was hard sometimes not to push her out of the way and say 'let me do it' when she was failing or doing something in a way I thought was wrong."
  437.
  438. "I get it now, really I do. Watching the people you love stumble and fail is the hardest thing in the world. But when they succeed despite that, I think it's worth every moment or at least it is for me." She let out a sigh. "Fuyuhiko was worse though. I love the man and he loves our daughter more than life itself, but the amount of times he'd try and jump in would make mother blush." The man grimaced a bit at that since he was partially to blame for allowing his wife to do that. But that was in the past and apologizing for the hundredth time wasn't going to change anything. If Fuyuhiko hadn't come along...well he didn't want to even think about that.
  439.
  440. "I'm sorry, I didn't mean to dredge up such things. If it means anything, I don't think you were wrong to shelter me like you did. If I saw my daughter cough up her own blood or collapse or worse...I can't even imagine." Yukiko going missing had been enough to make her sick with despair so all things considered, her own parents had handled having an ill daughter as well as could be expected from first time parents in her opinion. Of course, that view had only come with age and experience and she hadn't been quite so generous with her assessment back then. But...there was no point in dwelling on that now.
  441.
  442. "Hard to believe I'll be a great grandfather so soon," he mused aloud. That cheered them both out of their gloomy thoughts and he happily continued. "not even your mother and I started quite this early. This might be the first generation with more than one heir." Yukina's eyes opened in surprise, she hadn't really thought about that too much but it was true. Assuming everything went fine, there would probably be three or four little grandchildren under foot, at least judging by everything she'd seen. "It certainly seems that way doesn't it? Personally I think they have a good balance, Yu's more phlegmatic and our Yukiko is doting and supportive almost to a fault."
  443.
  444. "They'll have someone to emulate and someone to prop them up or that's how I see it at least." Jiro was amused by that, his daughter was unwittingly describing the relationship with her own husband with the way little Yukiko would look at her while her father sang her praises and pat her on the head, maybe that was why she had turned out to be such a sweetheart of a granddaughter?
  445.
  446. The two chatted about memories of Yukiko as a baby and little jokes at the head chef or Fuyuhiko's expense but eventually Yukina had to come to terms with the fact that she was sidestepping the issue fate had so generously given her an opportunity to settle. Truth be told, she was nervous about knowing the answer. No not just nervous, quite terrified in fact but running from the truth would do her no good and she'd be forever unsatisfied.
  447.
  448. "Fa-, papa?"
  449.
  450. "What is it, snowdrop?" The nickname made her roll her eyes. Honestly, she was a woman in her 40s and he still called her things like that...she'd complain more if it was anyone else. Shaking her head to clear her mind, Yukina took a deep breath. "This is going to sound ridiculous and you might not even remember, but do you recall those bed time stories you used to tell me?"
  451.
  452. "Hahaha yeah, I do. About the good ghost and the bad ghost who lived in the mine, I'm surprised you still remember those!" He seemed so happy about it, that Yukina almost felt bad about dashing his joy. "*Er* no, not those. I'm talking about the other one, about the fog. Our conversation at dinner tonight reminded me is all."
  453.
  454. "Vaguely. What did I say?" His daughter shook her head, "it was so long ago, I can scarcely remember myself. I just recall the basics, that the fog rolled in and brought monsters with it and a group of townspeople, I can't think of the names you gave them, stopped the source somehow. Does that sound familiar at all?" The man nodded although he looked a little confused as to where she was going with this.
  455.
  456. "I was just wondering, and again this must sound so foolish but, is there any truth to those stories?" Seeing his startled expression, she brought up her hands to defend herself. "I was just thinking maybe you based it off of something since it matches the fog coming in when you were young, what happened that time?" Jiro ran his hands through his hair. There was no point in lying since his dutiful daughter would just search through papers until she found her answer and he didn't want to give her extra work. "Fifty years ago, there were a series of...suicides and assaults. It was terrifying and at one point most people didn't want to go outside. I thought it might make a good bedtime story for you since you...well you know." He gestured to her "armoire of horror" as he said that which brought a smile to her face.
  457.
  458. "I'm sorry, I guess I'm trying to find connections where there are none. It's just so odd that such a thing would happen every fifty years is all..."
  459.
  460. "It's just a coincidence," he said, patting her on the knee. "And anyway, how could people stop fog?" She nodded along to her father's words, but really, she still wasn't so convinced. Some bizarre incident happens every fifty years or so where people die or are kidnapped or whatever before resolving itself by the end of that year and everything going back to normal? Not only that, but her socially awkward daughter suddenly making more friends in three months than she had in ten years, a mysterious transfer student, a famous politician and local detective being a kidnapper and serial killer respectively. That Kubo boy, the strange state of the victims corpses, Mitsuru Kirijo not coming by the town and bumping into her son in law of all people, Yukiko and several others having gone missing for days at a time and needing weeks of bed rest to recover if Mrs. Tatsumi and Mrs. Kujikawa's comments were any indication...something very strange was going on here.
  461.
