- Description: McGee, Brown, and Najee were breaking into vehicles in the parking lot of an apartment complex, when they spotted Cecil in his work van and decided to rob him. They demanded his phone and, when he refused, Brown pulled a 9mm handgun and shot him. He was taken to the hospital, where he died a few hours later.