  462. Obviously she hadn't wanted to press Yukiko on what had happened, and when she did finally get around to asking, her daughter had simply told her she didn't remember anything and the next thing she knew, she'd woken up in some old TV lot before being found wandering by Chie and Yu. Yet as far as she knew, no such place existed in Inaba but Rise Kujikawa had apparently told a similar story and that had been that for several months. As the months went on, she had to admit she'd payed less attention to what had happened, but always it was building up in the back of her mind.
  463.
  464. Truthfully, she was almost relieved when it turned out Yukiko had been kidnapped, far far better than ending up like the Konishi girl. It was selfish to admit, but when she first went missing and wasn't dangling off any power lines, she worried it was something she might have done or said without meaning to, but luckily Fuyuhiko was there to assure her their daughter would never do anything that selfish and hurtful and that there WAS another explanation. If she had been the one responsible for her daughter going missing...well she might not have ever recovered.
  465.
  466. "Scowling like that will give you wrinkles you know." His light teasing helped bring her out of her funk and she found herself smiling again. That was right, Yukiko had been having doubts about inheriting for a time, but she'd talked it through and settled things like the mature woman she was becoming now. It must have taken a lot of courage to come out and say that, she knew she could be a little intimidating at times. But then that did remind her...maybe one of the reasons she held Yu so close to her heart was because he helped her through her doubts? It certainly seemed like something he could do.
  467.
  468. "Sorry papa, I'm just thinking I don't know my son-in-law as well as I'd like to. I've been so busy testing and evaluating that I've neglected to have a heart to heart as well!"
  469.
  470. "Hah! Don't feel too bad, I was the same way with your husband. Just remember that your new son would really like to be friends and it becomes easy."
  471.
  472. Yu had said something like that to her once, about wanting to just be friends. And it was that way of thinking that made her realize she had nothing to worry about
  473.
  474. "You look happy. That's good, you should be. This is a wonderful time for this family."
  475.
  476. "Yes it is." To Jiro's surprise, she gave him a big hug making sure to squeeze him tightly. But it didn't take long for him to give her a little pat on the back. "Your mother and I are proud, Yukina."
  477.
  478. "Mm-hmm." They sat like that for a little while before Yukina broke the hug and recomposed herself. "I miss having you around," she admitted frankly. "I'll look out into the garden sometimes and when I don't see anyone there, I get a little sad. It's been ten years so you'd think I'd be used to it. But..." Trailing off, she let the statement hang for awhile just enjoying the silence. Nothing more needed to be said, frankly Jiro was just happy his big mature matriarch daughter could still feel comfortable talking like this with him. Maybe it was just in the genes though, after all every Amagi woman he'd ever known loved their father's dearly.
  479.
  480. Eventually though, she began to look a little worried. "Have you seen Fuyuhiko anywhere? He's usually not out this late." Jiro nearly smacked himself in the forehead, he'd been having such a good time he'd nearly forgotten. Getting up, he smiled at his daughter and made for the exit. "I'm sure he'll turn up soon." Years of listening to footsteps proved handy and Yukina was able to notice her father's actually went past his own room before becoming inaudible at the end of the hall. Not a minute later, the door was flung open an in walked Fuyuhiko with the most forced neutral expression she'd ever seen.
  481.
  482. "What have you been up to?"
  483.
  484. "Oh nothing. Nothing at all, just enjoying the night time air."
  485.
  486. He was trying his best to be subtle about it, but Yukina caught him making quick little glances to her movie shelf. Never the most subtle of men, it wasn't difficult for her to put two and two together when it came to him. Especially when he oh so innocently tried to ask how her evening was.
  487.
  488. "Oh not so good, my father said he was going to give me a rare Spanish horror movie that I've really been wanting, but he lost it on his way here. I was really looking forward to it too..."
  489.
  490. "Spanish? I told him it was Italian! Do people not listen to a word I say?" He realized his mistake as soon as he said it and saw his wife grinning wolfishly at him. "You told him?"
  491.
  492. "Ah that's...well I mean..."
  493.
  494. "Fuyuhiko, did you try and help my father get me a gift?"
  495.
  496. "Well...yes," he finally admitted. "I didn't want you to know it was from me. You see! I was doing some heavy thinking about what true love is...and I came to the conclusion that it's doing something for someone without expecting anything in return! So...I thought I'd test myself but, oh I failed! You found me out immediately and now I'll never know..."
  497.
  498. Yukina had a bit of an idea on what brought the true love introspection on, two very lovey dovey teenagers who might as well have been surgically attached at the lips sharing their living space had a way of making you wonder after all. "Ooh don't be so dramatic, besides that idea is ridiculous since seeing the person you love being happy IS getting something out of it." The man stood slackjawed at her point. "I...I didn't think of it like that. So wait! That means I did pass!"
  499.
  500. "You're so ridiculous sometimes. Yes, yes, you 'passed'"
  501.
  502. "Yeeeah." The satisfied drawl in which he said it made her giggle. "Hey, speaking of doing something nice, I just had an idea of something we could do for our princess."
  503.
  504. "Oh? And what's that?" Whispering into her ear, her smile got bigger and bigger until she grabbed his face and kissed him. "Yes...I think we should do that."
